Kitesurf in Jericoacoara & Guriú - #6 Final

Today we woke up here at this amazing place, amazing hotel at Preá, one of the most famous places for kiteboarding in whole Brazil. A lot of people come here to learn kiteboarding, it's the perfect spot if you want to learn. So that's the power of Preá here, close to Jericoacoara. There's a lot of wind right now, there's one guy kiting with a four meter and the biggest kite you see in the air is the seven meter. Sometimes here, most of the days actually in the high season, it can get really strong like today up to 30-35 knots and that's why this place is amazing. If you want to kite every day without even look to the forecast and if you want to improve your big air, just come here and you're going to have a great time. Later on we're gonna go to Gurion. Jericoacoara, it's a very very famous place in Brazil, also everywhere in the world. A lot of people come here all year long, not just for kiting and windsurfing, but also for just holidays, you know. You have a lot of hotels here at Jericoacoara with different style. This one we stay, it's one of my favorite ones, it combines a lot with the place we are. Everything is made from wood and very eco-friendly. The plan was to come here and enjoy a bit the day here at the hotel and also jump from this very famous dune. We are here on top of the Duna do Porto Sol, Sunset Beach at Jericoacoara. Very famous place to watch the sunset, as the name says, but we're not gonna watch the sunset. We're gonna jump off from here, kiting. I was following the local teach from Neto. No, no, take your big kite. I'm like, okay, I take my 11. But I think the big size now for 30 knots or something like this, maybe I'm gonna launch my kite and I'm already gonna jump. Have you ever heard about go big or go home? So, go big. All right, you ready? Yeah, let's do it. It was very cool. It was so cool that we couldn't jump just one time. We jumped many times. It was a lot of fun. And now we're gonna pack and drive the way to Guriu. It's gonna be our final destination there of this trip. And we're gonna send it high because the other wind is very strong. We're gonna get some flat water and then we're gonna train some big air. It's gonna be a lot of fun. So, we just crossed the Guriu River. We arrived a little bit late for a session. I really like to ride during sunset, but this time we are a little bit late for it. So, we decided to go straight to the hotel, chill for today and then tomorrow get some action going on in the spot. I really like to ride here. The place is very beautiful and I hope there will be some strong wind and we can throw some big airs. Stay tuned.
