The Room in Buckingham Palace Nobody's Allowed to See

Buckingham Palace has 775 rooms. Only 19 are ever opened to the public. But buried within the private apartments on the first floor of the North Wing sits a pale blue room where fifteen Prime Ministers met the Queen for seventy years, with no aides present and no minutes taken. This is the story of how that room came to exist, who breached its defences, and why, even now, it may sit empty and sealed for good.
