Hello everyone in this session. I will show you how to extract a static image basically a photo from a video file
first I would like to introduce the
Software I will use shortcuts
You can go to shortcut.org to download and install the software
Shortcut is a free open source cross-platform video editor
You click download
It works for both Windows and Mac operating system pretty convenient and easy to use
After you install the software the interface of software will look like this
basically, you just grab the video file to the timeline window here and
usually I moved
The video to the leftmost position also here has a button called a zoom timeline to fit
I click it and the
the video will stretch to the to fit the whole timeline and
then I
use mouse to
drag
this bar to whatever you want for example if I
Think this picture is is good
I want to catch this picture
Then I just stop here
Another thing is you can do you can see here. This is time
points of this
Position like hour minutes second and a frame number
You can use left and right arrow key on the keyboard to do a final
Adjustment if you feel this good then go to file
Export frame then you can save the
picture file in the specific folder save
And go to that folder. You can see this
static image
That's it. Hopefully you find this video is helpful
Thank you very much for watching. See you next time
