Dry, Mature Skin¿ These 8 Beauty Products Are Exceptional

Hey friends, in today's video, we're going to be talking about eight products that I've been loving that I think are wonderful for mature dry skin. Now, this does not mean that they are only good for mature dry skin, but I think if you are mature and you have dry or dull skin, these products will be exceptional for you. So I've got eight to share with you. Several of them are pretty new releases and new launches. So that's going to be fun. And then a few of them I've used and loved for years, but let's go ahead and jump right in. Okay, so let's kick it off. We are going to start with a brand new tinted SPF product that I think would be so wonderful for mature or dry skin or dull skin. It's Jane Iredell's new Glow Fixation SPF 40. Now you guys know I'm a longtime partner with Jane Iredell. So when they asked me if I wanted to team up with them to promote their new SPF, I was so excited. I've actually been using this product since May. I visited the Berkshires in May and they gave this to me. I've been using it all summer and I'm so excited I can finally share it with you guys. This is a tinted SPF that comes in five shades. I wear the shade light to light medium, but what I love about it is the shades are pretty flexible. So typically when you're looking at a complexion product that's more sheer in nature, like this product is, you will find that these shades are very flexible. So I can wear this one and I can likely wear the one above me. So they're going to have more limited shades because the shades cover a larger range. Now this SPF is their highest SPF product that they've launched in Jane Iredell. So that's very, very exciting. It's going to give you some coverage. I still like to wear a foundation on top of it. I've worn liquids on top of it. I've worn powder foundations. I love the pure press space on top of it. It's really beautiful. This does give a very dewy, glowy finish. So it does have like that really luminous, glowy, dewy look to the skin. Okay, so if you have dry skin or dull skin, your skin is just going to look radiant. It's going to completely like bring your skin to life. It's really beautiful. Just a really beautiful, beautiful glow. And depending on the foundation, the products that you put on top of it, you can either up that glow. I don't really think you need to, or you can kind of minimize and mattify it as well. So it's got ingredients like squalene, niacinamide in it. So really good for the skin ingredients. And I love it. And I think, yes, if you have dry skin, dull skin, mature skin, you will love it. Very hydrating too. Okay, let's talk about a new foundation, you guys. I've been talking quite a bit about this. This is the new Hung Van Gogh Red Carpet Skin Luminous Foundation. I wear the shade eight. I have this applied today on top of the Jane Iredell Glow Fixation. Okay, these are both very luminous products. I did powder because I did want to kind of control some of the glow. I'm in Texas, it's 100 degrees out. But you can see that I was able to get a really nice, now I wouldn't say that my look is matte. I definitely have some glow to the skin, but I was able to control it down with a little bit of powder. So I did pair these on top of each other, you guys, and they look so beautiful. This is a foundation. It is going to just give just a beautiful luminous glow to the skin. Now I have been seeing some feedback online that I was surprised that people felt it was a little heavy. And what I've come to realize is that you really don't need to use a lot of product with this. If you over-apply this, you will feel like possibly it just looks a little bit much. I think people will over-apply it because it's so lightweight and it gives a very skin tint type of vibe to it, but it's actually great coverage. So a little bit goes a long way, which is great because it's conservative in your application. You can get a lot of time and life out of your foundation. I also love that all the shades he did are neutral. So you're not going to find shades that are going to be too warm or too cool for your skin. So really beautiful. Again, I'm the shade eight and I think it's a perfect match. A very great foundation to hydrate the skin. Yeah, I love it. And I'm wearing this in the summer, which surprisingly I like it. Usually I don't like luminous glowy products in the summer because it's so hot, but this one works. It looks beautiful all day. Yeah, it's really beautiful. So try it if you have mature dry skin, I think you will like it. Okay, friends, let's talk about a concealer. Now this is not new. This has been, I feel like I've talked about this, not enough, I need to talk about this product more. This is the Maxine's Revenge French Face Concealer. This concealer is known for being wonderful for mature skin. It's got a very light, silky serum-like texture. When you apply it on the skin, it's just so nice and light and creamy, but not thick or heavy at all. I love it because a little goes a long way. You can really spread and maximize the surface area with just a small dot of this concealer. The coverage is fantastic. You do want to set it with powder as you would with any concealer, but yeah, it's just beautiful. It's hydrating to the skin. It looks natural. It doesn't move and glide around a lot throughout the day. It will settle in creases as I think every single concealer will. So you just want to make sure that you don't over-apply it and you set it with a little bit of powder, but really beautiful. Also, if you have dry skin on the face and you want to apply this to spot conceal, this would be fantastic. My recommendation would be to put a little dot, kind of let it dry down a little bit before you go in and blend it out. Allowing it to dry a little bit is going to allow you to get the most coverage without having to sheer the product out before it's blended. So really love this product. And I'm in the shade light beige. And again, I think the color undertone is just perfect. Okay, let's talk about a powder, you guys. I added this one in, it's kind of a last minute because as I was setting my makeup, I was like, I was using this powder and I realized that this is a wonderful pressed powder for mature skin. This is the Kosas Cloud Set Powder. I wear the shade feathery. It is a really beautiful kind of velvety texture, very soft, it's blurring, it blurs texture. It has a little bit of color, but it's kind of sheer. So it's very forgiving. You can really pack on quite a bit of this and it's not gonna make the skin look heavy or dry at all. I packed this on all over the face with my 104 brush. Now the 104 brush is not meant to pick up a ton of product. So I did kind of really go in there and just press it onto the skin. And then I would go back and grab a little more, press it onto the skin. I applied this literally all over my face today. I've applied it on the eyelids too as I was having a little bit of creasing there and I didn't wear a primer today or cream shadow. I applied this underneath my eyes over my concealer and it doesn't make the under eye area look heavy at all. It's beautiful, soft, matte, blurred, velvety texture. I think it's gorgeous. And I think for mature skin, it's fantastic. It doesn't give a dry powdery look to the skin. It's really nice. Okay, friends, let's talk about, let's talk about blush. I'm excited. I'm actually filming this video before, yes, I'm filming this video before the blush is launched. I don't have to think about that, I know that. But I'm trying to think of when this video is gonna go up and it will go up after the blush is live, I think. And it's gonna go up after the blush is live. So I'm very excited to share this with you guys. Our new BK Beauty Skin Perfecting Cream Blush. You guys, I designed this with mature skin in mind. Now, again, as for all of these products, that does not mean that this product is only for mature skin. But generally, if a product is formulated to be good for mature skin, that just means it's gonna be good for the skin, it's gonna be hydrating, it's gonna look natural, it's not gonna look heavy. And those are benefits we could all use and love, right? But specifically for the Skin Perfecting Cream Blush, you guys, I wanted it to have a lot of hyaluronic acid. There are six forms of hyaluronic acid in this blush. I wanted it to be creamy and blendable, but I didn't want it to be too creamy because I wanted a product that lasted all day. Now, there are so many amazing blush sticks on the market. I've spent the last 12 years talking about all of them and I stand by that. There are amazing products on the market. I kind of took inspiration from some of my favorite products and I put them all together when I formulated this stick. The first samples that we got, I felt were too creamy and buttery, which sounds kind of crazy because that seems like you'd want that. But then I noticed throughout the day, they just weren't lasting on my skin. This will last all day. It also has peptides in it, which is gonna help kind of plump and smooth the appearance of texture or pores on the skin. It has a jojoba oil in it, which is gonna give it a really beautiful blend and nourish the skin. Lots of really great ingredients for the skin here. It is fragrance-free also, which I think is really wonderful for sensitive skin or mature skin. I love it. Petal is my absolute favorite shade. I mean, I love them all, I really do, but my favorite top three that I wear all the time are Petal, Bloom, and Afterglow. Those are the three that I go to all the time, Petal being number one. This is what it looks like. It's just a really pretty, just everyday kind of pink. It's got a little bit of peach to it, but it definitely leans more pink and rosy. I love this. I'm just so excited that I can finally share it in a video and link it for you guys because I've been wearing this for months and months, year, and people ask, like, what are you wearing? And I'm like, I can't talk about it, but now I can. So wonderful for mature skin. I had this all in mind when I developed this product. Okay, let's move on to a bronzer, you guys. The LYS Bronzer Stick. I think this is so wonderful in mature skin because it is very creamy and very buttery. You can just pick up a little bit with your brush and a little bit will go a long way. I wear the shade Harmony in this, and it's a wonderful color. Very buttery, very creamy, very emollient. And I find that these have great wearability. Are they gonna last all day? No, but they have great longevity. They don't move, they don't slide around. If you really want to set and get even more wear time out of it, put a little bit of powder bronzer on top to set. But I really love these, and when it comes to a really buttery, creamy, blendable texture, this one is fantastic. Okay, friends, let's talk about eyeliner. The Mature Beauty Eyeliners, you guys. These are making, they earned a place in this video without a doubt. They are the best liners, in my opinion, for mature skin because they are so creamy. I'm gonna insert some B-roll of me applying these today, and you will just see. I just did a little line across my lash line, and then I take the brush on the end, and I wing it out and pull it out. Because they're so creamy, you're really able to achieve that wing, or smoke it out, or smudge it out without it drying too quickly. I think specifically for drier eyelids, you want a eye pencil that is creamy and gives you plenty of play time, but you also want it to set and dry down because if it doesn't, you will end up with raccoon eyes, you will have transfer, you will have liner all over the eye, which we don't want. We want that perfect, I want time to play with it and blend it out, but I also want it to set and stay in place, and this one really does check all those boxes. My favorite shade is this one. It's the Champagne Bronze. It's the one I wear all the time. It's a really beautiful, soft, kind of olive-y bronze shade. It's so pretty. I love it. Gabby nailed it with these, and I also really love and appreciate that she put a brush on the other end to make it easy. Of course, we have tons of brushes at BK Beauty that you can work with these liners and really achieve a gorgeous look. If you're in a rush, and you just wanna use the back of this, this is fantastic. It's a really great quality, the best quality on the end of an eyeliner I've ever seen. She did a fantastic job, and I love them, and they're wonderful for all ages, but especially mature skin, and hence the name Mature Beauty. Gabby's whole approach to her collection and her brand is to develop products for mature women, which I love and appreciate. Okay, friends, the last product that I wanna share is from another dear friend of mine's brand, Ali Glein's and Revy Beauty. This lip treatment oil, you guys, it's just like, it's the Lip Renewal Treatment Oil. That's what it's called, Lip Renewal Treatment Oil. It is so, so good. Oh my gosh, this is so incredible. It feels amazing on the lips, and what I love about this product is it nourishes and conditions the lips, and not just while you have it on. I will put this on at night, and I will wake up the next morning, and my lips still feel plump. It doesn't feel like I have product sitting on top of my lips anymore, but the lips don't feel dry. It doesn't feel like my skin absorbed everything, and they're dry again. It's not one of those products that you feel like you have to constantly reapply throughout the day. I like to wear it by itself, but you can also pop it on top of any lip combo that you're wearing, any lipstick, any lip liner, and it gives high shine, like a gloss, without a sticky feeling. It's so, so wonderful. Great for everybody, absolutely, but especially if you have dry lips. As we age, our lips also show a little bit more texture. We get lines around the border. They look a little smaller. This is going to hydrate and plump the skin in the lips, which is gonna give the look and illusion of fuller lips, which I'm on board for, so love, love, love.
