SAUGERTIES – A 39-year-old Saugerties man has been arrested following an ongoing stalking investigation.
Saugerties Police arrested Vincent Neglia, Jr. on three felony counts of criminal contempt and two counts of stalking.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail.
