Tianming: Nothing arranged by the higher realms happens by chance, and two people being drawn to each other is certainly no coincidence. Yu En has plenty of experience with this. There were several people she liked in the past, but none of those relationships ever went anywhere. That's because, in a previous life, she was once the abbot of a temple. The Buddha saves those with predestined connections, and countless devotees came to her temple. She formed connections with all of them, so they crossed paths with her again in this lifetime. But since they were only meant to pass briefly through her life, it was only natural that nothing came of those relationships.
Ariel: Are we actually allowed to tell people this about Yu En?
Li Fu: Hurry up and publish it while she's not here! Haha!
Yu En: I'm right here! Who do you think is typing all this for you?
Yu Qian: Yu En! Whether or not the higher realms have arranged a destined relationship for you, you should cherish the connections you have!
Ariel: Watching how the Death God and Meihao changed over the course of these seven lifetimes really moved me. Meihao especially—the heroine became more understanding, clear-minded, and at peace with each successive lifetime.
Sunshine Brother: Exactly! Cherishing our destined connections is the true message The Seven Lifetimes is meant to convey. When we become too accustomed to someone's love and start taking it for granted, we may begin to feel entitled to their care instead of truly cherishing it. That would be such a shame!
Ariel: By the way, is our heroine here?
Yinrong: I'm here! Right now, I'm traveling from place to place with the Dragon Deities. After the wedding, Xiaojin and I will settle down together at Ariel's home. Xiaojin's primary soul has reincarnated as a Falun Dafa practitioner and is working with all of you on Yu En Transmission, while his secondary soul remains here with the Dragon Deities.
To me, the meaning of The Seven Lifetimes lies in learning to let go, again and again. When the destined time has not yet arrived, no matter how tightly you hold on, you still cannot make things happen the way you wish. If you love someone but cannot be with them, it is better to let go peacefully. Then, when destiny brings you together again, you can pick up that connection once more and truly cherish it.
Ariel: We worked out the dates, and it turns out that the final members-only bonus article about The Seven Lifetimes will be published on the Qixi Festival. The grand finale will come out the day before Qixi.

Tianming: Besides cherishing and letting go, is there anything else you'd like to talk about?
Yu Qian: I think The Seven Lifetimes holds another important meaning for me: following and cooperating with the arrangements of the higher realms. I learned to follow the will of Heaven and the accumulation and transformation of destined connections. Even now, I cooperate with the Dragon King's arrangements to help humanity. This willingness to cooperate with divine arrangements was the key to helping Ajiu fulfill his mission.
Ariel: Groom-to-be, across all those lifetimes, there were so many people you loved and so many who loved you. Why was it only your bride-to-be who ultimately shared a happy ending with you?
Yu Qian: That's the result of destined connections accumulating over time. Once that connection had accumulated to the most appropriate point, the higher realms naturally made the arrangement for me. By the end, I had come to understand this myself, and that was why I no longer shed tears.
Yu En: Sigh, I still don’t know where my destined love is.
Li Fu: You have us! We're part of all the destined connections you've accumulated too! What, you don't like us? Predestined connections don't exist only in the form of romantic love.
Yu En: Fine! I'll accept that. 🤣
