GROTON — Health coach and mindfulness teacher Lauren Masse will present “Mastering Stress: Practical Techniques for Relief” during a virtual program from 7 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, hosted by the Groton Public Library, in partnership with Tewksbury Public Library and Ashland Public Library.
Masse, founder of Bright Heart Coaching, will share practical strategies to help participants manage and reduce stress in everyday life.
The workshop will explore common sources of stress and offer simple techniques that can be incorporated into daily routines to improve well-being and build resilience.
“In this program, participants will learn effective strategies to manage and reduce stress in their daily lives,” Masse said. “This workshop offers practical tools that you can easily incorporate into your routine. Gain insights into the root causes of stress and how to navigate them with confidence. Leave feeling empowered and more in control.”
The program will be recorded, and all registrants will receive access to the recording within 48 hours following the event.
Masse is a mindfulness and meditation teacher through Bright Heart Coaching. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in public health, and certifications in health coaching and mindfulness. Through her teaching and coaching, she focuses on helping people build supportive habits, strengthen emotional well-being and create more balance and ease in daily life. “My mission is to help individuals create healthier, more sustainable lives by building supportive habits, improving emotional well-being, and bringing more balance and ease into daily life,” she said.
