Human Rights Call as Zhao Leji Visits NZ

On November 20, Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, visited New Zealand and arrived at the Parliament in Wellington.

A dozen Falun Gong practitioners gathered on the Parliament lawn, holding banners calling for "Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong" and "Stop Organ Harvesting," in a peaceful protest.
They called on the New Zealand government to pay attention to the CCP's 26-year-long persecution and to take sanctions against CCP officials involved in the persecution.
