Video Summary
AI GeneratedThis video evaluates college football performances from week five, focusing on player statistics, PFF grades, and NFL draft projections. It categorizes athletes into \"superstars\" and \"stock up\" players while identifying those whose draft value has declined due to poor play, alongside strategic betting insights for upcoming matchups.
Today we break down the biggest winners and losers from college football week number five. If you
guys are new, feel free to like comment and subscribe. We have about 45 players on this list,
but if you want to see over 100 players that I went through each game and ended up giving a win
or a loss to go over to the Patreon five bucks a month, and we have a great community over there.
You can see my full big board and on top of that, all of my evaluations. So go enjoy all the bonus
content over there. We have a great community. Let's go into this. And this is going to be into
four sections. It's going to be the stock up, which is superstars and stars of the week. Then
we have the stock down, which is going to be the duds and the stock down. So let's get into it.
Start out with the superstars. It's a familiar face. Aiden Flora, super weapon out of Iowa State
can't even call him a running back anymore. This guy ended up absolutely dominating and being the
reason why Iowa State somehow pulled off a miraculous victory this week versus West Virginia.
This past week, he ended up having a jaw-dropping performance starting out with 22 carries for 212
yards and three touchdowns on the ground. That comes with seven missed tackles forced,
but he was targeted, did not get a reception. What's even crazier is that even though he put
over 200 yards on the ground, got three touchdowns on the ground, not even a single reception,
he ended up having two passes for 42 yards and two passing touchdowns as well. Insane performance
for Aiden Flora. Again, he's the main reason and the only reason Iowa State has been really
competitive on offense as of recently. So shout out to him. He's been great as a returner as well.
Just got to throw that out there. But again, a pair of passing touchdowns and three touchdowns
on the ground. What an absolute superstar that we have on our hands. He continues to climb in the
rankings. We'll see if he ends up becoming more of an NFL translatable player, but I think you
can't produce like this without having that level of talent. I am still on the hunt for a big upset,
and I think I might've found it this week. North Carolina plays Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh's 5-0,
but they just lost their starting quarterback and they're 5-0 because of a pretty sketchy ruling
on a field goal kick that probably should have put them to 4-1. UNC has been very close in their
recent losses, so I think they are prime for a huge upset here. If we check it out over on
CallShe, Pittsburgh has a 62% chance to win while UNC only has a 38%. If you were to put $25 down
on UNC winning this game, which if you use the code HMS, you will get not only $25 when you put
your $25 for this trade, so you get it instantly back. But talk to my guys over there. They're
so win or lose, you're still making extra on top of what you got. So people who listen to me about
the Jets beating the Bears, they're still sitting happy with that 30 additional in their account,
but they can end up putting 25 on this and get $63.05. If you guys are new and you sign up using
that code, you'll end up getting 63 plus an additional 55, and that's boring, but that's
$110 upside with just a downside of an additional net positive of $30. So make sure you go check
this out, because this is peer-to-peer, so as people start understanding how Pitt's going to
be less impactful without their QB, these numbers will shift. So make sure to take advantage of the
fact that the markets are where they are, and go use that code HMS, where you get $55 when you
trade $25. Continuing on, we have Jeremiah Smith, wide receiver at Ohio State, back-to-back weeks,
and he already has a super high bar, but he goes to Iowa this past week, a vaunted defense, a school
that's been so consistent at providing headaches for even the best of the best, and he ended up
giving them a headache. He ended up having 11 receptions for 206 yards and 2 touchdowns. Julian
Sands getting all the love for what this type of wide receiver does for him. He's doing a phenomenal
job. He's ascended. It's awesome to see how damn good Jeremiah Smith has become. People want to dog
me because I had Cam Coleman above him. You know what? I'll take it on the chin. I don't think
there's ever an argument for why you'd be debating either one of them. It really is the vision for
your offense, and I don't think you'd use Jeremiah Smith the way you would Cam Coleman. I don't
think you'd use Cam Coleman the way you want Jeremiah Smith. So I think that that's a level
that certain people don't want to process. At the same time, Cam Coleman ended up adding about 10
pounds, lost a little bit of his fluidity, and it's pretty clear now that Jeremiah Smith is head
and shoulders the number one weapon in the class. Very excited to see him going out in the NFL this
next year to be able to dominate. Next is an absolute stunner. It's Jamal Roberts, running
back out of Missouri. Not the running back that you'd expect being able to get somehow onto this
list, but Jamal Roberts in a game versus Jaden Baugh came away the far superior back on the
stat sheet. He ended up having 24 carries for 211 yards and three touchdowns. Along with that are
three targets for three receptions and 29 yards with six missed tackles forced. Amazing performance
for Jamal. I mean, again, it was a strong outing for both Austin Simmons as well as Jamal Roberts,
and you gotta give respect for where respect to do. They ended up kicking some ass today,
and yeah, gotta show some love there. Jamal Roberts, very good back, and again, I'm excited
to see if he could be a little more consistent, had some fumbling problems earlier in the year.
Let's see if he's going to be a bit more consistent. Next, we have Santana Hopper,
defensive lineman out of Colorado. If you guys remember back to summer, I ended up having him on
my edge tier ranking list as kind of a weirded tweener. All of a sudden, Colorado deploys
Santana Hopper like Devin Tompkins at Alabama, and he comes away with a jaw-dropping performance.
He ended up having six pressures and nine defensive stops. Even though the rest of the team
didn't really work too well for Colorado, Santana Hopper finally had the game that ended up showing
the talent that I truly believed in him for. So, really good player, loved him at Tulane,
and I was a little bit worried about how he'd be used here at Colorado. After some discussions
with some former Colorado players as well, I found out that they kind of let you have a little bit
more freedom there, so I feel a bit more comfortable with the vision for Santana Hopper
and his transition to the NFL. Colorado knows how to scout their defensive linemen. There's some
very good ones. I've been a big fan of B.J. Green, Samuel Okunlola, and also Santana Hopper,
to just to name a few. Next, we have Damon Wilson, the second edge rusher out of Miami.
NFS has him listed at 241, even though everywhere else has him listed at 250.
Gonna go with the NFL scouts numbers right there, but Damon Wilson, speedy off the edge,
really good pass rusher, has never really been a good run defender, but this past week,
kind of lived up to that. He ended up having 11 pressures, three of them turning into sacks,
along with that are two defensive stops. Again, 11 pressures are phenomenal. If you
end up getting anywhere six and above, you catch my eye. So, really good performance there for
Damon Wilson, who definitely needed to have that, because it was starting to get to the point where
all these other Miami players were having equal, if not better, production. Finally,
he ended up leading the team in the way that he should have. Last, but not least,
on the superstars of the week, because once I gave myself the ability to have six,
I ended up just keeping it that way. There will never be seven. I'm holding it strong at six,
and I've kicked off so many good players from these videos because of it, and it kills me,
but Deshaun Bishop, a running back out of Tennessee, is my last superstar of the week.
While his quarterback situation was crumbling before his eyes, this man not only kept his team
afloat, but ended up keeping his team in the W category. 34 carries for 220 yards and three
touchdowns, with 10 missed tackles forced on the ground. Phenomenal performance, again,
when the passing game is not a threat, where they're debating between Faison Brandon and
George McIntyre, all the focus goes to Bishop, and he still ended up putting the team on his
back, still ended up getting about a 30% missed tackle rating. I love that. That is phenomenal.
They knew it was coming, and he still ended up producing. That's NFL level right there.
I'm excited to see where his future ends up, if it becomes really an NFL product.
Let's talk about the rest of the stock-up players, beginning with some superstars of the week. I
was at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6 different players who were graded as superstars of the week. If you are
looking at it on Patreon, which is $5 a month, you get every single player that didn't even make this
list that are still winners and losers of the week, which I grade every single game that is
going to be translatable in my eyes. I watch all the games, as many as I can. I'm a human,
time is very limited, but I try to do my best to watch every single game. I use my qualitative
point of view, and then I end up looking at all the stats from every single translatable game.
Not just the cool ones or anything like that. There's why UNT is on here. I ended up watching
that game, and there was definitely something there. But West Virginia, not necessarily
something you're going to really dig into the tape on unless you really want to, which I like
Michael Hawkins. We'll talk about him in a second. But it's also a quantitative point of view, where
I end up looking at every single player's stats, end up looking at the guys that we're tracking,
and seeing if they're going to be popping off and being a bit more consistent. So you get that full
list right there. However, if you guys are looking at the list, bolded means they're a candidate for
stock up. Italicized and bolded means that they are superstar or super dud, depending on if you're
looking at the winners or the losers list. So Braden Jacobs, holy ----, this guy's good. Like
first off, never seen this guy before. And I end up looking and I'm looking for the 2028 mock draft,
which I'm dropping tomorrow. It's already it's it's ready to be recorded. The amount of hours I
took to build that, I hope you all love it. I digress. But this guy is insane. 67345 goes up
against Miami, and we just had a Miami player as a superstar of the week. That right tackle got
eviscerated. You know what? You know what Braden did? He left zero pressures on 54 pass blocking
reps. And because I'm no longer partnered with Pro Football Network, they he got a 90 pass blocking
grade from PFF. And that's versus Miami. Insane performance. This guy can end up being a top 10
pick. Spoiler alert, he will be a top 10 pick in my 2028 mock. But let's continue on Aiden West
defensive back out of Minnesota. Really bad first year for Minnesota. But this pass game was awesome.
He ended up having four targets, two of them being completed for 24 yards. And he had an interception
and two pass breakups. So really good performance there. I really like Minnesota overall. So
personally, I'm pretty happy with the outcome there. Then we have Mason Posa linebacker out
of Wisconsin, another player who I am a very, very high on for the next coming draft cycle. Not this
one. He is he's been popping off since the first time he stepped on the field. He was on last year's
performance, two pressures, 10 defensive stops didn't get targeted six times allowed five
completions for 31 yards. But as a heavier 230 pound linebacker, he just shows out on such a
consistent basis. And when you see a Wisconsin linebacker that's popping off, you take note.
And he is an awesome player. I think he's bound to be a first round linebacker in 2028. Next,
we have Gio Lopez quarterback for Wake Forest. This guy's been doing a really good job recently.
Even in losses, he's been very competitive. But this past week, he was balling. He ended up having
27 throws 20 completions for 265 yards, two touchdowns, zero interceptions, one big time
throw zero turnover the place, you know, not worthy of getting on this list. But he also had
11 carries for 93 yards and three touchdowns with seven missed tackles forced on the ground.
First off, that's a crazy ratio of missed tackles forced to runs. That's a that's great on its own.
But he ended up single handedly dominating this game. And Wake Forest dominated. So gotta give
some love to Gio Lopez there. I ended up teasing about him a little bit earlier. But Michael
Hawkins Jr. has been on this list so many times now. Like it's he is a jaw dropping athlete.
He makes big time throws like it's nothing. And he ends up being the most elusive player on the
field. It's a weird combination for someone who just is not built to be an NFL player. And it
sucks. Like it really does suck. But he had 11 completions on 23 throws for 227 yards and two
touchdowns with zero interceptions. Along with that are four big time throws to only one turnover
turnover worthy play. And on the ground, this is where it gets exciting. 18 carries for 159 yards
and two touchdowns with a fumble. But he also got 12 missed tackles forced. This dude is just
unreal. And it sucks that the NFL just has dudes who are built differently. Like you just have to
have a physical threshold. It has to be somewhere. And I just don't think Michael Hawkins beats it.
But the exciting plays are there both on the ground and with his arm. And I just hope he
stays in college as long as possible because he is so fun to watch. Next, we have Turbo Richard
running back out of Indiana, another player who got graded as a superstar caliber player of the
week. Granted, Indiana, in my opinion, didn't face the toughest competition, but he had 13
carries for 204 yards and a touchdown along with seven missed tackles forced to get a reception
on two targets for four yards as well. So 14 touches, 208 yards and a touchdown. Ridiculous
performance there from Turbo Richard. Lee Beebe, if I'm not mistaken, is the other back. He's doing
an amazing job as well. A great running back duo that they have there. Jaheim White, my RB1 going
into last year. Oh, I never learned my lesson when it comes to these small backs, but Jaheim
White is still making me not look like an absolute moron because he's balling the hell out there for
Texas. He had 32 carries for 219 yards and a touchdown with 10 missed tackles forced
and two receptions on two targets for 12 yards. So grand total 34 touches for 231 yards and a
touchdown. Like this dude is North Texas's offense for the most part. And, you know,
I could, I probably should go to Denton to check them out, but SMU usually plays pretty good teams
on those weekends. And I'm like, eh, I've seasoned credentials there. I got to give some love to my
alma mater before I go and check out North Texas, but great performance there for Jaheim. Again,
I just got to get over these small backs. It's something that I got to like literally train
myself to get away from, but Isaiah Neal edge out of pit is next. He's our second. Technically,
Jaheim White did not get graded as a superstar of the week just because 32 carries, but Isaiah Neal,
he ended up having six pressures. One of them being a sack and four defensive stops with a
forced fumble as well. So really productive there, both as a pass rusher and a run defender,
Joseph Hinton and Caleb Como Lafayette, the running backs from Northwestern, both of them
ended up sneaking onto this list. Hinton ended up getting 10 carries for 164 yards and two touchdowns
with three missed tackles forced, did not get his reception on the one target he had. Well,
Como Lafayette had 26 carries for 190 yards and a touchdown with five missed tackles force and the
reception on his only target for 14. So 27 touches, 204 yards and a touchdown. This is versus Penn
State. And this is like, this is where your 18 child did not throw over a hundred yards.
Granted, it wasn't because he just couldn't throw the ball because these dudes were
dominating on the ground and Northwestern has been putting up a really good fight recently.
They're doing a phenomenal job over there. So great job by Northwestern to have not only a
very sneaky air attack, but definitely a dangerous ground attack. Let's continue on with our other
stars of the week. Jordan Faison wide receiver out of Notre Dame. He ended up having nine receptions
for 132 yards and a two touchdowns. Really good performance there in a close one with UNC.
Nikki Prongos left tackle out of Stanford. Sucks that he didn't start out the year healthy,
but he's back. He ends up getting a 91 PFF pass blocking grade, and it did not allow a single
pressure on 37 reps. His team where it wasn't a lot of true pass blocking scenarios. And he ended
up being able to live up to what we expect from him. I still think in the NFL, he's a guard. I
just don't really trust him versus some power, but at the same time, he's still producing, doing a
good job in college. It shows that he still can play that left tackle spot. Marcus White edge
rusher out of SMU is next player who, in my opinion, I have never seen, but I believe Singleton's out
and Singleton's the edge that I really, really like for the Mustangs. He ends up having four
pressures, three of them being sacks and six defensive stops with a forced fumble. He did
allow a reception on his one target for five yards. So really good production there. Really
good conversion of pressure to sack ratio, and then still was a menace on the ground. The Boston
College had a tough time. I was there at the game. They did not have an easy route, even though the
score was pretty close. It was a pretty gruesome battle, to say the least. Next, we have Xavier
Griffin, linebacker of Alabama. All the linebacks at Alabama did a good job. I mean, technically,
there's a 240-pound linebacker that's off the top of my head. He's actually one of the subscribers
that ended up mentioning him over on X, and I'm like, that's the next guy on my watch list. So
I got to be able to catch up on these Bama linebackers, but all three of them ended up
having some pretty good days, to say the least. But yeah, I mean, the one that stood out to me
the most was Xavier Griffin with four pressures, two of them becoming sacks and six defensive stops.
So he also, I believe, had a forced fumble, if I'm not... Oh, he's a true freshman. I was like,
TRFR. If you guys are ever looking at the list and you're like, hey, how does this end up being
divvied up, or I have abbreviations for a lot of stuff, ask me. I'm more than fine explaining
the madness. It just makes it a lot easier to be able to organize it on my front. But regardless,
true freshman, gets six defensive stops, two sacks, and four pressures. Really like seeing
that from Xavier Griffin. Keelan Russell, dude's balling out, goes toe-to-toe with the number one
pick next year, and is like, you know, if I gain 10 pounds, I might be able to be better than you.
He is so awesome, extending the play. I don't think he has the strongest arm in the world.
His balls sometimes do die, and that doesn't bug me that much, because he's been able to extend
plays and still make big-time throws regardless. But it is something to note, like you're talking
about Kamario Taylor versus Keelan Russell in terms of prospect-to-prospect, and there are
some things that you wish Keelan Russell would have a little bit more of. Some meat on his bones
is one of them, 207 pounds. I really want him to be a little bit bigger, but regardless, he ended
up having 16 completions on 22 throws for 285 yards and three touchdowns with zero interceptions,
two big-time throws, zero turnover plays. Along with that, he had two carries for 29 yards and
a touchdown, so four total touchdowns and over 300 total yards. In a matchup, that definitely
was a statement versus Mississippi State. A player that hasn't gotten enough love that I really have
a lot of respect for is Anthony Evans III, wide receiver out of Mississippi State. This dude cooks
every single week, and you know, maybe it's like my fault for just kind of like looking at nobody
else giving him love, but it's kind of time that we start doing that. I mean, this guy has been
electric for Mississippi State, and he ended up having 12 receptions for 166 yards and two
touchdowns versus Bama. This guy was making all types of catches, contested catches, catches in
traffic, getting open to where there's no one around him type of catches. Like, he's great at all
levels of the field, too. So, a name to definitely keep an eye on because he's been
very, very good. Cam Cook, running back out of West Virginia, is next. I mean,
these West Virginia players, man. Like, the ground game, Hawkins and Cook went off, and it was a
bloodbath versus Iowa State, but he ended up having 20 carries for 142 yards and two touchdowns
got two receptions for five yards on three targets. Like, another really strong performance. Cam Cook
has been reliable week in and week out. I always watch West Virginia now because it's just such
an exciting team to watch. Whether it's NFL translatable, we'll see, but it's just so
enjoyable. Ellis Robson, corner out of Georgia, is next. He is the number two corner in the draft.
We'll talk about Ashton Hampton in a second. Even though he's not on here, I'm going to toss
it in as a freebie. I have him as both a winner and a loser. It's very weird, but on the Patreon
and on the sheet, it'll show him as a loser, and I'll explain it in a second. But Ellis Robson,
specifically, he ended up having three targets sent his way. He only allowed one reception for
11 yards with an interception and a pass breakup. Really strong performance. He plays much bigger
than his size suggests. I think that he's one of the more dynamic, fluid athletes, and I think
he's a true corner one in the NFL, at worst a corner two. But talking about Ashton Hampton,
he ended up going into the slot even versus Malachi Tony, and he did a phenomenal job.
Granted, he still allowed 69 yards and a touchdown on himself, so there's still room for him to grow
because Cooper Barcate seems to have this dude's number. I don't understand it, but he seems to
have this dude's number. Had it last year, had it this year. But just gotta point it out,
Ashton Hampton still allowing over 60 yards and a touchdown. Not a fan of that, even though he
had the two pass breakups. There's some big positives there. There's also some big negatives
that happened as well, which is he didn't learn from last year's mistakes. That made me a little
bit more cautious when it came to him as a prospect. But still, I think Ashton Hampton
still could be a top 10 type of player. Just because he's shown versus elite talent, he can
still be elite. All right, Ashton Daniels, quarterback out of Florida State. Weird week.
19 throws, 12 completions for 183 yards, zero passing touchdowns, and an interception with
one big-time throw, zero turnover where he plays. You might be like, the hell is he doing on the
biggest winners and losers? This guy had 13 carries for 168 yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
What? What a performance. This is a QB, right? This is a QB that we're talking about.
Getting five rushing touchdowns does not make sense. I don't get it. But really, really strong
performance on the ground. Five missed tackles forced as well. And then last but not least,
John Curry. This dude's either on the winner's list or on the loser's list. There's not much
in between for this guy. He ended up having five pressures and four defensive stops from the nickel
position, by the way. With two targets, one reception for 14 yards, the other reception
was an interception. Ridiculous stat line. You watch it week by week, and it's like this guy
lets up 100 yards. Then he lets up zero yards and gets an interception and pass breakup. Then he
gets like five pressures and four stops, and you're like, what is going on? This is a nickel back,
like a nickel safety. Very weird. Very weird player, but enjoyable to say the least. But
it is that time. We had a lot of fun talking about some great players. It's time to talk
about some ones that didn't do so great. Starting out Jaden Ball, the first player to have superstar
weeks and also dead weeks. So that sucks. So keep the stars. This dude's going to rack it up
in a game where you really needed to see Jaden Ball flourish. He ended up being horribly quiet.
13 carries for 21 yards, not a single missed tackle forced. That is insane. Like you'd expect
Ole Miss to have been able to put up that type of front. I don't know if there's going to be
something that comes out where Jaden Ball is dealing with like a really bad, like an under,
like not announced injury. And I hope that's not the case. I hope it was just an off week for him,
but I really don't understand how it was that bad. He also had two targets, two receptions for
nine yards. So grand total 15 touches for 30 yards. Horrible performance. Do I think that
that makes him an undraftable prospect? No. Do I still think he'll end up probably being a top 10
pick? Yes, but we need to diagnose it more as to why. And currently I don't think like we have to
see how, you know, his movement is affected the long term because of it, because he's already
shown it through multiple, like four weeks straight was absolutely perfect. Just weird to
see. Like, I want to see, get a little more information before we end up like kind of just
saying this guy is falling from grace. Camario Taylor, he's next. He ended up losing one of my
favorite players in the world and Fluff Bothwell after his first carry. And I hope Fluff comes back
soon because he's a dynamic back and he's also possibly in my 2028 mock draft. Camario is going
to be a number one pick unless Kaelin Russell randomly becomes even better, but that's a problem.
That's a good problem to have. He'll be a top one to two pick and Camario Taylor knock on wood.
He had 34 throws for 19 completions, 246 yards, three touchdowns, two interceptions, zero big
I don't, I think that's bullshit, but it is what it is. He didn't get also one fumble after his one
carry for four yards. So yeah, I just, the, the part that I didn't like about Camario was he was
very up and down. Like he bounced back. That was something that was very encouraging. He would
stand in the pocket and just rip it across the middle of Anthony Evans. But the one of throw
to Ashton Hampton that I'm not, excuse me, not to Ashton Hampton, but to, I believe his
name is Dijon Lee, the corner for Alabama. He ended up taking it to the house. Lee was right
there, right next to the receiver. And he just threw it right at Lee. I don't know why, like,
I don't know how he didn't see him. So that's something that we're going to really need to
understand as to like how that happened. But if it starts becoming a regular thing,
then it might be like, are we really overrating this guy to an insane degree?
Because the arm talents there, the frame is there. The production is there. This dude's
going to be a very good quarterback. It's just like, is this a sign of more to come?
And I hope the answer is no. But this week, I definitely think there could have been a lot
more from Camario Taylor. Faison Brandon had the worst week. First off, this dude had three
completions on eight throws and he had an interception. No touching, passing touchdowns.
No. And he had one interception. How many yards do you think he got?
Zero. Three completions on eight yards for zero yards or three, three completions on eight
attempts for zero yards, zero touchdowns, one interception, zero big time throws,
one turn of worthy play. He had three carries though. What did he do on that?
Negative five yards and got a fumble and he got benched. Oh,
the thing that sucks is I saw a meme where there was some dude in an MRI machine and there was
like, how's it look? And the guy's like, hold on a second. I'm watching Faison Brandon highlights
like this dude was supposed to be the truth. It's not over for him, but that the loss last week
made me lose all confidence in him. And they get benched this week. This dude needs a transfer.
He needs a trip, simply put. I mean, it's, it's that bad. Like he, he needs to show, go to a new
system, learn some new habits and stuff and see if he can end up elevating his game. But it is what
it is. Let's talk about the rest of the dudes. The rest of the stock down players, Braylon Lovelace
linebacker out of Pittsburgh. Um, I love pit linebackers, but this week was pretty bad.
Two pressures and four stops quite nice, but he had seven receptions on seven targets for
94 yards and a touchdown allowed. That's horrible. Like you almost allowed a century,
like a Benji, a straight Benjamin and a touchdown. Um, you know, I, I prefer
my linebackers to be able to play run and be able to blitz. Like those are the nest necessities,
but you have to cover to some degree. You cannot allow 94 yards of a touchdown,
just hot take. Of course, pit was playing against some pretty damn good competition,
but that's not an excuse when you're going to go to the NFL and play good competition every week.
Next, we have Rocco back quarterback out of Penn state, uh, back-to-back weeks that he's on this.
I'm not mistaken. And another embarrassing loss, 41 throws, 26 completions, 243 yards,
a touchdown and two interceptions. One big time throw three turnover, the place
and six carries for 17 yards with no missed tackles forced. I mean, just a very underwhelming,
like he started out the year. So red hot. I was like, Oh ----. Like, was I like wrong
to just not believe in him as a NFL QB, but this guy's not able to win pen lead Penn state to wins
over lower tier competition, not saying Northwestern's lower tier. Cause they've
done a very good job, but this isn't the first time that Rocco back hasn't been able to elevate
his team. And, uh, it's not looking good to say the least, not looking good for him after a red
hot start. It looks like it's all cooled off. Leonard Moore did make this list cornerback at
a Notre Dame. I, he ended up allowing a touchdown with Jelani Thurman, which to be fair, Jelani
Thurman is a very weird tight end. So it's not really something you'll worry about in the NFL,
but he did get targeted six times and allowed four receptions for 56 yards and did have that
touchdown, did have a pass breakup as well. So is it time to ring the alarm bell for Leonard
Moore? Absolutely not. One of those plays was an absolutely incredible reach out catch by the
receiver over the middle that literally was impossible for him to get to. And it was just
a great play by the receiver, uh, Jordan ship, I think his name, unbelievable type of talent.
I don't know if it translates the NFL, but in terms of just being really damn good as a wide
receiver in college, I think he's phenomenal. And then those tight ends really did kind of put
the whole entire team in a binder. So, um, we'll say Leonard Moore expected a little bit more
competition from him versus the bigger targets, but it doesn't make me question his ability.
It's just something where it was a bad week. Then we go to key on soft defensive back out of
Alabama. Um, he was a grade two or day two graded player for me last year, but ends up returning to
school, got a defensive stop, but he allowed four receptions on the four targets, his weight for 31
yards and a touchdown. Simply put, got to do a little better than that. Daniel Hill ran back out
of Alabama. He had five carries for 22 yards and one missed tackle forced, but he also had two
fumbles on five carries. Not good. A lot of fumbles happened that game, by the way, it was like
someone put some butter on the football, but yeah, not a good performance there to say the least.
KJ Bolden also had a pretty bad week. One of my favorite players. And again, it's proof
to my top corner, my top safety, both had pretty bad weeks, technically two of my top safeties
because Kingston Lopa has a, I believe a chest injury or an upper body injury. So hopefully he
bounces back from that, but that's not a reason to say stock down because I'm not a doctor. We
don't know how that's going to go. And I prefer to look at performances than necessarily medical
records for this, but, um, the KJ Bolden allowed, or he had a pressure and two defensive stops,
but he allowed two receptions on four targets for 75 yards and a touchdown, no pass breakups. So
not a good performance there from KJ. Not something that's super alarming to me though.
Keewan Brown running back out of Louisville. This one breaks my heart. My RB2 in the draft,
he had eight carries for 86 yards and a touchdown with seven missed tackles forced.
That alone's a win in my books, but the guy got two fumbles. Like, come on Keewan,
like you can't do that. And they lost the NC state. Yeah, it sucks. There was a lot
of fumbles going around that game. Like everybody who touched the ball, um, in terms of like ground.
So Lincoln Keenholtz, I think at a fumble, Isaac Brown had a fumble and then Keewan had two.
You just, you can't do that. You can't do that. So that was really disappointing. Nitro Toggle
talk about one of the bigger disappointments on the year. Uh, wasn't a huge fan of them anyways
coming into this year, but I just didn't want to be right about that. Cause it's like, Oh, you know,
one of our sellers see the season, right? Uh, he had two targets, did not catch a single one
and dropped both dudes, a bomb multiple weeks on stock down. Uh, Deandre Moore jr. Also multiple
weeks on stock down. He had eight targets, three receptions for 42 yards and a pair of drops.
Catch the ball, man. Like catch the ball. Like both of these guys have essentially become
undraftable because of their hands this year. Then last but not least Kennedy or lacquer
defensive back out of USC. He's had a weeks where he's been on the stock report for winning.
And then quite a few for him getting taken advantage of. He ended up having a defensive
stop, but he was targeted four times, allowed four receptions for 66 yards and two touchdowns
through the air. Not good. Needs more time. He'll have more time, but all the reason is that I think
Oregon was even in the game. It's cause they got to take advantage of Kennedy or lacquer,
but that's the video. Thank you so much for watching. Showing the love you always do.
See you later. Peace.
