Consciousness has energy and everyone has the potential to change the world.
So how to increase the energy of someone's consciousness?
Most of us consider consciousness as a result of the brain that dominates our body and mind.
If there is anyone who says that human consciousness has a higher level of energy,
which can not only change the human body, but can also change the surrounding environment,
can even determine someone's fate.
Isn't this amazing?
Greetings to all viewers.
Today we will discuss the relationship between consciousness and human energy.
Placebo and Nocebo Effects
Most of us may have heard of placebo effects,
a medical term used for therapy and treatment in the form of drugs
or medical procedures that have no side effects or useful evidence for patient recovery.
Placebo is often referred to as an empty drug.
The placebo effect is not a new term in the world of medicine.
Placebo is a variety of treatments that look like original medical therapy,
but in fact do not use active ingredients that are proven to treat the disease.
Placebo therapy can be in the form of pills, injections, or other types of treatment.
Placebo is often found in various studies.
Placebo therapy is done to assess how effective the therapy is
compared to placebo that can be considered without therapy.
For example, when conducting a study,
the doctor only injected a physiological salt solution to the patient,
but said that the injection was a kind of therapy,
so that the patient who received the placebo was better off as if using the original drug.
The absence of this placebo effect is now proven in the medical field,
which seems to show the strength of the mind and sometimes even surpasses the physical entity.
In addition, researchers have also found several factors that can affect the placebo effect
related to someone's mental and thinking.
For example, optimistic people tend to have a positive effect than pessimistic people.
Patients will think that the symptoms of their suffering will be better when they see a doctor they trust.
Another example is that there are two COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms.
One is given a drug and the other is given a placebo.
The result is that both of them recover.
However, the recovery of the COVID-19 patient is not certain due to the effects of the drug.
It cannot be ensured without going through an ideal clinical trial,
because a COVID-19 patient with mild symptoms can theoretically recover without a special drug.
This is called the placebo effect bias.
However, there is a positive and negative side.
The placebo effect also has a nocebo effect, which is called by some people as a bad effect of the placebo.
This means that if you have negative expectations, your symptoms will get worse and even threaten your soul.
Here is a real example of the nocebo effect.
Dr. Bernard Lorn is a heart surgeon and founder of Lithuania America,
as well as a Nobel Prize winner in 1985.
In his book, The Last Art of Healing,
he tells an amazing experiment that was discovered in 1936 and its location in India.
One day, a criminal who was sentenced to hang was brought to a room where a man was standing there.
The priest thought he was a prison administrator,
when in fact he was a researcher.
So what did the researcher want to investigate?
The influence of thought on the body.
The researcher told the priest that he would be executed,
but he could choose to be executed on the hanging or die of blood loss.
The priest chose the latter.
Then he was tied to a bed and his eyes were closed.
Without his knowledge, there was a container filled with water hanging on four poles of the bed
and a container containing a drop of blood under it.
Then the researcher tore his veins,
but he didn't really tear his veins.
Then the researcher poured water so that the priest could hear.
At first, the researcher let the water flow quickly.
After a while, the water slowly slowed down,
with the intention of giving an illusion effect to the almost-finished blood retention.
When the sound of the drop of water stopped,
the healthy young man's heart also stopped.
He died without losing a drop of blood.
Because this experiment was against ethics,
so no one did it again in the West.
But in his statement,
the results of modern scientific research found that
the influence of thought on someone's body is always there over time
and the effect is very alarming.
Level of consciousness
David R. Hawkins, a well-known psychiatrist, writer, scholar, and researcher,
has made a significant contribution in developing the concept of level of consciousness.
This scale is a tool used to measure the level of human consciousness
based on the measurement of energy and frequency
involved in someone's thoughts and emotions.
Through this approach,
Hawkins tried to depict the spiritual journey of humans
and provide a holistic view of human condition.
David R. Hawkins was born in 1927 in the United States
and received a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin.
After completing his studies,
he became a psychiatrist
and then dedicated his life to understanding aspects of human spirituality.
With his deep meditative experience and research,
Hawkins developed a unique insight and understanding of human consciousness.
Interestingly, Hawkins was initially an atheist
after reading the work of Thomas Paine,
entitled The Age of Reason, when he was still young.
David died in September 2012 in Arizona, United States.
Along with other philosophers,
Hawkins spent more than 20 years studying human consciousness
and the frequency of human body vibrations,
then compiled The Map of Consciousness Explained.
During this period,
the subjects chosen randomly were distributed in the United States,
Canada, Mexico, South America, North Europe and various other places,
including various diversity indicators such as race, culture,
occupation, age and the like.
He collected millions of data
and more than 250,000 contrastive corrections
to determine the value of someone's attitude and emotions
to show the level of consciousness of someone.
In addition,
consciousness is a system within us.
This system consists of information inputs,
which can come from the senses,
data stored in the soul,
data provided by spirituality,
data processing processors,
the human brain and energy as the main driver.
Humans rarely pay attention
and increase the function of the consciousness system facilities in them.
The source of consciousness comes from the heart
and the heart is part of the soul
as an external element where the spiritual or nirvana resides.
The soul is the essence of life,
every living being contains energy,
especially the human in his heart
contains universal consciousness energy.
The quality of consciousness energy
is able to reach all existence in the universe,
including reaching the creator.
Meanwhile, according to KBBI,
Indonesian Language University,
consciousness means understanding,
while self-awareness means
awareness of oneself.
The consciousness we discuss here
refers to the state to understand all aspects of ourselves,
be it the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.
Our consciousness as humans
is actually the same as our way of seeing and perceiving reality,
because perception, belief,
thought patterns and values that you hold right now
are part of the consciousness that we experience.
Often people say,
if we can take wisdom from what has happened,
then we are called high class or level.
This is actually referred to as the shift of consciousness.
Because of a new enlightenment,
we can free ourselves from old consciousness
so that we can acquire new knowledge
and can be more mature.
As we know,
the Garpu Tala will vibrate the Garpu Tala around it
if it catches a wave with an identical frequency vibration.
But if the wave is not vibrated at the same frequency,
the Garpu Tala will not vibrate
and will not vibrate the other Garpu Tala.
It turns out that humans also abide by this law.
In everyday life,
you and the people around you
vibrate each other with a certain frequency.
Someone can vibrate and be vibrated by others
who have the same frequency.
Someone will feel comfortable,
can chat with fun,
comfortable and happy when close
or being with people who have a frequency
that is identical to him.
On the contrary,
you will feel uncomfortable,
both in style, tone of speech and appearance
of someone who broadcasts a frequency
that is different from your own frequency.
If you broadcast a low vibration or frequency,
your life will never be exactly the same
and you will always live with a sense of dissatisfaction.
In his research, Dr. Hawkins
formulated a hierarchy of self-development models.
This model has scales from 0 to 1000
which depicts the level of human consciousness.
Where 0 as the lowest level
and 1000 as the highest level of someone's consciousness.
He explains that the level of consciousness
can determine someone's perspective
and can direct or dictate how someone acts
towards something according to their life experience.
The level of human consciousness can be fluctuating.
However, Hawkins notes
that we actually have a dominant normal state
based on life experience and meaning
or can be referred to as the level of main consciousness.
The level of main consciousness
is what determines our perspective and reaction to something.
For example,
of course everyone can feel afraid.
But if our main consciousness is at the level of consciousness 100,
we will see life through fear
or a sense of anxiety that can cause us to withdraw.
Hawkins classifies human consciousness into 17 levels.
Where less than 200 is referred to as Force,
a negative vibration,
and where more than 200 is referred to as Power,
a positive vibration.
Someone with a level of consciousness less than 200
is often still trapped,
clung to himself.
While someone with a level of consciousness more than 200
will be able to develop well.
Hawkins illustrates
that there are two important turning points for someone's self-development,
namely level 200 and level 500.
Level 200 is the initial level of empowerment
where we stop blaming and taking responsibility
for our own thoughts, feelings, actions, and beliefs.
The second turning point is level 500,
a level where we accept love and forgiveness
without judging it as a lifestyle,
do good unconditionally to everyone,
things and events.
Regarding the map of Hawkins consciousness,
it was briefly covered in the previous third eye video episode,
so I will not go into it further here.
The point is, collectively,
individuals who reach the highest level of consciousness
can balance and help those
who are at a lower level of consciousness
to increase their level of consciousness.
Knowing about the main level of consciousness is very important.
Without knowing the main level of consciousness,
we are like losing direction and wandering in the dark.
All Hawkins can help us
identify where our level of consciousness is,
then make a plan for self-development that is easy and can be continued.
Actually, the culture of cultivation of the Orthodox East and West,
all the wisdom left by the consciousness with the highest level of energy
that contains the thought for people to follow the laws of nature
and emphasize virtue and good deeds.
The consciousness uses language that can be understood by people,
explain the method of spiritual improvement,
inspire people's divinity
and help someone become tolerant, rational,
open-minded, until they achieve true enlightenment.
If there is a way to increase the level of energy,
maybe there is no harm in listening to the teachings and following the track of consciousness.
After watching this video content,
where is your main level of consciousness?
Thank you.
Salam.
