Man, what a cracking day to be out here, eh? Such gorgeous autumn weather. So, let's go see if we can get ourselves a fish. Let's see. Kyle, show us your hand. Ha, ha, ha. Oh. Dangerous business, this spearfishing. But look what he's using. Ha, ha, ha. You wonder why you get a cut like that with a spear like that. Bloody hell. Let's see your little haul, Tim. Bloody hell, mate. Eating like a king. Really nice. And we got the abalones in there. Got four abalones in there. Well, not a bad little catch for a novice to work. Now, let's go get you to the hospital, mate. Ha, ha, ha. Man, what a spot, eh? It's all crazy, it's absolutely beautiful. Really nice. Such a nice autumn day to be out in. Well, that was a really nice spear. Still a bit slow to start with, but as I further got around the point, oh, wow. Look at this. Whoa, that's crazy. Yeah, like I was saying, got pretty good as it started to move around the corner. Managed to get some good fish and a few little abalone. But unfortunately, Kyle cut himself with the knife, so it might require a few stitches. So we might have to run up to the hospital, the medical center, and try and get a few stitches. We'll try and patch it up with the car, some butterfly stitches, but I think it's a bit too deep for that, so we'll have to see how we go. Apart from that, all in all, it was a good little spear. Ooh, these guys. Yours is bigger? Yeah. Well, I think mine could be a little bit bigger, mate. Yours is a little bit longer. Beautiful fish, eh? I call it even Stevens. Man, cracking fish, eh? Man, I love autumn, eh? Such beautiful temperature at the moment. And that water looks bloody inviting as well. So, it's about eight o'clock, so the boys are just waking up now. And they'll probably just ponder around camp for a little bit. We'll jump back out in the water just after lunchtime and go for another spear. Pretty keen to try and catch some lobster today. Obviously, yesterday we cleaned up with the fish and we got a couple of abalone, which is good. We didn't eat the abalone. We cooked up the fish last night, but we'll have the abalone for lunch today. But yeah, pretty keen to try and get a lobster for dinner. It is Kyle's birthday tomorrow, so it'd be nice to have lobster for a birthday dinner, I reckon. Yeah, speaking of, obviously Kyle cut his hand yesterday afternoon, so he had to run into town and go to the emergency room and get him stitched up. He got three stitches in his hand, which isn't ideal, but, you know, it's a boy's weekend, always. What's a boy's weekend without an injury or two? So, he's just trying to decide whether he should sit out today or go back out in the water. Obviously, ideally, he should probably sit out and rest up, but man, with conditions like this, it's pretty hard to sit on the shore while your mates go for a spear. So, he's gonna see how he feels today, but he's pretty keen to get back out there. But, yeah, anyway, I'll get back to you guys a bit later on. Just gonna go back and have some brekkie now, and yeah, pretty keen to get back out in the water. It's bloody nice out there, eh? It is, eh? Our boy needs a breakfast. It's not a bad way to start the morning. Supposed to be four, then it's all. Yeah, I know. Take them all out. All right, well, time to get back out there. Man, what a bloody crack of a day. We just banked our way back to the car. Man, that was a really fun little weekend, eh? Tough man just getting out here with a couple of mates and just living off the land like that.
