Hi, I need to book a flight to Osaka for next week. I'm visiting a client on Thursday morning, so I'd like to arrive the day before. Sure, I've found two options. There's a morning flight on Wednesday that arrives at 2pm and an evening flight that gets in around 9pm. The morning one is a bit more expensive though. I'll take the morning flight. I want to have enough time to check in and prepare before the meeting. Can you also book a hotel near the client's office? Of course. Do you have a budget limit I should stick to? Keep it under $150 a night if you can, and make sure it has free breakfast. I won't have time to go out in the morning. Got it. I'll send you the confirmation details by end of day.
