This is the moment when a PLA Navy vessel, Guilin, a Type 0520D Luoyang 3rd class destroyer,
and a PLA Coast Guard vessel crashed into each other.
This took place 11 miles from the Scarborough Shoal.
Now the Chinese Coast Guard ship 3104, which was chasing a Filipino ship, ended up becoming
the victim in this self-inflicted or self-sabotaging attempt operation by the Chinese Navy.
Now obviously I wish that nobody got harmed in this situation, but this is clearly karmic
retribution.
Considering so many times we've reported on this previously, and so many unreported
ones of the CCP and its military, the PLA, harassing the Filipino ships, going through
the Scarborough Shoal, trying to invade the sovereign water of the Philippines.
And so after so many times of bullying, this happens.
So I think it's definitely becoming a situation where you don't even need to do anything,
you just see them becoming the joke.
So yeah, it's a day of where the PLA Navy becomes an international laughingstock.
Now, what I think is what they were trying to do in the interaction is that they thought,
in the minds of the Chinese soldiers, that the Filipino vessel was going to ram into
the Chinese Coast Guards, which is insane because you've seen so many videos where
the Chinese Coast Guards use water cannons to attack and harass the Filipino ships, and
you never see them ram into the Chinese ships.
Even the Coast Guard vessel, by the way, is a converted naval vessel, so it's much bigger
than the Filipino Coast Guard ships.
And so in that sense, it's ridiculous to think that the Chinese Navy was trying to protect
the Coast Guard ship.
But considering the size of the naval vessel, and physics, and water, it's already too late
for them to maneuver, and so that T-intersection happened.
So ridiculous because the Philippines even offered their medical personnel support right
after the incident.
9701, we have medical personnel on board, should you need any assistance, we are willing
to provide assistance.
Now the damage to the Coast Guard ship is severe from the Chinese side, and the front
boat portion is visibly smashed in.
And this is where the dumbest decision making I've ever seen happened.
So prior to this interaction of them colliding, the Chinese Coast Guards thought it was a
great idea.
I don't know if they missed this in basic training, or maybe they just didn't take science
class.
But against this 7,500 ton fully weighted destroyer, their decision was to try to put
out a collision cushion in front of it before that happened.
And unfortunately, I think that's where the tragedy happened, because in some of the frames,
you see like how damaged the front boat part is, there were people there.
Those men in front of that, I'll show you in this video, they're likely ended, but in
the stop frame of this video, you clearly see red splash mixed into the water as it
hits, as they met in this T-style of intersection.
So I'll leave you to interpret what I'm trying to say.
Now, obviously, there's also damage on the Guilin destroyer.
It looks not that bad, but it's significant enough that both of the vessels have been
rendered unable to be used in water.
And this is clearly a tragic event for the PLA soldiers who lost their lives.
But also at the same time, in Chinese media space right now, there's no mention of anybody
who has passed away because of this.
Clearly, they're not going to make anything imperfect public before that September 3rd
military parade because nothing can go wrong here, you know?
And so the fact that this whole thing happened, you can tell that these people, they've been
filled with hatred.
And I say they're soldiers, even in the Coast Guards, because a lot of times they actually
use the Navy mixed as or pretend to be Coast Guards in a lot of these operations.
And they've been brainwashed in training camps, just in education classes or whatever they
do at the Chinese PLA.
So during the beginning of the operation and their mission, they're already filled with
this wrong idea of what's really happening.
Even though they're the ones who are invading a foreign country's sovereign water space,
they think that they're in the right to do that, right?
So they don't see it as an invasion.
They don't see this as harassment.
They in fact think that this is all because the enemies, in this case, the Philippines,
has done something wrong.
And that's how these type of events happen.
But of course, the average PLA soldier's lives aren't that important.
It's just the fact that overall, the thinking is this way.
Immediately, CCP barking dog Hu Xijin posted that the damage should be blamed on the Philippines
and threatens that further invasions will be justified because they damaged their own
ships.
Like, what kind of a delusion is that?
What kind of thinking is that?
The fact that you are blaming others for your own...
It's like you slapped yourself across the face and then you started crying and you're
saying, oh, that guy did it to me.
Like what?
Now going to the Chinese social media section, you'll see that some people are making fun
still of what happened to the Filipino special forces soldier that lost their finger.
But they don't even know that people inside the PLA might have lost their lives during
this operation.
They might never find out about that.
Now obviously I can't help but laugh at this whole crazy ordeal.
It has so much meme potential as well.
For example, this one here, it's based on the Gillette toxic masculinity ad.
This one with the train hitting school bus meme.
And consider it your next Jet 2 holiday because nowhere better is the vacation down in South
China Sea.
Nothing beats a Jet 2 holiday.
And right now, you can save 50 pounds per person.
That's 200 pounds off for a family of four.
Now while the world views the PLA Navy as a joke and the fact that, you know, the boats
might be made of tofu-dreg material considering how badly they were damaged, the self-sabotage
is still being viewed, or at least being told inside China, as the proper strategic professional
maneuvers and strategy that they use.
So like, they're still, instead of admitting to their mistakes, inside China for the domestic
audience, the Chinese state media is still saying that this was 4D chess.
So yeah, Southeast Asia is a great place to examine the CCP's infiltration, intimidation,
as well as, I think, a lot of the subversion values that you see in different countries.
And not every single country responds the same way as the Philippines has.
They've really awakened to the threat of the CCP over the Alice Guo situation, over the
harassment, the military side as well.
Which is why I'm going to Malaysia to investigate 4CITY, which is a ghost city now.
And this is a great representation of what the Chinese real estate ambition overseas
and these big promises falling short has become.
And a ghost city is actually a unique Chinese phenomenon where they built these skyscrapers
and nobody lives in them.
And it's the only place outside of China where you can experience that, which is why I'm
going.

While the CCP's overseas, you could call them ambitions, but really it's a big drama, turns
into an international joke.
Domestically, things are different because they will never let the narrative become that
they've lost or that they failed something, right?
Which is why yearly you see the CCP create these propaganda films.
You never know when the next time maybe they'll make one about the South China Sea.
Maybe the Philippines will become the enemy.
But they do this with Japan, with the U.S. and Taiwan to try to get people to funnel
their hatred to the outside rather than look at the CCP.
But this is not exactly what's been happening lately because things are changing.
For example, this happened on August 7th.
A brave man stands in front of the entrance of the Kunming Anti-Japanese War Victory Memorial
Hall and at the stairs you see that here's banner.
It reads Xi Jinping steps down.
Now it's unclear what happened to him.
Another example.
This is August 9th in Suzhou.
A man wrote on the whiteboard behind him says, power is only accountable to its source.
The Chinese people need the right to vote.
And there's also a video talking about Xi wine.
Now Xi is literally the same word, same character, same pronunciation as the last name for Xi Jinping.
I even think that this whole wine was created to basically appease to Xi Jinping.
Look, it's like a sense of royalty, you know?
You got a wine named after your last name.
But in the comment section of the video, it's so funny.
So a lot of people are trying different weird ways to insinuate about Xi Jinping's term length.
For example, this one here says that he, meaning Xi Jinping, drank three bottles already and
at most three bottles only.
AKA, we're talking about the three terms, right?
Because Xi Jinping has been in power since 2012.
It will be 15 years in 2027 and he's done three terms.
So they're basically saying that there's no way he's going to do a fourth term, right?
And then some of the follow-up comments, it's pretty funny, says, I think his ability to
drink won't stop here.
Two is enough.
He can still drink.
Drink till it stops producing the bottles.
And the last comment is, I actually understood this.
Other comments in the same video says, like this alcohol is too bitter.
And how many years left?
So obviously these type of resistance against the CCP is small, but it's also representative
because you do have a silent group of people who don't dare to say stuff in the real world
in China, but they will say this on social media comments sections or in other expressive
means.
And this means that not everyone is still listening to what the CCP is saying, which
is again, why they need to do these brainwashing movies and propaganda films so much.
Because at the end of the day, when things do happen, it's because people are fed up
with it.
And you'll see this really frequently where whenever there's an international situation
that makes China look bad on paper, they will turn it around and make it a positive situation
domestically, just to try to garner support, right?
So in reality, what the Chinese people see as the perspective of what happened versus
what is shown in the outside of China space is totally different.
And that is why you have to understand, sometimes it's not because people in China don't want
to have change or don't want a different leader, it's simply because they're in an environment
so depraved of real information that people simply think that it doesn't exist, right?
So yeah, that's the situation.
