Welcome back for part two
of our double size mystery jewellery bag. We are part way through
the top two kilograms but underneath there
are a whole nother two kilograms which we can start
to check out later in the video.
So let's put this to one side and we'll start by looking at
these blue beads because they're sort of shouting at me.
The silver ones are really ruined but the
blue ones that match my cardigan are pretty fun
so I will keep those and use them. Then we've
got a stretchy, kind of fits with the regency style jewellery jar
that I'm creating over there,
so in the pile it goes. Found a single earring attached
to that necklace, put that in a single
jewellery jar. Single jewellery jar?
Single earring jar. And then this is like glasswork,
European style beads. So I picked out the best ones from these two.
I got the bracelet in the
jewellery bag in my last video
and I made a Halloween themed bracelet for myself. I'll find
something to do with that heart as well
because it's really pretty. Then this, I don't know,
is it like Dorothy Perkins or something?
It's gross. This had quite a lot of potential but
unfortunately the silver hearts had a lot
of plate loss you can't really see it in the video
but up close they're kind of a bit ruined
so not much I can do with that really this came off with
a perfume something like does it go around
the perfume bottle are you supposed to wear it to be
like hey I wear that perfume I don't know anyway it's fairly jolly
these I thought were perfect
for spooky season I didn't like the pendant I thought it
was too chunky but I love these
what would you call them like brown beige i
don't know i love the color i thought it was
really unusual and great for spooky season i put
my own pendant on it instead because this one's
just so heavy i mean i'll keep that and do something
else with it but i just didn't like
it on that necklace and then i wondered
if these are those Pb thingies that are highly toxic so
immediately got rid of those didn't want to stick around
and find out that was gross and in this
little pile we've got what i thought initially
was a necklace it's i still think it might be
necklace but now i'm watching it back
and wondering is this a headband you know i might
wear it as a headband for my deranged alice costume i've got
a blonde wig so i could put
that in the wig uh this is very cute i don't know what i'll do with it
but i'll find something
this is gross but i quite like those red beads same
as the blue i think i'm going to take those
and find some some things i can do with them this is broken
and i don't know what it was meant to be
because initially I'm thinking bracelet
but if you look at the shape when I put it on my wrist
it's like not even close to going around it I don't know what
was going on there who knows
some pretty shells and sweet then I tipped out what was left
because we were right down the
bottom this had marks on it
and I was really hoping it was just dirt but it wasn't it was
white lead keep the chain though chains like that always
so useful and this little turtle
just what I needed to finish my sea glass
and blue glass bracelet this one I thought was real
spooky season vibes I absolutely hate these disco ball thingies
though that I just I really dislike
them whenever I see them on jewelry good old M&S you love to see it
so I took those off and yeah
look at them I took them off
and I replaced them just with black glass beads so now the whole thing
looks like much more gothic I think big tangle
of necklaces there I'll detangle them off screen
they're so useful I'll show you later
in the video I've basically got like a whole bag of
chains that I pull out of these bags
and I find them really useful for the various projects that's
piece of paper then kind of one of those bottom
of the bag best till last moments going on here
this is perfect for the fairy jar look
at that so pretty I don't know if you can see but one of the
strands looks silver and one looks gold
because of the plate loss on one side so I replaced the
chains like we were just saying there you go there's the bag
so having those chains handy
it's always so good for little projects like
this this one had a lot of potential as well
but I think I decided that it was too beat up on the back like there's
so much plate loss on the
back it just looks really like don't get me wrong
I'll wear it I think it's fine but I wouldn't
put it in a mystery bag or sell it or anything
because it's just not good enough quality
and then that's very cute very sparkly nice silver chain as well
and that's basically it
for the first part so it's the next day now
and I think we should get cracking on part two
look at this guys i love i just love opening up
a full bag like this and just looking at all of
the treasure and thinking wow like where
do we even start that's a single earring but it would
be i'll turn that into a little charm
a little bit really cute should we get this out the way
oh little earring this is very sweet inside uh
the headband it's broken in multiple places
but you know we can keep it
because it's good to have backup little gems like that for other
things should we address this should we just should we deal
with it what just I thought it
would be squidgy because it looks so squidgy
but it's not it's baked hard it's just dried like that
this is pretty it's got some kind of name on the back
but I just can't really read it I think it
would make a good Christmas decoration I might make
that into a Christmas decoration I love getting
these I always hate the tacky bead strings
that they're attached to so I always take them off
and turn them into like pretty necklaces much prefer them like
that maybe that's just me
some chipped pearls what have we got here oh yes
this it was just so gross like I really liked
those glass thingies and then most of the beads were plastic
so I took the glass beads off and
made some earrings basically
then this was good look at all these tree charms so sweet I took
them off and I've started making some little tree bits
for my mum for Christmas because she loves
like trees and leaves so I've got a little key ring
and a journal charm going there might put some more
leaves on the keyring undecided work in progress
that one pretty pearls filigree clasp you
love to see it absolutely destroyed pearls missing all
their paint don't love to see it
this thing yeah and then this oh my gosh how
cool is this i think it's from a parisian
jewelry shop designer i'm
not sure says i forgot what it says i'll put it on screen
but really really cool it looks i put it
on later it looks like armor chain mail kind of vibes and
then a ring we never get rings
so this was really exciting it's big just about fits on my thumb
stretchy and then this i don't even need to make
that into a dangly charm that's pre-made you just
gotta put a clasp on it we never get matching
earrings guys i've cleaned the one on the left
but not the one on the right
so you can see there the kind of cleaning that was involved obviously
i didn't clean both of them. Broken little prayer bead, a shame.
The beads were really plastic though,
that was a very cheapy one.
The copper was showing through as well. And then this major
fairy core potential here.
We've got a little missing gem down the bottom, annoyingly, but I
can take that off and then reattach the bottom one
and make a complete necklace. So into the fairy
jar that goes. This is a very cute single earring.
I feel like that would make a cute little charm.
I've got a few little gem charms on the go as well.
I could make a little set out of them,
plastic tat not everything can be a winner oh
and then this right mixed feelings mixed feelings
about this one so basically there
were some bits i really didn't like on this and i've started the
process of subbing them out so these are the ones i didn't like
and then these are what i've replaced
them with so far and i'm just waiting to find a bead
that will match to replace the flip-flop with
sticking around here and i realized there
were a few rings look at this it's got the zodiac on it
it's like the star signs it's kind of a bit misshapen
at the moment i think there's obviously
there's ways you can beat things like that back
into shape i just don't have those tools
and then i decided i would put
this on and i made it look like i did it straight away and i skipped
the three to four business days that it took me
to get that class bright and put it on anyway i'm
really feeling this as a vibe look at it chainmail bracelet
and then a sort of horoscope ring then i
found this this has got to be a man's ring
this is heavy i don't know what metal this is
What do you think? Pearl paint on there, I should just get that off.
Yeah, it feels heavy this, and it's too big for my thumb.
It's gotta be a man's ring.
And then there was another ring,
and then this one said sterling silver on the inside.
I'm not sure I believe that this is sterling silver,
particularly with the resizable vibe that it's got going on there.
Having said that, it was very unmaneuverable, so it wasn't like
those rings where you pull them and they come apart really easily.
Anyways, this was exciting. Look at my hand.
