Video Summary
AI GeneratedThis video discusses the varying interpretations of recently released Pentagon UFO files. While the SETI Institute views old reports as products of \"space fever,\" others suggest interdimensional beings or secret human technology. Meanwhile, Pentagon investigators identify a pattern of unknown craft over sensitive U.S. sites, though a lack of concrete video evidence leaves room for debate.
What this has to be is portals, interdimensional beings.
That is Raj Nair, co-host of the CBN's Quick Start podcast,
giving his explanation over the black triangle
that federal agents reported over a western ridge in June.
The newest Pentagon files are being read in sharply different ways.
The head of the SETI Institute sees old witness reports
from an era of space fever.
Podcast hosts on CBN News are weighing alien visitors,
secret human technology, and other dimensions.
The Pentagon's own investigators see a pattern
of unknown craft over sensitive sites in the western U.S.
The reading that wins will shape how the public
and Congress judge every file that comes next.
Hey Ufologists, I'm Christina Gomez and this is your UFO News Update.
This episode builds on the one that just came out earlier,
picking up with two Southern California reports
that CBS Los Angeles pulled from the latest files.
The first dates to August of 1952, when three Boy Scouts camping
on Catalina Island reported a silver object moving faster than
a typical jet at an unknown altitude.
The second came in November of 1953 from a man who watched a round,
purplish-white object hang motionless over
the island before it drifted off towards Los Angeles.
CBS brought both reports to Bill Diamond, president
and CEO of the SETI Institute, which is the search for extraterrestrial
intelligence group that listens for signals from other worlds.
Diamond believes life exists beyond our solar system,
but he has a hard time accepting that visitors would travel
that far only to circle for a couple of hours,
get spotted by a group of scouts, and then leave.
The Quick Start hosts raised the same doubt about the June triangle.
Like, just logically, like a fourth grader, if there were these,
like, unbelievably technologically advanced creatures,
they just wouldn't be acting like this.
Why would they be so sketchy?
Why would they pop out and then disappear?
It just doesn't make any sense.
Diamond also pointed to the era.
The Catalina reports come from a time when rockets,
space movies, and comic books had people looking up.
He finds it telling that there are more UFO photos than now,
even with billions of high-resolution cameras in people's pockets.
He didn't wave away every witness.
He did allow that some eyewitness accounts could be real, and that he
put the odds of no other life in the universe at close to zero.
In his view, life belongs out there,
but doesn't make it easy to find or even meet.
Raj took the same doubt in a different direction.
He laid out the possibilities as he saw them.
Option one, these are extraterrestrial beings
from planets trillions of miles away.
OK, option two, this is some sort of high tech government stuff
that maybe China maybe has access to.
Or three, this is the United States government just being silly.
Raj ruled out a foreign power, arguing that similar reports go back
to the 1940s, two decades before the moon landing.
He also rejected long-distance visitors, which is how he arrived
at other dimensions, and the Pentagon has taken a different position.
Arrow wrote that the June Triangle needs more investigation because its
shape and movement closely matches other reports from the western U.S.
Earlier releases this year include Federal Agent in 2023 watching
orange orbs release smaller red orbs and an agent's infrared video
of two dark objects moving together at the same slow speed.
A government office is now on record treating these cases as connected,
while outside voices argue over whether they should
be read as visitors at all.
Co-host Billy Hallowell
on CBN News kept human hardware on the table as well.
This triangle thing is very strange.
Is it some technology that Elon Musk has that we don't know
about that's out there floating? I don't know.
But there's no exhaust. There's no propulsion
system, it seems. That's very strange.
Which reading do you lean toward? Old
reports from an age of space fever,
secret human technology, or a real pattern of unknown craft
the government can't explain yet?
Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
The agent's description leaves little room for a conventional aircraft.
They reported a craft about 9 to 15 feet across, then climbed
straight up without a sound, hovering for about 20 seconds,
then left at the speed of a fighter jet with no visible exhaust.
A ground search the next morning found absolutely nothing.
Billy walked through the full range of explanations.
Let's just, again, break down these categories because it's important.
You can say there's no existence of any of this.
This is all nonsense.
People are making it up or they're seeing
things that have a natural explanation.
That's one option.
The second option, aliens exist.
They're specifically created beings that exist
and they're intelligent and they're out there.
The third option is that these are just demons
and or angels and there's a thinning of the
veil and we're seeing the spiritual realm.
The Pentagon plans to keep releasing files on a rolling basis
and no one knows when the
last one will drop.
The hosts also discussed a 2010 report from Skinwalker Ranch in Utah,
and it was written by Bass,
short for Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies,
which ran a defense intelligence agency study known as AARO,
the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program.
There were residents and witnesses
who said that they saw hairy creatures, prehistoric bird looking things.
All these I mean, it sounds like Stranger Things.
And there was even I mean, there
were some other things that were talked about as well.
The portal you mentioned. And so they drew these sketches.
You can see them there over at Fox News. All of this.
Very, very strange.
We covered it a little bit earlier in our earlier episode.
But as the debrief reports years ago,
a former member of the Bass team described the investigators
as never convinced that monsters and aliens were roaming Utah.
But other researchers such as George Knapp
and Colm Kelleher were able to collect reports
of people encountering strange entities on the ranch.
And this is where Diamond's argument cuts against the Pentagon.
The June Triangle was seen by trained agents with an infrared scope,
followed by a ground search and a formal AARO debrief.
Yet, the public has drawn and written statements, not any footage.
As Harvard scientist Avi Loeb noted,
the latest batch contains no videos at all.
The missing data is where every interpretation grows.
Skeptics point to the gaps, others fill them in with theories,
and maybe even other dimensions.
Investigators point to a pattern that they can't yet close
because of the super big gaps in all the data.
The Catalina report from 70 years ago
and the June triangle from this year are separated by decades,
and both still rest mostly on what people saw.
The next release will show whether the Pentagon backs
its recent cases with records, radar allocations,
or whether the public keeps getting witness statements
and only illustrations.
Should the Pentagon keep releasing decades-old sightings like
the Catalina reports or put its efforts into recent cases like
the June Triangle that still have active investigations behind them?
Tell me in the comments your thoughts. If you want to see where
the Black Triangle reports first surface in these files,
go back to my video on the fifth Pursuit release from August.
It covers the FBI witness interviews and drawings
of black triangles seen over the U.S. and other parts of the world.
So make sure to watch this video next.
I'm Christina Gomez. That is it for today.
I will see you again next time for another UFO News update.
Be safe and remember, keep your eyes on the skies.
