ELLENVILLE – M&T Bank in Ellenville has awarded a grant to the Ellenville Regional Hospital Auxiliary to help finance their Market Expansion Support Project. The money will help fund branded marketing materials, which will give the auxiliary greater community visibility at outdoor events. Auxiliary President Haze Gal said the funds will make a big difference.
“The M&T Charitable Foundation was gracious enough to review our grant request and provide an award of $1,000 that the hospital auxiliary will be using to buy branded tent canopies and signage so that we can do our outdoor exhibits.”
Bank branch manager Leanna Sorrentino said the bank doesn’t need to give away grant money.
“It’s not a need. It’s something that we’re honored to be able to do, to give back to our community. And that’s something that we wish to be a part of, to be able to continue to give back.”
