Trent takes viewers on a backcountry bush plane camping trip, opting for an ambient, \"fly-on-the-wall\" cinematic style. The experience captures the camaraderie of friends gathering in the wilderness, the technicality of landing on a remote runway, and the enjoyment of high-quality outdoor dining.
I decided I want to try a different style for this video. If you're watching this and wondering,
huh, this doesn't look like one of Trent's normal vlogs, that's on purpose. I kind of
have found that I've been enjoying other content that's more of the ambient or ASMR or fly on the
wall type of a style. That's what I'm going to do with this video. So sit back, relax,
enjoy the sights and sounds of a backcountry bush plane camping trip through the eyes of my camera.
There we go. How was the flight? It's good. Yeah? Not bad, a little chunky air.
Chunky air the whole flight? Yeah. And cold as hell.
It's good, like cherry. Good to see you. Yeah, you too. Fun, we're back man. I know.
Hey, good. How are you? Good. Good, long time no see. How you doing?
He was here last year when we all got together, wasn't it? I think so.
Yeah, it's all good. It's nice. You're real with me here.
We landed here last time, didn't we, Chad? Yeah, like zero wind. Yeah.
It was blowing like crazy the last time we were out here.
Yeah. Hey, flip around, go. Yeah, let's turn around, I'm posing direction.
Yeah, you just want to make sure you get real low. You might have to flip around that corner
a little bit if you're not low enough coming over that ridge and come around. And it's a
little bit uphill, so just be hard on the brakes. It's easier than it looks.
It took me a while to get here. Yeah. You know, because it's like,
I always wanted to like pull the nose in. It's a four mile wide runway and it's freaking cool.
It's a lot of wood. What do you think, just right here? I don't think it'd fit in the back of the
hit box. I don't think it would either. That's definitely a 182 amount of wood. It's a pain to
get in there, that's for sure. It was not very easy to get into my place. It's a legend amount
of wood for sure. Did you get those metaglasses? Yeah. Meats? I don't think I know meats. Yeah,
you do. Mike. Yeah. It's three horse. Have you done that one? I don't know the names of all these,
but. These moments sitting around the campfire with good friends are pretty hard to beat. And
really to me, the icing on the cake is when we can enjoy some really good food together.
And luckily for us, Riverbend Ranch was kind enough to sponsor this video and send some
steaks our way. And for anyone that's unaware of Riverbend Ranch, for the last 35 years using
ultrasound technology, Riverbend Ranch has been selecting some very special Angus cattle
with distinct genetics that produce superior marbling for flavor. Their insane marbling leads
to the most tender and flavorful beef I've ever had. All of their steaks are aged for 21 days.
They never add any growth hormones or antibiotics. All of their cattle are humanely raised in lush
mountain meadows of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, and then processed in their state-of-the-art
processing facility. This is a hundred percent real American beef, born, raised, and processed
in the United States. This was my first time trying Denver steaks, and this is a very well
marbled cut from the chuck, and it's one of the most highly marbled muscles. This is like a chef's
best-kept secret. It's super rich and juicy, and it's ideal for cooking quickly on a hot grill
or sizzling cast iron. So if you're interested in trying some Riverbend Ranch steaks yourself,
head over to riverbendranch.com, and you can select from one of their awesome steak boxes,
or you can even build your own. Make sure you use code TREMPALMER to receive $20 off your
first order. Thanks again, Riverbend Ranch, for sponsoring this video.
I almost ended up in the drink.
It's all b-roll.
You drink a jug in a day? No, **** no.
Yeah, right underneath my left wing tip, you're probably going to pass over here in a second.
Why do they have a fence around it? That's where the town used to be
before they turned this into a reservoir. Because people are just dying to get in.
Here you go, Trent. I haven't seen you do that in a while. Really? I'm always in the back.
I'm going to pass you on to your left.
Yeah, it's a real picture. It's before AI.
That is one thing we can do to make the wind stop and start drinking.
Guaranteed. Guaranteed, every time.
So it goes like that? Oh, those slide forward, too.
Yeah, but I think he's the guy that owns... Oh, really?
Yeah. Rambler? No, Colorado.
I have eyes on nobody. It's just like, they're like, well...
Lowry. Steve. Hey, buddy. See you later. Yeah, a lot of fun. Thanks for... You're out, dude?
We're out. It was fun, man. Yeah. Heading out? Yeah, it was fun, man. Awesome. Yeah.
