President Donald J. Trump pardoned Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters on Dec. 5, according to a document provided a media outlet by attorney Peter Ticktin. The attorney attended military school with the President, and works for him on a variety of matters, including election integrity issues. Peters was convicted on state charges in connection with her role in a 2021 “security breach” when she was the Mesa County clerk. Peters and her supporters maintain she was acting to secure evidence that the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged and stolen from Trump.

On Wednesday, Ticktin appeared on the Stern American rumble election integrity podcast, which lasted for 3 1/2 hours. According to Ticktin, lawyers have gone to court to work on releasing Peters. The 70-year-old is reportedly in deteriorating health, and wants to see her 95-year-old mother. Speakers indicated prison authorities have placed her in a cold, cramped cell, in solitary confinement as she serves her nine year sentence.

According to Ticktin, attorneys hope to eventually get the case before the U.S. Supreme Court. The argument: Yes, Peters was convicted on state charges. However, she was working on an election that involved local, state and national races. And, as a consequence of Peters working on a “mixed election,” — including the 2020 Presidential contest — the pardon that applies for federal offenses ought to free Peters.
Throughout the marathon holiday podcast, Stern and his guests asked listeners to contact Colorado Gov. Jared Polis to ask him to pardon Peters. You can leave a message at (303) 866-2471. Or you can email the governor at [email protected].

Stern introduced his guests and invited them to “Come on down” and speak their truth, mostly about how our elections are corrupted. At one point, Dr. Douglas Frank said he was the one who brought evidence to Peters about the rigged electronic voting process. This led Peters to seek evidence, which resulted in her arrest and conviction. You can email Dr. Frank at [email protected] if you want information about our elections and his ideas on how to improve them.

Another guest reprised a charge that resulted in mainstream media controversy and lawsuits after the 2020 election. But that didn’t deter Emerald Robinson, a former One America News and Newsmax reporter, from speaking her truth. She also hosts The Absolute Truth on Mike Lindell’s Frank platform.

She said that 12 whistle blower engineers from Venezuela gave U.S. Intelligence officials evidence that the Maduro regime rigged the electronic voting machines in the 2020 election. Press reports indicate the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating these allegations. This purported foreign influence dates back two decades, she said, with attorney Ticktin charging China and Iran are also behind efforts to undermine our democracy.

In a subtle shift from recent podcasts, some speakers expressed concern about how much President Trump can do to fix our elections. Therefore, they said, people need to get out the word, form local groups to influence decision-makers in states across the country and back the president.

The podcast went live hours before President Trump addressed the nation from the White House. In a fighting speech, he told Americans former President Biden damaged our economy, ignited inflation and left our Southern border open. In contrast, the President said he’s fixing these problems. And he vowed things will get even better in the new year.

Looking ahead to the new year, Steve Bannon forecast tough times for the President. He noted Democrats want to take back the House of Representatives so they can impeach President Trump. Bannon also charged that establishment Republicans are bucking the president. He said, “The establishment thinks Trump is out of juice. We have to put him on our shoulders and go to war.” Bannon worked for the President during part of his first term in office.

Returning to the election integrity theme of the podcast, Bannon said, “Trump yesterday got truckloads of information on the stolen election.” This information melded with an earlier assertion that the President is working to get more people in the U.S. Department of Justice to prosecute federal election law violations.

Speaking earlier in the podcast, two election integrity advocates offered information based on what is happening in their states. First, Pastor Andy Thompson said he filed a lawsuit over a 2024 stolen election in Nevada. But, he said, the Secretary of State in Nevada destroyed the electronic data Thompson’s lawsuit demanded. This basically proves officials have something to hide, the Pastor said.
Gregory Stenstrom, from Pennsylvania, spoke next. He has a case before the U.S. Supreme Court. It deals with the alleged failure of authorities to investigate election corruption in his state. Stenstrom, who is not an attorney, files pro se lawsuits. Yesterday, he spoke about evidence he uncovered when he investigated what he called irregularities and fraud in his state. According to Stenstrom, all states are required to conduct a “software validation test” for all electronic voting machines. However, Pennsylvania doesn’t comply with this requirement, he said. Still, Stenstrom added, a judge who heard his lawsuit refused to take action.

Other guests also offered their testimony about the state of our voting system. You can watch the entire podcast here. Speakers included Cleta Mitchell, of the Election Integrity Network; Steve Gruber, from the Real America Voice; Marly Hornik, who is involved with an election lawsuit in New York State; Col. Conrad Reynolds; and My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, who is running for Minnesota governor. Steve Stern endorsed him on the program.
