In a Christmas night Truth Social post, President Donald Trump took aim at the “sleazebags who loved Jeffrey Epstein”—accusing political elites of hypocrisy—while blasting the “Radical Left Witch Hunt” and even GOP Rep. Thomas Massie, capping off a year of combative holiday messages with a parting shot at his critics.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump didn’t hold back in his Christmas night message, using his Truth Social platform to excoriate the “sleazebags who loved Jeffrey Epstein”—a scathing indictment of political and media elites he claims abandoned the disgraced financier only when it became politically toxic, while falsely pinning blame on him.

“Merry Christmas to all, including the many Sleazebags who loved Jeffrey Epstein, gave him bundles of money, went to his Island, attended his parties, and thought he was the greatest guy on earth, only to ‘drop him like a dog’ when things got too HOT,” Trump wrote in a late-night post. “They falsely claimed they had nothing to do with him, didn’t know him, said he was a disgusting person—and then blame, of course, President Donald J. Trump, who was actually the only one who did drop Epstein, and long before it became fashionable to do so.”

A Holiday Message with Barbs

Trump’s Christmas night broadside didn’t spare his own party. He singled out Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), a frequent intraparty critic, lumping him in with the “Radical Left Witch Hunt” he claims is targeting his allies.

“When their names get brought out in the ongoing Radical Left Witch Hunt (plus one lowlife ‘Republican,’ Massie!), and it is revealed that they are Democrats all, there will be a lot of explaining to do,” Trump wrote. He drew a parallel to the “Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax”, which he has long dismissed as a “fictitious story” designed to undermine his presidency.

Media in the Crosshairs

Trump also revisited his grievances with the “Failing New York Times”, accusing the paper of fabricating election coverage—so much so that it was forced to apologize and lost subscribers over its “highly inaccurate (FAKE!)” reporting.

“Now the same losers are at it again,” he wrote, “only this time so many of their friends, mostly innocent, will be badly hurt and reputationally tarnished.”

A Parting Shot for 2025

Ending on a characteristically combative note, Trump signed off with a veiled threat to his opponents: “But sadly, that’s the way it is in the World of Corrupt Democrat Politics!!!”

“Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas!” he concluded—a cryptic closing that left supporters cheering and critics seething.

A Year of Holiday Jabs

Trump’s Christmas messages have become a tradition of political provocation. Earlier this week, he wished “Merry Christmas to all, including the Radical Left Scum”—a pattern of holiday broadsides that blend festive greetings with unapologetic attacks on his rivals.

As 2025 draws to a close, Trump’s Truth Social posts remain a potent tool—rallying his base, taunting his foes, and ensuring that even Christmas isn’t free from political warfare.

For his supporters, it’s vintage Trump—unfiltered, defiant, and always on the offensive. For his critics, it’s another example of his divisive rhetoric in a season meant for unity.

One thing is certain: Trump’s holiday messages are never just holiday messages. They’re a statement—and a warning.
