As Video Editing Becomes Too Painful: What Should You Do?

The top-ranked pain point is 'video editing is a headache.' In this article, I will share some solutions with you, hoping to help the content creators on Gan Jing World. In summary, there are four solutions: using video templates, minimizing the use of subtitles, assembling a behind-the-scenes team, and striving to become a star influencer discovered by Gan Jing World talent scouts.
Using Video Templates
Canva, Mojo, CapCut, all have video templates. These templates can automate many steps, saving you a lot of time on editing, transitions, subtitle animations, and other details. Most importantly, they can compensate for your design shortcomings.
For example, in the video below, I used a Canva template and generated a video using some AI photos. If you were to create the album animation effects yourself, it would take a very long time, but using a template is very convenient. CapCut and Mojo's short video templates are also very powerful.
However, CapCut, like TikTok, is owned by the Chinese company ByteDance. The information security of TikTok has been heavily questioned and it has been completely banned by some Canadian and U.S. governments. So please use it with caution.

You often see the short videos I post are made using Mojo templates. I spent a little time setting it up the first time, and then I just replace images, titles, and screenshots, and within a few minutes, a short video is generated.
I particularly recommend using Mojo's Social Card template to create a short promotional clip for yourself and add it to the end of each short video. This is an excellent way to promote your channel because the better your branding, the easier it is for strangers to follow.
I made the template below using Cap Cut, and it's currently one of my highest-viewed short videos. I started by selecting a child-themed template and then picked a few video clips as per the video's requirements. I added the promotional clip at the end, and it was done. It only took a few minutes. Use More Images and Videos, Less Text
Most of my video-making time is spent on subtitles. In reality, you can share your values and lifestyle effectively with the audience even without subtitles. People prefer visuals and videos over text. I believe that if you learn to tell stories through visuals, you can save a lot of energy on this aspect. Everyone, in the course of developing on the platform for a cleaner world and in the media industry, can discover a role that suits them, allowing their talents to be fully utilized.
In reality, I think the simplest and best approach is for you to stay focused, endure the initial lonely, challenging, and hardworking days, and explore your unique qualities to create distinctive content.
