The other thing is Hawai'i Lower Ridge was built back in 1982, so there are a lot of homes that could use some serious upgrading, but not this home. Yeah, this is a huge living room with a high ceiling. Yeah, and split the AC all over the house. A huge lanai, actually lanai wrap around the whole house until over there. Yeah, it's beautiful. Lining area, and look at this view. Yeah, and you circle around here, so you get an idea of the layout. Yeah, I really like the upgrades they did to this house, especially the flooring. That tile, the flooring, and then over here, it's luxury vinyl. It's beautiful. Yeah, I like the ceiling fan too. You get to catch a really nice breeze from that. But again, up here on Hawai'i Aloha, you get a nice natural breeze anyways. Yeah, but like Alice said, there's split AC in here as well. And there is a fireplace too, in this big living room. Yeah, you got the fireplace. I don't think you have too many cold nights to where you need that, but once in a while. Yeah, let's take a look off the lanai. It's such a pretty lanai, then we'll go to the kitchen after. Geez, this is gorgeous. Yeah, so this is an open lanai. Wow. You can definitely soak in the sun. Yeah, so this is your view towards Diamond Head. Yeah, that's a real Diamond Head view. Yeah, absolutely beautiful. And swimming pool just down below. Yeah. Yeah, so there's your swimming pool. This is the bottom level. Yeah. And this, again, the lanai, it wraps around this entire upstairs area, which is really nice. Yeah, I can go over here and see. This lanai is a huge too. Yeah, huge lanai. I mean, this really takes advantage of the view up here. Yeah. I mean, just look at that. It's just absolutely beautiful. Yeah. And this lanai goes all the way this side, on and on. Yeah, really pretty. Oh, the wind blew the pillows over real quick. Yeah. Yeah, got a nice lemon tree there. Really pretty property. You can, this view is just breathtaking. And just a straight shot view to Diamond Head. All right, let's head back in. We'll go take a look at the kitchen. We go through this big living room. Yeah. There's a marble tile on the floor. Really tall ceilings too. So I mean, it is a very big living area, but with the tall ceilings, it's really spacious. And this is a. Check out the kitchen area first. Beautiful quartz countertops and cooktops. Yeah. Wash stainless steel appliances for the dishwasher, cooktop. And Viking fridge over here. Yeah. Big Viking fridge, professional. Yeah. It's a nice chef's kitchen. Yeah. And you also got the laundry room right off of here, which connects to the garage too. And so many cabinets here too. Look at this kitchen. Yeah. Lots of cabinets. I also like this sitting nook. They did a really nice job with the, the lighting, all recess lighting, lots of recess lights they added as well. And then the, I love the chandelier. It gives a really modern look to it. It's really popular. I like it. And bathtub in this place. Nice shower area. But yeah, I like your very modern, nice look to it. Very sleek. The black gives it a nice finished sleek look. I match my dress today. Yeah. It does match your dress. Let's go take a look upstairs. Yeah. Primary bedroom. Okay. So this stairway just next to the entrance. Yeah. Very easy to get through. The carpet is new. Yeah. Carpet's very pretty. Very soft, nice padding all over. Yeah. Not a stain or blemish on it. It's really pretty. Okay. So let's go over into, this is a full bath over here. That's so pretty. Again, with the same design. Very nice. Yeah. I was looking in the mirror again. Yeah. And boom, there's your view of Diamond Head. Let me come over here. There's no screen. So beautiful. And today is just a perfect day for it too. Look at the clouds, the waves. It's beautiful. Like we said, you get a view in every room of the house. And this is a kid's bedroom. Yeah. Nice kid's bedroom over here. And I also get a lanai out here as well. Ocean view. Yeah. With the ocean view. Very pretty. Here's the primary bedroom. Okay. So coming through the primary entrance and yeah, this primary bedroom is huge. Wow. Very nice size. Again, with the really nice recessed lighting and the black fans. I love the accent wall back there. Yeah. That's really good idea. Yeah. It's real pretty. Yeah. And this leads to a primary bathroom. Yeah. Huge bedroom. Yeah. Look at this. Wow. Ocean view. Very nice. Yeah. Huge bathtub. Yeah. Yeah. Very big. With ocean view. You got the ocean view over here. So while you're soaking in your tub, you can look out there. Yeah. And here's a shower area. This entertainment room is beautiful. Yeah. I'm going to stay here for the rest of the afternoon. Yeah. This is a really nice room. Great entertainment area. Yeah. And this is right outside from the pool. It also has a wet bar over here. Yeah. Great entertainment space. And that is like a full kitchen here already. Yeah. Yeah. You've got your fridge, everything. And let me flip around so you can see over here. Yeah. It's a big living area. Yeah. It's like an entertaining area. Very nice space. It's perfect for having a Superbowl party or something. Christmas party. Yeah. Graduation party. Yeah. Yeah. Really nice space. Yeah. Got the wine bar over there. Yeah. Split AC. Yeah. And here's a full bath. So yeah. Full bath. Yeah. So you don't have to head upstairs when you need to use the bathroom. Yeah. Yeah. Really nice. All righty. So let's go out and check out this pool. Yeah. But also, you know, really nice space. Shaded, too. So. So the house has 8,600 square feet lot. Yeah. It's a pretty large lot. You can see up there. Yeah. Beautiful. Very modern look. And this, you got a little bit of yard over here, too. And this is where you get the lemon tree. It was the pump for the pool. So you do have some nice green area, too. Yeah.
