People say a house is just wood and brick. That’s a lie told by folks who have never fought for the place that raised the person they love.

Our home on Center Hill Church Road is not just where we lived.
It is where my husband, James David Klucken, was raised.
It’s the house where his family built their life, where memories were made long before I ever met him. It’s the place that shaped the man I married — a man built from hard work, family, and Georgia red clay. And today, that home is being ripped away from us by people who never loved it, and never cared who it belonged to.

So we are fighting like hell to stop them.

Our family didn’t stumble into this property. We didn’t “squat.” We didn’t trespass.
We lived here. We cared for it. We maintained it.
It was a generational home — and it should have stayed that way.

Then we found the unthinkable:
Documents filed at the courthouse with signatures that did not belong to my husband or his grandmother.

Yet these falsified documents were used as the backbone of a legal assault designed to move us out, take the land, and pretend it was all “proper.”

That is not a mistake.
That is property fraud.

And those who rely on forged documents should not get the protection of the courts while the real family is thrown aside.

Recently, we’ve intensified the fight with documented evidence, sworn statements, and filings that reveal the truth behind this scheme.

Our latest actions include:

  • Filing motions to expose discrepancies in signatures and notarizations.
  • Submitting a detailed timeline comparing real events with falsified records.
  • Asking the court for an expedited hearing to prevent further harm before the truth can be buried under “procedure.”
  • Presenting evidence showing that the entire chain of title is questionable and may rest on forged authorizations.

We’re not stalling.
We’re not bluffing.
We’re demanding the one thing every American deserves: a fair hearing based on real evidence.

This isn’t just about staying in a house.
It’s about protecting a man’s childhood home — and defending a family from being erased by fraudulent paperwork.

Imagine watching your husband walk through the rooms where he grew up, now being told that the signatures connected to that home “must be valid” because they’re on file — even when they look nothing like his real signature.

Imagine watching him revisit childhood memories while lawyers insist those memories don’t matter.

That is what we’re living.

We’ve been treated as if:

  • His childhood in that home never happened,
  • His family ties to the land don’t matter, and
  • Forged signatures carry more weight than a lifetime of truth.

That is not justice.
That is institutional blindness.

If they can ignore forged signatures…
If they can use paperwork to erase a family’s history…

Then no one’s property is safe.

This is why we speak publicly.
This is why I use my voice on Real News to expose what’s happening.
This is why we continue to file motions, exhibits, and emergency requests.

Not just for us — but to warn every family in Georgia and beyond:

If the wrong people want your property, fraudulent paperwork can become a weapon.

We are asking the court for:

  • A fair, expedited hearing
  • A full examination of forged signatures and suspicious documents
  • Restoration of our home if the evidence proves the documents are fraudulent
  • Protection from further harm while the truth is being reviewed

We’re not asking for special treatment.
We’re asking the court to see the difference between legal paperwork and legalized theft.

The home where my husband was raised — where he grew into the man I love — is worth fighting for.

And we are fighting with everything we have:

For truth.
For our family.
For justice.
For the home that carries Dave’s childhood, our memories, and our legacy.

They might have the money.
They might have the lawyers.

But we have something stronger, The Truth

So we’re not backing down.
We’re not giving up.
And we’re not letting them rewrite history.

Not now.
Not ever.
