The greater community is mourning the devastating loss of Hadley ‘Haddie B’ Boucher, the dek hockey superstar, family and friends loving seven-year-old who passed away peacefully on May 27 in her hometown of Lunenburg following a courageous 13-month battle with DIPG, an inoperable brain tumor.

The Hope for Haddie Facebook page has been flooded with messages of love and support for the Boucher family along with photos of kids and others wearing green, Haddie’s favorite color. Green bows have popped up on telephone poles, mailboxes, and more in the days following her passing and Leominster City Hall and the Leominster Police Department are currently lit up with green in honor of the beloved young girl who is missed by many.
