I'm today's host, Matthew, and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Amcrest Leak window camera. All the new Leak products actually connect to the app, but can also connect to an NVR. And as you know, in every episode of Good Tech Cheap, we do a full unboxing and review. So, let's get into it. Welcome back to Good Tech Cheap, where we'll be taking a look at this Amcrest Leak right here. This is a window camera. Very, very awesome. Amcrest is doing a lot of really, really cool stuff right now. But packaging on this looks fantastic. Let's open it up. Inside the box, you're gonna find the quick start guide. It's just gonna give you all the information you need on how to get it set up. As you see right there, any issues you have, they have support. So, very important. Next up, we have our power cable right here, and this is gonna be a USB-A to USB-C. Keep in mind, there is no battery in this window unit. You're literally gonna have to keep it plugged up, but everything you need is included. We have the Velcro system right there for the window, so you're gonna put these on the window and then stick the camera to it. Right there, they send you multiples, so you'll be able to move it anywhere you need, when you need it. Some cable management stickers are included. You'll be able to put these wherever you need them and run the cables along it. That way, you can make it all nice and tidy. And finally, the camera itself. Go ahead and remove this sticker for you guys. Very, very nice. So you see, this is like a Velcro material right here, and that's because you put that sticker on the window, then put the camera onto it. On the back, it looks like we have a speaker here for the two-way audio, our power cable, and our reset button. So, very simple setup right here. You're not really gonna have to worry about anything. Very simple setup right here, so you're not gonna have to worry about anything. You'll be able to just put it where you need it, and you're good to go. Well, let's go ahead and get everything set up and try it out. This is the Amcrest Link 3MP 2K window camera. It's a 3MP Wi-Fi window sticker camera, and it live streams at 3MP at 15fps video and includes two-way audio using the Amcrest Link mobile app. You can remotely view using the Amcrest Link mobile app, and you can even set it to detect humans using the built-in hardware-based AI chipsets. It's gonna record to a microSD, but keep in mind, that is not included. And you can even use the optional Amcrest Link Cloud remote video storage. And with the extra-wide 100-degree viewing angle, you're gonna see pretty much everything. Installation is super easy. After the window sticker Wi-Fi camera has been installed, you're just gonna use the included Velcro sticker templates to attach the device to any glass surface, including windows or other similar surfaces. The 3MP window Wi-Fi camera features a CMOS of 1x2.8 and 3MP of progressive image sensor to achieve unsurpassed low-light capability in night vision. And it supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi. But do keep in mind, the Amcrest Link Wi-Fi camera requires a power supply for power. When it comes to human detection, this is their most technologically advanced system, its smallest form factor, and best low-light 3MP Wi-Fi camera yet. And unlike any other competitors, their human detection algorithm is built directly into the chipset, which means it doesn't require any kind of cloud access subscription to operate. And it comes with the AI night vision, which includes a built-in low-light color night vision. The camera will begin to automatically record and also send push notifications when it detects a human. So you're gonna get those intelligent alerts, but also storage options. When you're using the Amcrest Link mobile app, that's where you'll get the notifications. You'll be able to instantly review recordings right there on your phone. When it comes to storing your footage, you can remotely use the optional Amcrest Link cloud subscription or locally to a class 10 micro SD card up to 128 gigabytes. But do keep in mind that is not included. One of the coolest things is you'll be able to pair all this with the Amcrest NVR. So if you have one of their NVR systems, you'll be able to just link this right up to that home security system to track everything. It's simple, reliable, and secure. Night vision capability in absolute darkness. The Wi-Fi works on 2.4 and five gigahertz. And AI human detections is always free. So I gotta say, wow, Amcrest, great job.
