FIFA Rejects Belgium's Appeal, Allowing Folarin Balogun to Play

FIFA has rejected an appeal by the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA), clearing U.S. striker Folarin Balogun to play in the World Cup round of 16 match against Belgium. The RBFA's challenge was deemed inadmissible as they lacked the legal standing to appeal. Balogun's original red card suspension was delayed by FIFA, a decision that remains in effect despite political inquiries.
