I Found an ABANDONED TRUCK - GONE WRONG!!

While exploring Google Earth I found something that shouldn't exist. It appears to be an old abandoned semi-truck buried deep in a dense forest. Miles from any roads or structures, completely overgrown by trees and surrounded by swamps. How and why would anyone drive a huge semi-truck deep into a forest that is completely overgrown, super remote and almost impossible to reach. So I decided to go on an adventure to try and find out why. Heading on a treacherous two mile off-road expedition to the untrodden deep corners of the Tamar House. Driving through thick brush, navigating rivers and impassable swamps. It's a long way from home to reach what I think could be an old abandoned truck. This is seriously going to be one extreme adventure. But if I eventually make it and discover what I think is hiding deep into the woods, it is going to be insane. So to get started, I launched the drone to try and get my first ever visual on what is hiding deep inside the forest. Okay, this is exciting. So here we go, taking the drone way up and fast. And we need to now fly it to the exact location that I found on the map, which I think is going to be a little easier said than done. some of these aerials i've been looking at are from decades ago and with all of it overgrown it is going to be a little challenging so i think we just need to start exploring these areas and the cool part about this drone is i can open up this map which actually shows the whole thing just like the historic aerials so we know we can go drive off into this distance that is our target somewhere over there but as you can see the trees are full bloom right now everything is super overgrown so So it is going to be quite challenging to actually look through the tree canopy and see the forest floor and to see if there's something overgrown at the bottom. So we are flying out. We're almost on location. According to the map, I think we are almost there. So this is the part where I'm going to have to just kind of run up and down the forest, up and down, do a bunch of laps and hopefully try to lock in my exact location. and if we're lucky we will see maybe a glimpse of it through the tree canopy. Oh my gosh okay I am looking real careful. I gotta be very careful not to crash the drone either. Okay interesting. I don't see anything yet but according to the map it looks like we are smack dab on the point. I have cross-referenced it a few times and I think we are probably within just a few feet of the exact point that I'm looking for. Now I don't know the accuracy of all these satellite images. I could imagine they shift and they could be off by 10 feet or more but we should be like right here and so i'm going to just start peeking through the different pieces of canopy gaps that we can see here and oh my gosh wait a second there is something i don't know if this is what we're looking for but i do see something i can kind of zoom in on it i don't know what that is but it is lining up just about with the point that we found from the historic aerials i don't know and this is the closest i'm gonna be able to get so before i run out of battery let's fly the drone back home and i think that this is gonna be proof enough for me guys i think we're gonna need to suit up hop in the gator and get on out there and really explore and see what this thing is we are about to venture deep into the woods of the backyard deeper than i have ever gone and we're gonna be making our own trails to get there and if we're lucky we will be ending this adventure finding in a crazy strange abandoned object that is overgrown deep into these woods but our journey has officially begun let's go and of course i'm bringing matt because oh yeah there's no way i'm gonna be able to go this deep in the woods without his help so this is gonna be great we got all the tools we need in the back and we are now heading out to go to the deep part of the backyard of the Team Rawr house, where the real off-roading is about to start. Yeah, this is gonna be a fun one. We officially made it to the backyard of the Team Rawr house, guys. We have the big excavator, dirt bike track, the huge campfire, school buses, monster trucks, and so many more things, but this is about to be the last of it that is going to be easy. We are now going into the deep part of the team Rawr backyard and then soon we're gonna be exploring uncharted territory that neither of us has ever seen other than like satellite images or Google Earth so I can't wait to see what we're about to find big tree down oh yeah that's new it's not blocking our trail though yep this is an old abandoned trailhead we don't come out here too often guys and this is it moment of truth we are about to enter oh the ecosystem changes we literally have these like bamboo grasses it is so wild how the environment can change within an instant entering into these woods luckily it's been dry for us but it does seem like a storm is brewing so it does seem like there's a storm coming i don't know if we're gonna be able to be out here as quite as long as we were hoping i just hope we have enough time before the daylight ends for us to make it to our final destination which is about two miles in a straight line deep into the woods and we definitely are not going to be able to go in a straight line we have a lot of trees to swerve around there's one down right here and yeah it's our first obstacle we're putting matt's off-road skills to the test and let me remind you guys that we are still on a real trail we haven't even ventured new stuff oh that's great this is why we got this machine you have four-wheel drive on yet oh yeah i probably shouldn't have that was too easy that was easy because it's about to get harder i already know that because this trail only goes for a little bit longer and then it's gonna get a little crazy yeah i'm excited and i'm starting to realize i definitely should have jeans on right now this is gonna be actually like insane yeah it's pretty overgrown in these woods we haven't been back on this trail in a long time yeah the trail is literally starting to fade before our eyes at this point we are getting to the near end of the furthest we have ever ventured into the woods and we're pretty far away from the house right now that's for sure and it's just getting more and more oh uneven oh it's getting a little swampy yeah oh my gosh there's a lot of trees down and a lot of mud yep oh my goodness we are literally plowing right now whoa it's so high and now i'm not sure where we need to go roughly this direction yeah due east or west and we are log hopping and everything right now hang on yeah oh don't get stuck now man we are not far enough oh my goodness we are about halfway to the point we want to go but the first half is going to be a lot easier than the second half as you can see the trail is completely ended and we are now i'm literally standing in a dry like creek bed and this is the direction we need to go we need to keep going this way about one more mile and i think it's gonna be the hardest mile of our journey yet we're gonna have to be picking through all of this going through rivers and creeks and cutting trees hopping logs and if we're lucky before sunset we're gonna get to where we're trying to go and find this abandoned vehicle this truck this thing we don't quite know what it is but what the heck there is something out there whoa is that a boat what am i looking at i don't know there is another abandoned object is that a car is it a boat is it a house how much abandoned stuff what is that i think it's a boat oh my gosh like i i think it's it's a whole canoe we need to go get that we have we have to could a boat have washed up when these i mean it might have come from downstream there's a big lake up there like what if it washed over the edge I think that has to be what it is we have to go get it i don't know it's bigger than our it's bigger than our vehicles twice the size it's quite a bit like we have to go at least look at it there's no way this is what we're here for though no we are not close to the destination that means on the way to this other abandoned thing we're finding it's a side quest of abandoned objects there might be a perpetual amount of abandoned vehicles back here yeah we just have to keep coming back here looking for stuff there's so much like abandoned uninhabited land well i guess we got to start the journey yeah let's go finish this mile and on the way find potentially an abandoned boat no way we are in good luck because it's been a record dry season so all of this is drier than it usually is i think normally all this would be underwater but we are just working our way okay we got our creek crossing this is for sure the furthest i have ever ventured because i don't think it's ever been this dry this is so cool back here where'd it go oh there it is i see it oh i see it it is a boat it's totally an abandoned boat that got washed up wow look at this down here oh my oh my oh my gosh stop right we need to be careful where we go it looks like someone put it there on purpose so part of what's wild about this area is that it opens up to a ton of water swamp and rivers because it gets very low very swampy we are right across on the other side well that's what we came out here looking for i think you're right what we saw earlier kind of looks deliberate yeah i think someone put it there on purpose which is really weird because we are very far away from any house or any place that someone owns so the fact that that either washed up on those sticks like that or someone put it there for some strange reason i could not tell you that does make me think it is possible there are other people back deep in these woods yeah that's really weird i'm looking for like anything else i don't see anything this is really really weird it's really weird and a little freaky to be on the hunt for something old and abandoned and forgotten and on the way find something that we thought was old and abandoned but looks more deliberate i don't know if it's like shelter or what that is but i think we need to keep moving before whoever is associated with that starts to hear us or notice our footprints yeah but either way we got to get and keep on moving because we're just burning daylight let's keep going finding that boat changes everything somebody was out here maybe somebody still is but before i can figure out who we need to focus because the trail just turned into a deep swamp oh do not get stuck here yeah oh it's pretty swampy and i have a feeling it's only going to get swampier as we go because now we got to go through that somehow i don't know what way to go i think we have to go that way if we get stuck we got a long way to walk yeah that's true that's pretty deep here oh my gosh oh my gosh here we go wow this thing i mean we always end up just being surprised at like what this thing can do yeah it does just kind of go through everything but it does get me concerned getting stuck this far away from home with no like nothing around all that means is when it gets stuck it gets really stuck oh my oh we're like sinking it's water under oh i feel like we should turn around it feels like we're going it feels like we're going down so we are at a little bit of a standstill we are deep in the woods we are surrounded by water on all sides so we're taking up the drone to see exactly where we are at so let's take a look all right the drone is going up into the air and it looks like we could go forward oh wait oh my gosh it's all water that's all water this is the direction that we need to go it's completely water and i think it just oh my god it keeps getting worse and you can see how far we made it we are so deep into the woods we are pretty much stranded in all directions oh my god and we need to keep moving this way but we're gonna have to find a different route definitely that is really yeah you need like a monster truck to go through that a floating one or something floating yeah we need a floating truck well we got the drone back and we're off to venture deeper yet because we are not giving up i do want to see this abandoned truck that is hiding in the woods at least that's what i think and hope it's going to be this is some of the deepest stuff i have seen i can't believe this is literally in the backyard and we're going through some deep water i hope it's not too deep here we go oh my goodness it's not exactly what i was thinking but that worked oh you got to be careful because there's like huge logs i know they're all hidden under the grass huge there's one now look like beaver dams almost there's some interesting fishing supplies i feel like we have now found a completely new ecosystem it's all sticks and logs very little grass piled up very interesting we could literally drive through an old creek look at that log this is crazy we are finally making progress and getting closer and closer to the destination we're trying to make oh my goodness don't get stuck now this is literally insane off-roading because i had no idea the woods would turn into this kind of geography we have seen so many different things and now we are back into what looks like the bamboo grass and this is similar to what it looked like when we started so maybe we officially made it to the other side of all of that water which is a great sign oh no we have a huge tree i don't think we're climbing over this one yeah we're not climbing over that okay this is exactly why we brought the chainsaw because there is no way this log the height of our tires i was worried about this we might as well chop it up we got to chop it up because we are not getting across it but we are getting really close oh look how it's so rotted yeah yes there we go well that's pretty good we got a nice clearing through here so we can continue on it feels like the woods are getting easier to traverse so we're making a lot of progress quickly now okay matt come on through check it out perfect yep and the best part according to our maps we are getting very close to the point but it is getting a little dark out which is okay i think it should be a lot easier to get out of the woods than it did to get here because we can just follow our track all the way back looking at the map we are so close to the point right here guys so we are probably just a couple of minutes away and what looks like maybe one more chainsaw yeah that's that's a pretty big tree again i think we have potentially a bigger and less rotted one in the way a little less rotted yeah handy dandy chainsaw came in handy yet again this log was huge and not rotted so we really would have been stuck here and now we can make it through this path and i don't know if we're going to make it around this one to be honest yeah this was a pretty serious one yep let's hop in guys we are getting really close to our destination it's just up ahead and we should literally be there any minute as long as we can find it yeah we got to just kind of keep our eyes peeled for something hiding deep in these woods somewhere yeah it literally could be anywhere we are getting very close we're getting really close now and i'm starting to get super nervous what if the truck isn't there or even worse what if someone out here doesn't want us to find it here stop for a second matt okay this is weird according to the map it says we should be on the pin exactly right here okay guys it says we are directly on the pin the gps is kind of locating us around but that should be right here right there i don't see anything i don't yeah i'm not seeing anything yet we have been out here for hours trying to make it through the woods and we got to the pin that we found based on the maps and there is nothing out here maybe we need to go over there a little bit it feels like tall grasses you kind of can't see through the woods over there yeah it could be passed that way that it does say the pin is a little in front of us but i don't think far enough for us to not see yeah starting to get a little bit worried guys that all this hard work has been for nothing but at this point i guess let's just give it a little try and if it's not over that way it might be a failed attempt i don't know yeah hopefully not at least we found a boat at least we found a boat but that is not what i came here for okay we're a little bit closer i am seeing a pretty interesting sign matt check this out there is a tire right here in the woods it's like a big truck tire that is a really big truck tire i don't know how long that has been sitting here in the woods but there's a barrel down there you see the barrel there is like a barrel okay so we are slowly getting closer to stuff yeah i think is probably a really good sign i don't know if we're gonna find what we're looking for because there is still nothing around yeah this i am actually rather excited to see an old tire this makes me feel like there really could be an old truck somehow lost and forgotten abandoned in these woods yeah seriously but i know i am also losing hope at the same time let's keep moving matt let's keep going for a little bit longer before we need to turn back it's getting dark it is getting dark we got a long way to go back yeah we sure do all right keep moving headlights on guys the sun is officially set we are running out of daylight i do think we might need to just turn around and go home i don't think we're gonna make it not after all this according to the maps we should be so close but at this point we are so deep i don't know i worry guys you can see the headlights are getting brighter as they get here oh what the heck is that hold on a second that's the first that's that's something that is actually the first sign of some kind of civilization in hours of going deep and i can't tell if that's like a nest or a beaver thing or just like i don't know that is weird it does feel like we officially have made it to like a new checkpoint of sorts as we keep going deep it opens up a lot right here yeah this is looking pretty good way less bad than that oh wait a second matt no no way no way oh there's no way i don't know if this is a hallucination i got a little turned around guys i think we might be on the pin this might be the dropped pin and the looks of it there is a bit of a clearing no there's stuff here wait just take a second guys oh that's a truck matt that looks nuts that's that's a truck and what's left of a truck oh we might have found it this could be the object from the aerials i at this point am not even officially sure if we are still on property or not me neither this is track this is sign of civilization yeah i don't know this is where these came from because according to our calculations we are a lot deeper and more turned around than the pen but guys this there's a truck right here that is an abandoned truck i don't know how they could have gotten here oh my goodness we have literally found how is it even back here it had to have been left here a while ago what oh my gosh no way oh man look at that there's a tree growing through the bumper oh my god look at that we're gonna need a bulldozer to get this out oh i don't even know if we can get this out maybe a helicopter this thing is so perplexing guys we are so deep in the woods that getting here by gator and chainsaw was difficult let alone this behemoth i can't believe this is literally treasure hunting in real life this is actually so sick i'm not really uh i don't really know what's going on right now this is kind of wild this is the coolest thing ever i'm speechless guys the fact that you can find abandoned things deep in the woods this is literally deep into the backyard we are so far away from the nearest road we are surrounded by at least 40 acres on either side so like in the middle of like an 80 acre patch the nearest road is probably like a couple miles through this heavy forested stuff guys there is no trails out here it is all overgrown certainly overgrown for this oh my gosh i can't believe it look at the windows oh my goodness just look at the grill on this thing guys it's huge this is a huge massive rough i'm six four yeah it's taller than your head look at that and this thing is sunk into the ground too i just don't understand it's got to be completely totaled otherwise why would somebody leave it in the woods like this or very stuck it's so covered in everything oh it's like rotted apart oh yeah like a rat's nest pack careful could be something gross in there oh my gosh it's literally packed in here oh it just keeps going i need gloves this is so insane i feel like this has to be one of the biggest discoveries of my life guys doing the whole geotag thing coming out in the woods and seeing this i feel like we need to save it we're gonna have to figure out a way to get this out of the woods whether it runs or not yeah i agree it's pretty cool like worst case it's like a super cool thing to just like have on display i don't know what we're gonna need to get it out we're gonna need bulldozers excavators equipment everything we're gonna need everything but i feel like it's gonna be worth saving i think these trucks could be very expensive yeah i don't know how old it is and they're super cool so cool i mean let me like take a peek i mean this is a window and it's just caked these are all just cooked like i think the glass looks burnt or something so dusty we can't even see into this thing anywhere we look oh my goodness locked i think it's just locked yeah oh my gosh i can't see anything it's probably not good in there it's been sitting under the brush all this time guys this thing is the coolest truck ever to have just been left in the woods literally left abandoned to just rot away yeah this is definitely the coolest thing we've ever found it's starting to get really dark we're going to spend a few more minutes with the truck see if we can open the doors to look inside to see what we're working with and what kind of shape it is from the outside it looks old it looks abandoned but it looks like it might be complete like it's a full truck it's not parted out it might be a fully complete truck so we're hopping in the gator we're going to bring the headlights over hang on okay there it is guys no yeah we got to figure out how to get these doors open i really want to know what this interior looks like the glass is here behind all the uh this dust there's a steering wheel i can definitely see the steering wheel in here that's a start yeah check this out oh there we go that's our first look at the cab there we go guys you can see the steering wheel to the left it's just so dark in here this thing is just so corroded it's getting rust like all over it i don't know if it's gonna like ever have life again matt this thing is pretty rough yeah it uh i mean there's a reason it's here there's definitely a reason it's here and i'm starting to get a little nervous if we're even still on property or if we went too far i'm just wondering Whoever left it here. It's got to be a strange person. Yeah, or they forgot about it. Hopefully they forgot about it Finders keepers, right? We literally have this huge tree growing through the bumper So that's an indication of just how long this has been sitting here. Yeah, it's keeping us from opening the hood I can't really see much. We're gonna have to cut the tree clean off all of this brush. Yeah exactly Matt we have headlights let's go get out of here we need to go let's go there is literally someone out here they are turning our way Matt okay all right I'm going I'm going I'm going we need to go I don't understand who that is what in the world we are so deep in the woods to see someone out here is insane it's night time oh my gosh what in the world is going on in the backyard of the timber house guys that is crazy right now but all we know is we have confirmation there is an old abandoned truck deep in the woods of my backyard guys and apparently someone else knows about it too yeah I have a feeling they don't want people messing with it
