It's just Chanel here.
Hey guys, it's just Chanel here.
Welcome to my channel.
Today's video is a cook with me.
We are making salmon cauliflower rice bowls.
Ooh, this'll be a good Instagram post.
And the caption could be,
I don't know who needs to hear this,
but the L in salmon is silent.
Ha!
Okay, I'm so glad I remembered that
because I'm gonna get a good picture.
Anyway, if you're new here,
my name is Chanel and I create lifestyle videos
as a full-time flight attendant,
content creator, and entrepreneur.
Over on my channel, we're all about a quality life
and you deserve that too.
So make sure you check out my loose-leaf tea shop
at shopquality.com.
Now, I won't really be drinking any tea in this video
because what's cooking without cocktails?
But if you're sipping on some tea,
definitely let me know what you're sipping
down in the comments.
Now, what I will feature in this video
is my new, it's my new baby, okay?
My seasoning collection, completely salt-free.
While we're reaching our health and wellness goals,
it's so important for us to control the amount of salt
that we're consuming.
You can select three or six seasonings to build a bundle.
And why I love savory so much
is because you only need one seasoning per dish.
Now, I know y'all have seen the Instagram cooks, okay?
And the TikTok chefs.
And they'll use like a whole lot, okay?
And that can be a little challenging for beginner cooks
or, you know, at-home chefs.
So savory allows you to just use one seasoning per dish.
You don't have to use Lori's, Slap Your Mama,
and Old Bay, all for the salmon.
You just have to use one seasoning.
You can use By the Bay, you can use Essential.
Either or, I'm always drinking.
Anyway, let's just get into it.
For today's cocktail, I'm using wine water.
It's just two simple ingredients
in two of my favorite beverages, wine and sparkling water.
Wine water is available in two flavors,
rosé water with strawberry melon tasting notes
and sauvignon blanc with exotic fruits,
including pineapple and mango.
Wine water was created for those that work hard
but play just as hard.
There's no artificial ingredients, no sugar,
and it's deliciously refreshing.
Now let's craft a Valentine's Day cocktail,
our sparkling raspberry lemon drop.
I'm starting with one cup of fresh raspberries
and I'm muddling that in some fresh lemon juice.
Now, today was the day I learned I do not own a muddler,
so definitely added that to my Amazon cart,
but a fork works pretty good.
Chill your martini glasses with ice into a shaker.
Add two ounces vodka, your muddled raspberries and lemon,
and one ounce simple syrup.
Then shake it on up.
Rim the glasses with lemon and sugar and pour.
Oh, it looks so good.
Now, of course, we have to top off this cocktail
with our rosé water just in time for Valentine's Day.
Garnish with the fresh raspberries and cheers.
This recipe is top tier, y'all.
It's delicious, quick and easy,
literally a 10-minute dinner and perfect for meal prep.
So let me know if you try the recipe down in the comments.
I'd love to talk about it, chat a little bit.
And of course, let me know what other items you'd like
for me to cook here on my channel.
I'd love to do a meal prep video for you all as well,
like meal prep ideas under 20 minutes
because nobody wants to spend hours and hours
and hours on meal prep.
Wow, who else loves that song?
Okay, yeah, definitely check out
my salt-free seasoning collection at savory.com.
I have a deal for y'all.
When you build a bundle
that's set of three or six salt-free seasonings,
you will receive a free Himalayan pink salt
and pepper bundle.
So definitely head over to the site right now, shop.
This deal will not last long.
You don't need a coupon code.
Just make sure you add the salt and pepper bundle
to your cart with the build-a-bundle
and it will automatically discount at checkout.
And then of course, y'all already know, okay,
I had to pop open another rose water,
buy warm water because, I mean,
you need a little something to drink
while you wash the dishes.
I should get closer so we can get the sound of the sip.
So good.
I mean, wow.
You know, I'm gonna guess a woman created this
because I could just see,
like, this is just right up my alley.
Sparkling water and wine,
two of the best beverages ever,
besides water and tea, you know what I mean?
So, I mean, everything is basically water.
But anyway, definitely check out Wine Water, y'all.
I'm probably going to feature the Sauvignon Blanc
in another video because I really like that
when it's fruity and just zesty.
But the rose water is perfect for a Valentine's Day
or if you're having a Galentine's or just like a brunch.
I really like it for brunch vibes.
It's vegan, only 69 calories,
and it has absolutely no sugar.
So we're able to focus on our health
and wellness goals this year while still indulging,
okay, in things like rose.
You can find Wine Water at your local grocery store.
All you have to do is go to sipwinewater.com,
type in your zip code,
and it'll pull up all the stores that serve Wine Water,
which is super convenient because I know how, you know,
we can be when you find a product
that you really want to try,
but you don't want to wait for it
to get shipped to your house.
So in this case, it's time for you
to just go jump in your car and go get it.
They always have this at Whole Foods
and Trader Joe's in my area.
So head over to the site.
I'll leave the link down in the description box.
I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
It was so fun.
I love cooking.
Y'all let me know what else y'all want to see, okay?
See you in the next one.
Bye!
