FITCHBURG  — Rollstone Bank & Trust has announce that Marcio Cirino  has been promoted to vice president and mortgage loan originator, based at the bank’s Leominster office.

A 15-year veteran of Rollstone Bank & Trust, Cirino brings 13 years of residential lending experience to this role, serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Central Massachusetts, according to Rollstone officials in a recent press release.

In his position, Cirino originates residential mortgage loans for individuals and families throughout the Central Massachusetts region, guiding customers from initial application through closing while ensuring a smooth and informed experience at every step, Rollstone officials said. Drawing on his deep familiarity with the local market, he is well-positioned to guide clients through the full range of residential mortgage products that Rollstone Bank & Trust offers.

“Marcio has consistently demonstrated the kind of expertise and personal commitment to clients that defines great mortgage banking,” said Joanna Buccieri, senior vice president and director of Residential and Consumer Lending at River Run Bancorp, the parent company of Rollstone Bank & Trust. “His knowledge of the Central Massachusetts market and his dedication to making the homebuying process as smooth as possible for our customers make him an invaluable part of our team. This promotion reflects the confidence we have in him and in the continued growth of our residential lending presence in the region.”

Rollstone representatives said Cirino also analyzes borrower financials, structures loans within the bank’s product guidelines and coordinates across processors, underwriters, appraisers and closing attorneys to manage an active lending pipeline. An important dimension of the role involves cultivating relationships with local real estate professionals and community referral sources, bringing Rollstone Bank & Trust’s residential lending expertise to more homebuyers across the markets the bank serves.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to serve even more families in the communities where I live and work,” said Cirino. “For most people, a home is the most significant financial decision they’ll make, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is always to make the process straightforward and to find the right solution for each individual customer.”

Cirino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. He lives in Leominster.
