阿根廷新總統當選，這首《阿根廷請別為我哭泣》歌曲再次被人們提起，我這附上的是美國歌壇大姐大麥當娜演唱的版本，是公認的最佳版本。不過原唱是70年代的事了，當時推出後在包括英國在內的很多國家大火！成為世界名曲。它其實是一部音樂劇的唱段，音樂劇名為《艾薇塔 Evita》，講的是阿根廷前總統貝隆的夫人。麥當娜90年代參演此片，擔綱女主，並親自演唱其中所有女生唱段，包括這一首。一開始由她出演女主，爭議很大，因為她除了是美國歌壇“惡女”之外，出演的電影幾乎是演一部砸一部，可她為這個角色付出很多心血準備，最終感動阿根廷獲准出演，結果大獲成功，成為扮演艾薇塔最成功的女星。如今阿根廷新總統上任，能否幫“祖上富過”的阿根廷重振雄風，令阿根廷“不再哭泣”，就看他的本事了。
