A 16-day celebration of American history, industry and innovation is set to take over the National Mall in Washington, D.C., as part of the Freedom 250 commemoration.

Organizers announced that the Great American State Fair will run from June 25 through July 10, 2026, bringing more than 150 exhibits and attractions to the nation’s capital.

The event will include 56 state and territory pavilions, giving visitors a chance to see displays representing communities, industries and traditions from across the United States and its territories.

The fair is being promoted as a national showcase of American ingenuity during the country’s 250th anniversary celebration. Organizers said the event will include major names in U.S. manufacturing, including John Deere and Harley-Davidson.

The two companies are expected to be among the icons of American industry featured at the fair.

An announcement on X described the event as an opportunity to “Come stand in history” and invited attendees to RSVP.

The Great American State Fair is scheduled to open June 25 and continue through July 10, 2026, placing the event at the center of Washington’s summer Freedom 250 activities.

With exhibits, attractions and pavilions planned across the National Mall, the fair is expected to highlight American manufacturing, state and territorial heritage and the country’s broader 250th birthday celebration.
