Stretching your imagination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

[Music] uh I started making art uh or particularly uh stretchable paper sculptures uh when I uh used to work in a print shop I figured out how to make paper sculptures by uh cutting paper and seeing how they shifted about 10 years ago when I see the children smiling that brings happiness to me and sharing my art with you know with the world and especially with kids and seeing that smile just it means everything to me I make everything from scratch there's no computers there's no lasers everything is done by hand I glue sheets of paper individually until I get a stack and then I start carving it all by hand just looking at a photograph's reference it could take weeks or months to create one sculpture finally I paint it and I have the final product [Music] [Music] [Music]
