Calling all cupcake bakers and decorators at Townsend Library

TOWNSEND — Bakers and decorators of all skill levels are invited to take part in a sweet community celebration at the annual Cupcake Festival from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, at the Townsend Public Library, 12 Dudley Road.

This fun-filled event brings together creative cupcakes, friendly competition and plenty of sugar-filled smiles.

Participants are needed to bake and decorate cupcakes for display and tasting, while the public is invited to stop by, admire the creations and enjoy a treat.

Cupcakes will be sold, with proceeds to benefit the Friends of the Townsend Public Library.

Bakers and decorators can sign up through the Townsend Public Library’s event calendar, located at townsendlibrary.org.
