Today, on the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Women's Day, we would like to send a message to the audience about the women who are passionate about scientific research. You have created products that are highly developed, with abundant and very rich materials from the fertile land. With the focus on combining modern scientific research and traditional field experience, Dr. Ha Thi Hai Yen, a professor at Nha Trang University and a public servant, has successfully launched a project to create a product that takes care of beauty, gentleness, and is environmentally friendly. In addition to standing on the podium, most of the free time of this woman is devoted to research to create cosmetics with a completely natural source of nitrogen. Launched in 2018, it has undergone many failures. She has created more than 20 products that are different in cleaning, skin care, and oil. With the criteria of not using plastic seeds, no toxic chemicals, easy biological decomposition, collecting old plastic bottles for reuse, plant fertilizers, and water saving. Especially, many students who are studying at Nha Trang University have been given the opportunity to both study and work in the factory to gain more research experience, as well as to cultivate the habit of living, producing and operating environmentally friendly products. Since then, she has passed on her passion to many generations of her students to nurture and support the idea of scientific research that is closely related to nature. We make products here to create an environment for students to be able to come with their parents to learn how to make products that are related to the natural grass from Vietnam and especially from Nha Trang. It is a great motivation for me to be able to do business like this, business and community education. It's not just business, I just want to save money. With nearly 20 years of teaching at Nha Trang University's Department of Food Technology, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien, of some of the most suspicious workers, the impact of temperature and cooking time on the quality of candy to supplement seaweed, creating products, seaweed candy, ensuring hardness, hardness when temperature changes, and still ensuring nutritional content. In the future, she and her colleagues will continue to research to launch more products from seaweed, extracting some nutrients that are healthy to create other nutritional products. Her and her colleagues' dream is to form an ecosystem from the cultivation, production, production of products towards the maximum value of seaweed in the Khen Hoa region. When we balance family work and research to create products for the market, it takes a lot of time. However, with the passion for so many years, we will try to balance to always create the best product for the market and to satisfy our passion for research. In recent years, the start-up circle of women in the province has developed strongly. In particular, the Women's Science Knowledge Force has many scientific research projects to launch a variety of products in many fields, from education, science, health, health. Recently, the Women's Science Knowledge Force was established to become the home of 127 members of the former minister of Women's Science and has been working at universities, universities, hospitals in the province. The goal of the Women's Science Knowledge Force is to promote the role and expertise of members in scientific research activities, creating opportunities for women in science to play a positive role in consulting, supervising, and promoting society, contributing to the development of women and gender equality. In the future, the Women's Science Knowledge Force in Khen Hoa will consult, support legal procedures linked to the Women's Science in Vietnam to support the start-up projects of members of the Women's Science Knowledge Force to help women have the opportunity to market their products, thereby creating special services for the community and society. The Women's Science Knowledge Force has set a goal to enable women to develop their scientific research skills as well as their passion. In fact, now, scientists are very passionate about this scientific research. That is why they have created products that meet the needs of customers as well as the needs of the market. With the responsibility and the ability that we have a lot of experience, we will support women scientists. Among them, Nha Trang's women scientists bring their research results to commercialize and produce business as soon as possible. The Women's Science Knowledge Force continues to pursue the passion for research, consulting, and creating products with the aim of bringing positive value to the community. The Women's Science Knowledge Force is strong and persistent with its ambition. They are the irony that affirms the talent and wisdom for the common development of the country's homeland.
