Hello everyone, today Kimba is back with the topic of the power of psychological counselling.
Before you do something, before you use psychological counselling services,
you definitely have to understand the power of psychological counselling.
So today's topic is extremely important.
Kimba believes that if you can grasp the power of psychological counselling,
then you have in your hands a key, a secret, a secret
to open the doors to overcome psychological difficulties,
difficulties in your life and optimize your life.
Last time, to clarify the power of psychological counselling,
Kimba shared the story of 5 minutes to change a problem in 10 years
for a child with a problem with dementia.
The family has determined that this is a physical-related problem
and thinks that the child must be treated carefully.
However, if Kimba does not use 5 minutes of psychological counselling for the child,
the family may have to spend a lot of money and time
to deal with a problem that ultimately is not a problem.
Now Kimba will tell another story,
a story called how Nguyen Phan Quynh Anh learned.
Nguyen Phan Quynh Anh is an ex-student of Le Hong Phong School of Photography.
Why do I provide this information?
Because I want everyone to believe that this is a true story.
And I also want everyone to know that Nguyen Phan Quynh Anh is a very active,
very active and very smart girl.
But why can't this girl learn to swim?
For 5-6 years, her mother was very desperate for her to learn to swim
with the hope that her child would know how to swim to ensure her health.
And that time, Nguyen Phan Quynh Anh went swimming with Kimba.
Kimba said, Mom, I still don't know how to swim and I'm very sad.
At that time, Nguyen Phan Quynh Anh went swimming with Tony and Thu Diem,
two of Quynh Anh's siblings.
And the children were about 5-6 years older than Quynh Anh,
but they already knew how to swim.
So Kimba told Quynh Anh like this,
Today I will teach you to swim,
but before you swim, do this for me.
And after a while of arguing, Quynh Anh swam up and said,
It's very difficult, I can't do it.
It's very difficult to touch the bottom of the pool
and it's very difficult to stay down there.
Kimba asked Quynh Anh, so what is your lesson?
Quynh Anh is a smart girl and her face was getting brighter and brighter.
It seems that she has almost touched her problem.
Finally, Kimba said,
Do you know? Diving is difficult,
and floating is natural,
so all of us know how to swim.
The difficulty is diving,
so if you try to dive, it will float,
but if you are afraid that you can't float, it will sink.
And when she realized this,
Quynh Anh immediately knew how to swim and she was very happy.
She swam several rounds around the pool.
What happened?
The first psychological counselor
helped customers identify their problems.
There are a few cases like this.
First, customers don't know that I have a problem.
When people don't know that I have a problem,
they don't call me a customer anymore.
People often ask my friends,
Hey, are you okay these days?
Usually, some people answer like this,
I'm fine, everything is fine.
But if you sit with people for a long time,
you will see that people complain about too little time,
too much work, too low income,
children don't listen to you, etc.
These are the problems.
And when people have to experience difficult situations in life,
do we think about whether we need to love our life or not?
If we think that our life is fine,
it means that we have no way to make it better.
But if we look at the problems that need to be improved,
we will find a solution and we have a chance
to achieve a better life.
So the first group is the group that doesn't know that I have a problem.
My teacher, Kimba, is a Singaporean.
He said something that I found very funny.
The biggest problem is that I don't know that I have a problem.
And Kimba is not an exception.
Before I joined the group to learn about mental health and psychotherapy,
I also thought that my life was very bad.
And I also belong to the group that I don't know that I have a problem.
And the second group is the group that determines the problem.
So a psychotherapist often has to work very carefully with customers
to help them determine the right problem.
The problem of the center, the problem of the problems,
the problem of the root causes other problems
and we then find a solution.
And finally, the psychotherapist will go back with the customer,
go into their heart to find the first seeds
that have sprouted and grown into a tree.
The problem is getting bigger and bigger.
And very often, these seeds are sown from a short time ago
or from childhood, even in pregnancy.
And if you know about Thoi Minh Hoi Quy,
you will know that there are seeds that have been sown many times before.
And when you discover these seeds,
you start to do the procedures to remove these seeds.
For my fan, Quynh Anh, what have I done?
I have changed the way she perceives life,
changed her attitude towards swimming.
She should not be afraid of sinking.
And so I made her change her attitude towards swimming
by understanding that swimming is natural.
Sinking is very difficult.
You don't have to be afraid because it's natural to float.
So she has changed this attitude and is no longer afraid.
And she also changed her awareness.
She has a new awareness that it is easier to float than to sink.
And immediately she can swim.
And the process of trying to sink into the pool
is that I aim for a goal in this pool.
And I learned how to paddle, step on my feet,
towards a goal, a target in the pool.
And at that time, I learned how to control my body very quickly.
And when I realized that swimming is very easy,
very easy, just difficult,
I also learned how to control the movement of my body,
my hands, to swim.
And immediately I can swim.
And that's how a psychologist affects a child.
A child who has been learning for 6-7 years,
does not know how to swim,
and just through 1-2 sentences,
she can change and she can immediately swim.
I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to listen.
And I hope everyone will see that Kimba's sharing is very helpful.
I hope everyone will support by liking, sharing and following the channel.
Thank you very much and see you in the next sharing.
