Has a lot of features that you don't see very often so I think this is probably going to speak to a few of you out there. We'll go into all the details. We're in Huala Vista. It's a nice comfortable elevation. This is kind of the sweet spot. People want to be up in this area because you have one acre lots. Whole neighborhood has one acre lots. Wonderful homes. It gives you room to do a lot of stuff like have banana trees, have some other fruiting trees in here. Looks like there's some breadfruit over there, some giant white bird of paradise, some plumeria. People refer to this as money tree. Hibiscus. Really well done and decorated in here. Yeah, really good job. When you have an acre, it's kind of nice to have some space to get a few things done. Now one of the things that people are going to love about this one right from the very beginning is that we have ourselves not a two, not a three, but a four-car garage if you can believe it. It's been a long time since I've seen a four-car garage out here. It's been over a year I think at least since we featured one on the channel. It's over a thousand square feet so it's not just four tight, it's four big. Look at all the got two cars on this side and these guys are moving so you're going to see some stuff around because that's what happens when you move. They're ready to get out of the house and give it to you for the right price. All this built-in shelving over here so you got tons of storage. Got a garage door here, fit two cars in, automatic garage door opener, service door going out to the backyard. I'll get there for you of course. Then over here, what's so cool about having even the fourth car is that look they got room for three cars in here. Here's the jeep, electric jeep, got room. If you want to do a workshop area over here you could. We got more storage back here. One thing the owner installed is a 20 amp or 220 whatever that is over there for fast electric vehicle charging which will go really well with the solar pv that you have here. So I'll double check. I think I have over 1100 square feet if I remember right on the county records. Got room for an extra freezer and refrigerator and just tons of stuff. Look how much space there is between the garage doors. So really, really a big area. I can see a lot of people liking that whether you're storing a project vehicle or you just need some storage or whatever. That four car garage is a true game changer. Very, very rare out here. You see where nice thick asphalt shingles, board and batten siding, fully guttered and then the gutters go down into pipes that take it off property or to the edge of the property away from the house. Really nicely done and then beautiful landscaping over here. Nice and colorful and I love the color of this home really. It looks great. This is that Hawaiian tropical nice relaxed vibe that everyone's looking for. This home really hits it. Thanks again. Let's get back to the house. Okay, so got a little planter box over here. When you have an acre, you can do a lot. I think this is a eucalyptus. Nice. We've got some triangle palms over here. This is an avocado tree. We've got our aricas and we come down here to the lower section. I'll get up to the upper section in a few minutes when I'm inside the home. But I wanted to come and show you the extra area you have. Got some drone video I'll throw up here too. So you guys can see a little bit more of the property here. It's hard to cover an acre all at once. Got a papaya tree coming in. Got some tea over here. Got monstera, a nice ground cover when you have slope over here on the left. And then all the way through here in the backyard, we got more planters, more space. The property has a lot that you can do with it. Really, really well done. Oh look, there's even a couple coffee trees. So you can really just, you know, put in more avocados, put in mangoes, put in citrus if you want to have a bunch of those. Pineapple, like everything's going to grow up here. They do have irrigation here, but you're not going to need it very often. Only in times of drought, everything stays pretty green up here at this elevation. So I think if you have a little bit of a green thumb or wanted to, this is going to be a neat property for you. Let's get inside. Okay, here we are inside the main home. And I say the main home because we have a fully detached, separated guest suite as well. So I tell you there's a lot to offer with this home. I'm pretty serious. There's things that you just don't see very commonly. Outside here real quick, we have a cover lanai, recessed lights, looks like our speaker system in there. And to me, this is the spot to have lunch and dinner and all that stuff every night. I bet you could work with the neighbors, get those trees taken down over there and get an even better view. You do have some ocean view over towards the airport, but I do think it can be expanded. Yeah, that's something I would definitely consider. This was mine is just going to those neighbors and seeing if we could work out an arrangement. You know what I'm saying? So let's focus here real quick on the great room. A ton of space here. Really well done. Check out this table. Holy smokes. This is being sold mostly furnished. We do have some light staging here and there are a few personal items here and there, but we do have furniture in here that will help you get started on your move. Great living space over here on the right side. And then as we pan around and get over towards the left side, they have a little table chairs set up here just to give you an idea of what you could do. Obviously, some people are going to want to have a full dining room table here with tables seating for six or eight. I think a lot of people are going to maybe put that outside. You have the flexibility to do however you want. And then with this open concept here that everybody absolutely loves direct access here to our kitchen. This isn't an ordinary kitchen. There's a few features in here that you got to pay attention to. So first I'm loving our granite countertop. Very wonderful look. And we come up top here. We have these two-tone cabinets that look lovely. And then the full backsplash, not just tile, not sheet rock, not just a couple inches of the granite. Full backsplash granite going all the way up. Really nice look there. Custom cabinets. Looks like it's a African mahogany dovetail joints. Soft close on those doors. And then the appliances are pretty cool here. So we have Samsung Bespoke side-by-side refrigerator. Then they have that drawer in the middle and then the freezer down below. Really nice. You can write with a temporary marker on these things and wipe it off. People use them as chalkboards. So that's really cool. Then Samsung Bespoke stove and gas. Now you guys probably know if you've been on the channel for a while, gas is very rare out here. It means you have to have a propane tank. We don't have gas automatically piped in. But this one has the other burner in the middle there. So you can have yourself a little griddle. Just fry your bacon up right there. Nice. And then of course the oven down below. So really good job on that. Samsung Bespoke on our microwave. And then, who doesn't want an automatic ice maker? Wonderful job on that. Stainless steel dishwasher over here. That's a KitchenAid single basin sink. We have our water filtration over to the side. Those are really handy. I got to tell you guys, our water quality isn't the best. There are a lot of minerals and solids in our water. And yeah, you're going to want to use filtered water for a few reasons. One of the big ones is talking to a doctor friend of mine. I had some kidney stones and they're saying maybe the water has something to do with that. So something to keep in mind. Having filtered water is good. We have a half bath over here. Everything that you need so you don't have to go into a bedroom or through someone's bedroom to get to the bathroom. This goes right back out there to our huge garage. And then our utility in here has the combo washer dryer. You can wash and dry, no more going back and forth on these combo sets. Those are really cool. Super handy. Also, in case you need to know, there's your electric panel right there. So down here is really cool. We have two rooms over here. I'm going to talk about those in a minute. We have our primary and then we have a bedroom over here with its own ensuite bathroom. Don't forget, we still have a complete guest suite that we'll get to in a moment. But this is a good size second bedroom. We've got a queen-size bed in there. You could obviously easily fit a king-size bed. You could fit two queens if you wanted to. You fit two twins, two fools, whatever you need. Got a slider going outside. Just hit my head against the TV right there, backing up to get this all in for you. Vaulted ceilings and nice propeller fan. We have our closet over here. So yeah, this is an outstanding bedroom. Nice to have your own bathroom here. Everything that you need here as well. And your shower and tub on that side. So this is like bedroom number two. And then we'll come across. We've got concrete floors here by the way. I didn't even point that out. Stained concrete. Looks wonderful. Easy to take care of. You don't have to worry about tiles breaking, carpet getting dirty. Just super low maintenance. Super like timeless. Everyone loves it. This primary is massive. So we've got a full eastern king bed. Beautiful bed headboard there. And like five feet. And then the door on this side. And like another five, four feet, five feet. Actually from that whole wall is probably about seven feet there. Huge. We got access outside to the lanai through the slider. Of course you got curtains to close off for privacy. And then double pane windows. You can look all the way outside. These are mill guard windows by the way. See your ocean view from here. This is a large room. I do have floor plans and those are really handy with dimensions. Keeping in the theme of large. We come in here through our primary bathroom. We have a good size shower right through there. And there's a lot of low energy features on this home. Including you walk into the closet and the light just comes on for you. But absolutely huge closet here guys. Big. So a lot of big stuff in this house. Dual basin over here on the sinks for the primary. But wait there's more. I got two more rooms in the main house here. And then we'll go outside. And this is where things really get interesting. You know not everyone needs three or four bedrooms because they have that many people. But you want the space and flexibility. So here's a really large room. You could use this as another owner's suite or just another living space if you wanted to. You got all these built-ins over here. You could have it as an office. If that was your thing you could maybe make a fitness room if that was your thing. I mean you got a lot of flexibility. And maybe you do have two or three kids around the same age that need to share a room or something like that. You can do a lot with this. We have this staged as a bedroom. But to me this is a super flexible space. Really large room. Gives you a lot of different things that you can do. So how do you want to use it? What would you do? Workout room? Flex space? I know you might say TV room. And I kind of teased this for you guys. Hopefully the camera will adjust because it's nice and dark in here. You don't need a TV room when you have yourself an entire home theater. And when I say a theater like you got theater style seats here guys. This is super super cool. I have not seen a home with a legit home theater at the price that we're at. We're under 2.3 million guys ever. Like ever ever in Hawaii. So we got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. We got a dozen seats here. And yeah they step up. So you don't have to worry about the person in front of you and their head jumping up. I'm going to go ahead and take a seat myself. Oh man they. I'm sorry attention to detail. They've even got. Is that coming out? They've got numbers on there. And so yeah really cool. I can see there's a projector TV watching the game down here. Having movie night. Like there's a lot of stuff you could do. You could even have you know if you have a bunch of kids over. You can have them all laying down. You put beanbag chairs. You could fit 20 people in here if you needed. And here we go. We're going to spin the camera around again. Yeah there we are sitting here in your own home theater. Oh by the way the shirt it's a Tory Richards Boat Day. I've worn it for you guys before. You're familiar with it. This is a classic classic Hawaiian Aloha shirt. Highly recommend it. Tory Richards Boat Day. One of the beautiful ones. When you see someone wearing one you're like oh that's it. But back to the house again. Let's spin it back around. Okay so big screen over here. I love it. We got our speakers over on the sides as you can see. And then our lights. You can take those down if you want. So super cool built-in home theater. Watch the game. Let the kids do their gaming stuff on there with all their friends watching. Apparently that's a thing. Like when we were kids like you just played video games with your friends and like you didn't want to wait. Like you it was your you had to wait your turn. You didn't like want to just watch other people play. But apparently that's what they do these days. These kids just watch other people play games. So I guess that's a thing. So there you go. A hangout room for the kids there. Okay we're gonna go. We're gonna pick this up in a minute. We're gonna go out to that guest suite and check out the backyard a little bit and pick it up there. Okay now we are about to check the guest house as promised. But there's some other things I think I need to show you guys out here on the property. Here on the upper section. We went down not all the way across but we went down to that lower section at the beginning of the video. We do have on-demand hot water heaters throughout. So that's really good. Helps keep the home energy efficient. I mentioned photovoltaic and this has two Tesla Powerwall batteries. We also have PV panels over here. Got PV panels along that side of the house. You can see those in the drone video that we got. But I have to show you this backyard courtyard area. So we got the main house over here. We got the guest house over here. And then we got part of that four-car garage over there makes for this really nice secluded enclave here for you. And I think it's just really a neat spot. Now someone's going to tell me this home needs a pool. And if you want a pool you can definitely put a pool in. I'm doing it somewhere right here personally. If that's what you want to do. But not everyone wants a pool. And I'm finding out a lot of people are like yeah I don't really use it. I don't need to spend an extra one to two hundred thousand dollars on a home with a pool. So here we got some tomatoes growing in. Nice herb garden. Looks like we got some rosemary over there. Some pineapple. You could do a lot over here. I like the privacy that we get from our monstera. And then we've got flagpole over here. I'm a big fan of these. We call them the green eggs. Yeah I called it it was a hibachi grill. And my grandfather who raised me for the first 10 years of my life. When he came back from the Philippines and Vietnam and Korea and all those that whole area over there after 20 years in the Air Force. He had these and this is what we cooked on as a kid are these things. Now they've been rebranded but I had those at my house all the time. These clay pot things. So that's really cool. Real quick we have an outdoor shower over here. And it's just the first. But here's your shower rod for your privacy. And yeah nice little setup right there. You got some body sprayers on that thing. Wonderful. Beautiful blue ginger over here. The landscaping is really good on this home. And then we have that service door going to the garage. You see how well we are guttered in here. Really nicely done. And then here's our guest suite. Oh there's our propane tank right over there. So no problem keeping everything going with a tank that size. You got a little bed here to get your stuff started. And then here to our guest suite. Now this isn't your ordinary guest suite. This is a legitimate guest suite and it's legal. Like here in Hawaii we often do guest suites that are not legal. We'll call them non-conforming. As local legend and someone I look up to Brian McCourt says. Who's a realtor here. Someone I like. Non-conforming is just a gentle way of saying illegal. And he's absolutely right. Why is this not illegal? Well in the county of Hawaii this is a single family residence. If you have a single family residence. What defines a residence? It's a dwelling with a kitchen. And what's a kitchen? It has a stove or cooking surface. So because this doesn't have a stove or a cooking surface it is legal. You're allowed to have another refrigerator. Heck we got another one in the garage. You can have dual refrigerators in your kitchen. That's fine too. You can have dual dishwashers. There's no rule against having multiple dishwashers. You can have many sinks. No rule against that either. Sinks all over the place. In the garage. In the utility. In the bathrooms. In the kitchen. No big deal. But it's the cooking surface. Now what you'll see some people do is they'll put like a hot plate here. And they'll have it plugged in. Well that's not attached in a permanent manner. And you can unplug it and there you go. Or something else that's plugged in that they'll use to kind of skirt the rules. But the county says no cooking surfaces. And if they were to come out they make you remove it and then they close the file. But just so you know. Now what I love about this is have this wonderful ceiling treatment up here. We got recessed lights. Cute little area. Everything that you need for a guest suite. How awesome is that? And then the two sliders on the corner just flood this room with light. View right out to the ocean. Really well done. I just think this is absolutely nifty. And then you come through here. See all these beautiful doors. That is gorgeous. Got our bathroom over here. Here's your toilet. And then your sink. And you're saying well where's the shower? I'm going to get to that for you in a second. But I think you can guess what's coming. And then like all of our other rooms in this house. Big rooms. Like this home was like the last one in my mind that was built with big rooms before construction got crazy and cost went through the roof and they quietly sneakily started making rooms a lot smaller. Homes were at the same price but you'll find that things just got a little bit tighter. Huh. How's that work? And then I mentioned well according to the bathroom you need a shower. You got your own outdoor shower here as well. Absolutely awesome. You know my clients who are selling originally came from the mainland. They're going to Oahu. Kids are in school and going to college and high school. And there's some job opportunities out there that they're aren't well. Their company has multiple offices and they're all over the place. So they're going to Oahu. They came from the mainland. They're like I don't know about this outdoor shower business. And then they started using the outdoor shower and they're like this is wonderful. And it's one of those Hawaii things like once you get here and you start doing the outdoor shower like you'll swear by it. You'll be like I never want to do it any other way. Really really nice.
