WARWICK – The Town of Warwick Police Department and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office are conducting an ongoing investigation into alleged illegal business practices at Fullerton Insurance at 583 Route 94 North in the town.
Police detectives have executed a search warrant at the business to obtain documentation, electronic devices, and other potential evidence related to suspected fraudulent activity.
A complaint from a client of the agency prompted the investigation and since that time, investigators have received over 20 additional reports from individuals who believe they may have been similarly affected.
Town police are requesting that anyone who believes they may have been a victim of fraud involving Fullerton Insurance to contact the detective division at 845-986-5000.
The investigation is continuing.
