Shohei Ohtani GOES YARD for the 18th time this year!

Ohtani with a drive to right, this one's going to go a long way! Shohei Ohtani with a two run homer and the Angels climb right back in it. Boy is he good. 400 foot shot for Shohei Ohtani. His 18th home run. Just like that, Halos are back. Distraction enough. Lineto at first makes a mistake. Down and in and Shohei lines it out. What a swing that was. That was a slider that got the inside par to play. Maybe even off the play to him but he was ready with his hands to drive it out. Caputo time for Ohtani. Shohei is one off the American League lead in homers. Aaron Judge on the I.L. has 19. Ohtani now has 18. And he has a seven game hitting streak where he has just been destroying the baseball. What a swing that was. You're right back in the game. What a way to respond. The Angels offensive has done that quite a bit. Especially during the stretch where they won five in a row. They just come right back after the opponent scores. Slider. Inner half. Boy he stayed on that baseball and able to keep that one fair. That's not easy. Hit a ball like that that hard and keep it fair. Quite a lot.
