Small Fish Trap = Monster Fish Catch

Hello there, welcome back in this video I'm just going to go around my pond and have a very quick look at my lobster traps to see if we've got any crayfish? No nothing, oh hello What are we doing? a nation of perch we've got perch eggs on there as well a few in there there you go oh dear look at the size of that, how am i gonna get that out of there What a monster, what a monster. Oh there's a few little stripeys in there. I want a toad as well. There you go, they're easy to get out. Well there you go, that video was short and sweet. That trout was a monster. It was in cracking condition as well. So I think given that the trout can find a way into those traps, I might just take them out now because I don't want any fish getting in there and getting into distress and being stuck. I like them just to have free rein of the pond. Now, if you've noticed that thing, that's a duck hut that I put there the other day. They haven't used it yet, but hopefully they will. I might even put a post in here and set a game cam up on it so I can see if anything goes in and out of it. So look out for possible game cam footage of that. Thanks very much for watching. I'll see you next time.
