So let's jump into it together. And so guys Rafinha deal is one of the craziest saga I've ever covered let me say because you know that many clubs have been into it. Tottenham too till last week then they decided to jump into the Charlieson deal and to leave the negotiations for Rafinha. It was a crazy one so Tottenham have now the Charlieson deal almost completed just waiting for the player to sign the contract and then announce the negotiation completed with Everton for 60 million pounds. So Richarlison will be a Tottenham player but for Rafinha other clubs are into it and we know that the situation is pretty clear as I told you many times on the channel. Chelsea have an agreement with Leeds since Tuesday. On Tuesday they reached full agreement for Rafinha. It's an agreement for 60 million pounds but the player has not accepted yet personal terms proposal from Chelsea. What happened? That Deco the agent of the player has been in Barcelona on Wednesday and on Thursday today to discuss with Barca on the contract of the player. They have an agreement since March so Rafinha has an agreement on the contract with Barcelona but not yet between Barca and Leeds. So what's the situation at the moment guys? Let me start with the position of Leeds because Leeds have received a proposal from Barcelona, an official and written proposal from Barca. It was sent on Tuesday night, really late night, an official bid that Leeds decided from what I'm told to turn down. They are not happy with that proposal, they are not accepting that conditions, they want way more than this for Rafinha, way more than what Barcelona are offering. Let me clarify one point guys. It's not just about the amount of the proposal but it's also on the payment terms because Barcelona and Chelsea made different kind of proposals. I'm told that Chelsea offered for Rafinha 60 million pounds, addons included, but paid in a really short term. So what does it mean? That they are going to pay the main part of this fee in really one solution and this is something not usual in football. Chelsea are prepared to pay immediately the main part of the negotiation of the fee for Rafinha and this is something that makes a difference for Leeds. So Leeds told the agents of Rafinha that they want to respect the agreement with Chelsea. Leeds want to do the deal with Chelsea and to accept Chelsea proposal and to complete the deal because they already accepted Chelsea proposal so they want it to be done with Chelsea but player side is not a detail. Rafinha is still in negotiations with Barcelona, his agent Deco is still in discussions with Barca so let's see if Barca will decide to attack again because the message from Barcelona is tonight we are not giving up. So Barca are still there. Let's see if Chelsea will be able to convince Rafinha to find an agreement. Let's see what happens between Barcelona and Leeds because this is the really key point and I think it's now a game who is going to give up. If Leeds, if Rafinha, if Chelsea. Let's see what's the next step but for sure Leeds are very clear in their messages of today. They want way more than this and they want to do the deal with Chelsea. They are not considering the last proposal they received from Barca. Let's see the next step. Let's see if Barca will send a new one. Let's see if Chelsea will find an agreement with Rafinha guys. Crazy saga. Let me mention that Arsenal have been into it till last Tuesday. They were well informed on the situation but they don't want to do a bidding war so they want to see what happens between Chelsea and Barca but Arsenal have no intention to go into a bidding war. They made a bid last Tuesday but it was turned down by Leeds. Let's see if the situation will be maybe clear for Arsenal to change their position but at the moment Arsenal are also busy with Lisandro Martinez, a deal for the defense that they want to try to compete with Manchester United because they made some proposals and Lisandro Martinez is a priority for Arsenal so they want to be fast because they know that Man Utd are on it too, on Lisandro. So this is the situation for Rafinha guys. Let's see the next steps and then Frankie de Jong, another big name with many Man Utd and Barca fans asking me why Frankie he's not in Manchester. It's 30 of June and the deal has not been completed yet. Guys, let me say one thing. From my informations I never said that this deal was going to be completed within 30 of June and from what I'm told it was almost impossible to complete this deal within today, within 30 of June. Almost impossible. I've always been told this because it's about the negotiation between the two clubs, it's about the negotiation on the add-ons because the two clubs are really close to agreeing a fee for 65 million euros gallant fee plus 20 million euros add-ons. This is what the two clubs are really prepared to agree but the add-ons structure is a complicated one. It's not a few million euros, one, two, three. It's 20 million euros in add-ons so they need to decide how to activate these add-ons, easy add-ons, complicated add-ons, in how many years to pay these add-ons. So there are many details to discuss between Man Utd and Barcelona. They're working on it, they're getting absolutely closer on an agreement on the fee but guys, Frenkie is not joining today because, first point, they need to discuss about the add-ons but they have an agreement really close on the fee so not big problems between the two clubs. But Man Utd have to start a negotiation with the agents of Frenkie de Jong and this is not a detail. They need to find an agreement on personal terms, on the contract, on the salary, on the commission and this process will take some days. It can't be something easy. So easy I mean to be completed in a few hours. They need time to do it so it was almost impossible to complete it within 30 of June. They have still time, the market closes at the end of August, so Man Utd will be on it but this is why Frenkie is not there. They are still at a very good stage of the process with Barcelona, really close to agree a fee but yet to discuss with the agents of Frenkie de Jong on the contract, on the commission, on the salary. So there is still a process to do and remember what Frenkie said the last time. I'm in the best club in the world and he said Barcelona so he's not in a rush. He wants a very good proposal and he's waiting to see what happens with Man Utd so it's still some time needed for Frenkie de Jong.
