Our Sikihora adventure continues and the day is going by way too fast.
There are still so many places we wanted to see but with limited time, we had to make the most
of every stop. Before heading to our hotel, we made one last stop at Sanadong beach.
We originally planned to go for a swim but after spending hours chasing waterfalls,
we were completely worn out. Instead, we took our time walking around and exploring the area.
The water here is incredibly clear and the beach was full of people enjoying the afternoon.
There's an entrance fee to access the beach and while I'm not entirely sure, it seems the area
may have once been part of a private resort since there's an abandoned resort building on the
property. Sanadong beach is famous for its cliff jumping and it was fun watching people
take the leap into the warm turquoise water. As the sun slowly began to set, we took a moment
to soak in the beautiful views before calling it a day and head to our hotel.
They just um baked it.
Because we want like a lot of bread. I want I want to try one of these
They only make that here. They only make this right here.
So this is where they um bake their bread like underneath this um charcoal.
Mistake if we don't get one. Try it. Try it first. Hey, try it first. Try it first.
How much is it for this?
Coco? Coconut? Coconut Otap. Coconut Otap. We're getting some pasalubong for our friends and
families. I'm tired. My battery level is running low already but look at this um mangrove
right here. So peaceful. So quiet. These floating trees help the ecosystem from flooding
and just look how clear the water is right here. It looks dark but the water is so clear.
After a long day of exploring, we finally made it to our home for the night.
Since none of us had ever tried glamping before, everyone voted to stay at a glamping site.
Well, everyone except Chad. For some reason, he's just not a fan of camping or even glamping.
He was convinced it would be hot, uncomfortable, and more hassle than it was worth.
So while the rest of us were excited, Chad stayed a little salty the entire evening.
We stayed at Aquamarine Glamping and Resort and honestly, it exceeded our expectations.
The tents were well maintained, equipped with the air conditioning, and had comfortable beds.
The entire property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing afternoon
after a full day of adventures.
What a day! We are so busy and I'm so tired. It's probably around six o'clock already but
it was good right now. It's not hot and look at me. I'm wearing my sweater. It's because earlier
while we were in the van, the AC is blowing towards me so hard. Right now, we're here at
Aquamarine in Siquijor and this is going to be our hotel for tonight. We're only here for a day
and then overnight. I know it's a short weekend. We have a lot of places we would like to go but
definitely the places we went earlier especially the waterfalls is so amazing.
Beautiful night sky right now. Actually, I want to check out the beach before it gets dark.
It's getting dark but we want to go see the beach. We're just gonna go to the
the beach tomorrow morning. Yeah, both of them are struggling to lock their rooms.
Man, we walked in. It was cold. I had hot water. Yeah, I was actually shopping like when I
walked in. I was like okay. I was like this is... Did you saw their yard? Oh yeah. Oh no,
you can't swim in this pool. This is for yurts only. Your pool's over there. Yeah,
their pool is better. You want to swim right there.
We've all seen your pecker walk in already this week. I got a CPAP. I like it. I'm gonna buy us
off tonight. We're gonna just wake up in the morning. What do you think? Totally crows around.
This is f****** awesome, dude. All things considered when we pulled up in like...
This is a hotel. We pulled up on a dirt road in the middle of f****** nowhere and now you're in a
city somewhere. Now, I will give you that. It's like we're stranded out here, but if we die,
we die together. Yeah, but I could die in luxury. Tomorrow is luxury. We pay people four dollars
to have a poolside view. I may get naked and just walk across your window.
Just run across. Four bucks for this place and then tomorrow we spend a hundred bucks being in
the city and then you can say which one you like better. Okay, you can't complain about being hot
because it's AC. You can't complain about not having hot water because you do. Even a 400 peso
massage. I can come to your room. Think about it. You slept on the floor in Malaysia. It's like eight
dollars. It doesn't matter how bad it is. You slept on the floor in Malaysia. You slept in a freezing
hut in Thailand. You're still miserable. We've all saw your dick and balls today. You have no reason
to be upset. All three of them, okay. I don't know why. This is beautiful. You're gonna be standing
here at 7 a.m. like maybe I was wrong. It's the best ---- I've had in the Philippines. It was in my
year. Okay, let's calm down. Before dinner, we took a quick dip in the pool to cool off.
Then we ended the day with a delicious dinner while enjoying live music which made the evening
feel even more special and nostalgic. It was a perfect way to wrap up another unforgettable day
in Sikihon.
