THE STOCK MARKET IS GOING TO GO CRAZY!! - My Watchlist - 3 STOCKS TO BUY NOW
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
I got your watches coming into June 8 2020 and the stock market
is going to go crazy and it actually just might we have a
continuation potentially off of last Friday's potentially
historic day.
There was a lot of things that came out even though the data
was awful.
It had very very positive implications or at least that is what
the stock market and Wall Street priced in.
So we have a lot to talk about.
I want to talk about that how we're going to go about playing
it.
I actually have a few plays that I'm pretty excited about.
We will see how this week plays out.
If Monday gets off to a really weak foot, then we might not
really see anything.
But again, we will see so I have a few plays that I'm eyeing
for some swing trade so I can't wait to go over those and
that's pretty much it.
So I got the keys to plays all that and I hope you guys are
ready for the week.
So let us not delay.
You guys know what you need to do.
Drop your thumbs up on the video.
Make sure you're subscribed.
And if you don't know we are live Monday through Friday 30
minutes before open.
It's the first link in the description and is pinned in the
comments.
We better see you there in the morning.
It's free 99.
It cost you nothing to join youtube.com slash the stock market.
You could post the place see the plays watch everything live
and watch all of the plays.
The watch list come to life.
All we ask is that you're positive and respectful and the
most important thing you need to do post or watch this below.
Let us know what you're looking at.
You got any plays comments remixes anything post them below
and do not forget today is Monday or tomorrow's Monday.
That means we have the random account generator.
So this is an experiment we're doing.
We're trying to highlight what happens if you just randomly
followed plays on the internet.
So every Monday from the watch list, we've made this account.
We take a random play with a random comment picker and select
the place.
So post a specific option play below and then tomorrow on
stream.
We will pick that play where we'll pick it and then we're
going to trade it live on this account.
So so far it's done pretty well the last two weeks.
You guys have failed.
So we will see how week number three goes.
We started it and then stop this.
So yeah, but yeah, you get it but right off the bat the main
key for tomorrow is going to be what happened last week or
the weekend and Friday and this hangover we are going to
see from that there is going to be digestion.
Are we going to see more new highs in what level of range
do we set?
We're going to talk about this but we are back into that
Wuhan zone in the pricing and earnings expectations or at
least price expectations of before the virus hit.
So this is very important but understand what happened over
the weekend or even on Friday.
It was bad data.
There was still bad jobs reports.
It's not like everybody got their jobs back.
It was still a crazy number, but it was not as bad as people
were expecting but that data is also including California
and New York, which haven't really been fully open like
some of these other states.
So Wall Street is very very optimistic, but also at the same
time, what are they optimistic about again?
You even have the protest kind of dying down a little bit
but overall we were pricing in a really really really really
bad expectation.
So again, why is the market moving like this?
Because even though the market dropped the market was
expecting stuff a little bit worse.
So there's just a lot of optimism right now.
So we have to watch how that digest.
However, what we saw on Friday could be seen as a signal
of things going back to normal.
Not only that hard economic data, but now there was that
big Trump speech and everything that he did but it's kind
of this signal you could even see from a societal point of
view. A lot of people are just in this attitude that things
are going to be reopened.
So that whole pent-up demand.
We're actually seeing it come to life and however that plays
out that is going to let us know but again, it's going to
go hand-in-hand with Wall Street and expectations.
So this week and especially tomorrow we need to see is this
a continuation off of all of this stuff from last week or
was that kind of the climax point and then this week now
we set in way and we'll see because again it is summer but
last week Friday was a crazy day even just on top of everything
else that happened.
So there was that and now on the other side of things there
was the China u.s.
Dilemma beef, whatever you want to call it, but on Friday
Trump put tariffs over lobsters or something like that pretty
much going is to protect the u.s.
Lobster industry getting very very weird and that's what
makes it weird and I don't know if it was it could have been
something but it doesn't affect such a big trademark.
It may not be a real big sticking point or a point of contention
between the u.s.
And China, but at the same time we were very very very bullish
on Friday again with that almost a thousand point gain back
at these levels of where the S&P is it was it was a very very
big day, but that could have distracted from this news, but
I want to see how that plays out.
But again that is still on the table and we're seeing that
kind of inches escalating then de-escalating a little bit
than escalating but then we've also seen other things take
center stage.
So I still have an eye on that but we don't have anything
too crazy plan this week that should set that off and the
one has been strengthening of anything.
So watch out for that.
And then finally just even to summarize the rest of this
week and what I'm going to be looking for.
I'm going to just be watching to see if this news that we
got was built upon and if we get to higher highs or if it
ends up leaving us at this Wuhan zone.
So if you guys don't remember when all of this stuff started
it was a very very interesting, but we have we had our initial
Wuhan zone.
So I got to pull up pull it up on the one of your chart, but
that was the first time the markets kind of panicked in late
January to what was going on.
It almost saw some new lows then bounce and then we eventually
drop but even when we drop that's when we buttered and then
this was our second Wuhan zone.
So take a look.
We're back there.
But now we are at that first level of where everything started.
So again, what we need to see is do expectations price above
that is this serve as a resistance point in the future.
We will see what happens but that is what I'm going to be
watching for and even the timing.
It's already June.
This was the first week of June.
We will see as we start getting into the second quarter third
quarter fourth quarter all of that, but we need to just see
how this plays out.
And again, just watch the clock and how this is playing out.
It's going to be very interesting.
So that is pretty much it though.
I hope you guys are ready.
There's going to be some opportunity.
I'm excited to go over some of these plays but overall control
the budgets control the balances.
You guys saw something in this marketplace individual companies
are taking moves.
There's still a lot of individual moves.
It doesn't have to be these big index moves or anything like
that. So it could still be slow, but it's still fast in some
way. So keep your eyes open look for opportunities and source
that info baby, but that's pretty much it.
So let us get into the play right off the bat.
I'm excited to share these plays.
I have a few different ones two of them.
I am already in one of them.
We got out on the weekend and then one of them is a brand new
play.
So as far as the ones that I'm already in Banks, we played
JP Morgan.
I'll go over this specific play, but I'm going to talk about
that. I want Banks.
I also have Grubhub.
They have that buyout news information or again, they have
a new suitor other than Uber.
So I really like this one.
We're in a play as well too.
I'll cover this specific play but watch out for that this week
though.
Those are the plays I'm in and I'm going to be looking for this
week to develop.
But now the main play I'm going to look to get this tomorrow.
Hopefully I'm not really in a rush again.
I want to see what the market tells me and especially tomorrow
after a day of such strength and then how we open it will be
really good for this play.
But Walmart that is going to be the main one and why I like
it is because take a look at the market again.
I've been pointing out Walmart with how it's been holding up
and now you see big big day on Friday.
This thing started to sell off and you can see it's looking
a little bit weaker.
So kind of like some companies like zoom but Walmart has a
little bit more weight to it things that could weigh it down.
But some of these companies did very very good and they got
pricing in an advantage to win things weren't back to normal
when there was an issue.
So now if we do come back to normal that could pose something
or it could be something else.
However, I like Walmart.
I like how it's looking.
So I'm going to be looking on the put side for them or I'm
going to be seeing if I could do some sort of iron condor
credit spread play.
So pretty much I'm either expecting it to drop a little bit
stay neutral or even have a big drop.
But all I'm getting from this is that it is now it's showing
a clear rotation where the people are buying other stocks.
They're buying into the market.
But now Walmart is becoming less appealing as other stocks
become more appealing and that is in essence.
What a rotation is.
So I don't have a specific play in mind, but I'm going to
be looking for put some with time and again credit spreads
as well, but we will see tomorrow morning and even throughout
the day.
I'm in not really any Russian.
I think after tomorrow if we see a continued rotation or
not that will let us know if that is actually a viable play
or not.
So there was that now as far as the JP Morgan's I grabbed
this play.
I grabbed five of them on Friday.
We did this.
I think it is after the Boeing trade, but I got 145 calls
for July.
So a little bit of time but a month again and keep note of
that.
Now we're approaching June 7th.
So June 19th are right around the corner.
Those are only like one two-week contracts.
But even then these July contracts we used to pay a lot of
money for these been the beginning of the year you are now
looking that's a that's a one-month contract.
So keep that in mind, but it has a little bit more time decent
price.
I got these 145 calls at 19 cents a pop.
So I spent a hundred bucks for five of them.
They went up to 30 cents.
So I would say you could probably wait in my idea with this
play like we said last week.
I didn't see it happen.
Even though we saw some bullishness.
I'm expecting one day this week or some week where banks are
going to be kind of a breakout.
We kind of saw it two weeks ago.
Then we saw transports and then tech and some other things rotate
or non-tech last week.
So and then the airlines, but I'm going to watch for banks to
do something similar.
So I'm in that play.
I don't think I think you can wait for it and see but there
is other plays and I will look at them.
But JPM is pretty much the biggest mover out of the banks
Bank of America is kind of the most stable.
It kind of moves with XLF in the overall banking market and
then Wells Fargo is the biggest lagger.
So why am I bringing this up is think about the airlines last
week UAL and AAL.
They move differently, even though some of the options change
All the options change had some good gains because all the
underlyings moved a lot.
But at the same time the ones that were like the biggest
laggers or that had specific advantages that you could see
they really really went up a lot.
So I think Wells Fargo being a lagger that offers its own
unique bullishness.
If things do turn around so I might even aim at some calls on
Wells Fargo, maybe even some with some time, but we'll see
other than that though.
We had the grub up to that.
The news came out again on Friday.
We made all these plays kind of in a decent span of each other,
but the grub hub news came out and they had a pop in a wide
like this.
I got these calls.
I grabbed the June call.
So these are this week a little bit amount of time and it's
an 85 call at 10 cents.
So this is pretty much expecting an imminent buyout understand
that because if we're playing a buyout news with this only
having one week if there is no buyout news or something to
shoot this up every single day.
This is going to lose that premium.
That's why the premium shot up and came down on it quick.
But the good part about it is it's out the money and now that
uber is out of not really out of the question, but there's
a other suitor.
It changes the expectation.
So there was an opportunity with the options about because
before people thought grub hub was going to get bought out
at like 62 like 68 bucks a share max, but now with other
people in there, it could offer the potential chance of a
higher offer.
And that's why that premiums on the contracts are going a
little bit higher than they were because now there's an
increased possibility or expectations implications.
IV has gone higher for that reason.
So watch them.
We got those and then finally remember we sold out of the
Boeing play.
We made a video on that this week if you want to check it
out on how we play that but I'm all out of that play a nice
profit.
What I want to see is if I can either sell premium sell some
of the call premium if it kind of stops because again, there's
a lot of IV now considering how much it's moving even these
levels again 206 and even when you look at Boeing on the
multi-year chart, you know, this is a vertical balance.
They're coming from a low level.
So we'll see but I want there's going to be a lot of
expectations.
I want to see if I can either sell premium or even get another
call for cheap.
So if I if we could get some decay Monday Tuesday and the
calls become cheap or I could sell premium tomorrow on the
call side and then wait three four days later.
It comes by and get a call to protect it.
We'll see but I'm thinking Boeing might still get a hangover
effect.
So I'm going to be looking to play some plays on there.
But that is pretty much it for those plays as far as everything
else.
I'm still in those Beyond Meats.
They're holding the value.
I think they expire June 19th or expire this week, but they're
holding up.
I want to see if they get a rotation if they do break out.
Otherwise, it's been holding this for a while.
It is easy.
They're going to give up or break through another high and
we'll see but watch beyond watch Abbey Vi.
We got those in the long term.
They've been doing good.
They clip like 95 96, but I'm expecting I think they got to
put do fire some drug news coming out this week or tomorrow.
We'll see watch Snapchat above 20.
This is huge.
Is that was it 1250 the whole time?
Oh man, 1250.
Oh 1250.
Yeah, so Snapchat above $20 is huge because last time even in
the the beginning of the year when it got up this high it didn't
break out many many times 20 and barely over 20.
This is proven to be a tough range.
So it's been very you could even see on the multiple year chart,
you know, the equilibrium is around like 17 or 15 bucks.
So getting above here is going to be key.
But if it does that could be good.
I sold some of my June 19th contracts because they're coming
towards expiry.
I have two left, but we still have our shares in there, but
watch them watch Spotify.
Same thing again.
They're more younger, but we have that one July play.
They're holding up.
They it's not like beyond me as much.
They've been moving around a little bit more but watch out
for them.
We're still in that play.
Like I said Walmart.
That's going to be my favorite favorite HD.
I don't have a play on there.
They're hitting all-time highs that could go crazy.
I still want to get premium, but the premium hasn't been good.
We have the McDonald's and now that McDonald's selling on the
call spread that's going against us.
But what I want to do is hold that for a little bit.
If it really goes against me tomorrow.
I'm going to see if I could even get some cheaper put plays
just just in case that could make it so that because again,
we have a long way to go to become profitable on it.
But if I could capture any profit on the little moves, we
will see but watch just even the slow movers and again rotations.
I think that's going to be a big theme still holding that in
the video.
We need that to come down.
If not, we still have two weeks, but otherwise same situation
is before we're losing on that one still holding those are
the two premium cells and then finally you and H they're a
little higher.
The contracts are up like three four hundred percent from
last weekend.
But if these decay, I'm going to watch them Tuesday Wednesday.
So pretty much if it doesn't gap up Monday, I'm going to
see if we could get some cheap calls on them watch them and
then TLT again.
It's at an interesting level watch with the bond market
saying but I'm not quite ready to pull the trigger on anything
else, but it's it is showing some bullishness.
If anything we could even use that to gauge kind of this
rally or zone.
You could you could see the inverse between there and the
spy. So it is going to be an interesting week and we have
to wait for a lot of data or just to see the responses.
So I hope you guys are ready.
But that is your watches.
Ladies and gentlemen, make sure Hydra healthy ready to go.
Make sure you post your watch list.
Make sure we see you there in the morning.
I need the armor on I need the helmet shining.
I need you in the game, baby.
Budget budget budget control.
All you have to do is eliminate one to three weeks of bad.
Okay, all the trades know just one or two bad trades avoid
one or two bad trades that have been chipping away at the
profits and you will see a substantial increase.
Don't be afraid to go slow, baby.
I'm gonna see you guys in the morning.
The coat loves you.
I love you.
I'll see you in the morning.
Let's go.
