Extra! Extra!

Leominster Fitchburg Animal Control has a fabulous family dog just waiting for the right folks.

Farrah is about 2 years old, and currently cared for in Westminster. She was found wandering on one of the hilly streets in West Fitchburg, and was happy to be rescued.

She’s well-trained, gets along with other dogs, and about 50 lbs., which is on the smaller side for a German shepherd mix. Volunteers currently working with her are hopeful she’ll be adopted soon, because “she’s a very smart dog who gets along with everyone.” Call: 978-956-4082 to learn more.
