MONTICELLO- The Sullivan County Veterans Service Agency will temporarily close its office from Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5, while staff complete required training programs.

During the closure, agency personnel will continue to respond to emails and phone calls as their schedules allow.  However, no appointments will be available during that week, and walk-in visitors will not be accommodated.

County officials said the temporary closure is necessary to ensure staff remain up to date on training requirements and continue providing quality services to local veterans and their families.

The office is expected to resume normal operations on Monday, June 8.
