Commencement Ceremony 2019 | EU Business School Munich

It feels really good to be graduating. Obviously the chapter is closing and I'm really happy for next chapters to be opening and just really proud to have accomplished this in the time that I dedicated for it as well. It feels great to be graduating today especially like you know I was not expecting to be awarded for the academic excellence. Class of 2019! Fellow students and friends, you should feel proud. As each and one of you are risk takers in your own rights. I truly have no doubt in my mind that each and every one of us have been exposed and made friendships from people across the globe. In many ways we are the definition of what it means to be global citizen. As an HR professional it's always great to see so much potential and talent within one room or one building and of course it's great to look at those happy faces all I'm happy to be here and I'm really enjoying myself. Being at the ceremony today makes me look back seven years to where I was and but also quite excited to see the graduates. The one advice I want to give you guys is three words mind the gap. I'm referring to the gap between your dreams and your reality and there will always be a gap that's normal that's fine. But just be cautious not to dream one thing and do another. First of all congratulations to the class of 2019 you made it! Turn to the audience and I want a big applause from the audience. It feels awesome here and it's amazing the opportunities that you gave me to study in different countries. It feels so wonderful to graduate today with all my friends and all the faculties and administration all my beloved professors.
