LUNENBURG — The community is invited to step into an hour of pure restoration and clarity as the Lunenburg Public Library hosts a new 60-minute yoga and breath work experience beginning Thursday, Jan. 8, at 4 p.m.
Thoughtfully designed for individuals who value both physical vitality and mental composure, the classes — led by The Traveling Trainer — will offer a refined approach to stress relief, mobility and focus.
Set in a calm, softly lit environment, each class will guide participants through elegant, fluid postures that lengthen, strengthen and realign the body.
The experience is complemented by powerful breath work techniques that help regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and sharpen mental clarity.
Every session is intentionally curated to reduce stress, enhance mobility and reconnect participants with a deep sense of calm and control.
The Traveling Trainer — which provides a mobile gym and personal training experiences across New England — is dedicated to making fitness more convenient for people who want to stay on track with their fitness goals.
“Whether you’re an executive seeking mental focus, a parent reclaiming quiet moments or someone ready to invest meaningfully in personal well-being, this experience provides a luxury escape from daily noise — without ever leaving town,” said Dave Marchand, strength coach and owner of Traveling Trainer, LLC.
This class will be offered every other Thursday through March at the library, 1023 Massachusetts Ave.
