A Day in My Life as a Senior in High School...

Hey guys, it's me Jessica and welcome back to my channel So it's friday. I can't believe we made it to friday. I'm so happy Um, i'm not like the happiest right now to be awake But I am like using the fact that it's friday to get me through the day So essentially today i'm gonna be filming a day in my life as a senior in high school and you guys are gonna get to see what my typical kind of day looks like on Like a school day and truthfully I treat a lot of days throughout the week like they're friday I think that is the biggest difference between this year and junior year last year if it was like a weekday I would ban myself from seeing friends or doing quite literally anything fun that gave me life but this year's school is so much lighter I get home by 12 20 and it's just So good. I'm definitely under a lot less stress. It's definitely less that is stacking up. I'm very happy I'm, very grateful for that It's currently 6 15 right now so I kind of have to hurry up because I have to leave around like 6 30 6 40 to make it to school on time because there's like always traffic in the morning and it's so annoying every day I've been like waking up way later than I should be yesterday I literally woke up at 6 15 and I had to leave at 6 30. So just imagine that leah turn it off Normally, I take my sister to school but today her friend is taking her because they have to go earlier to Go to chick-fil-a, I guess because they have to get their like football buddies. Um breakfast So like she's on the drill team and like every game day they have to like get their football buddies fast food or whatever for breakfast Originally, I was supposed to take her but I guess now her friend is taking her so I mean works out for me I'm quite literally wearing the laziest outfit to school. I'm wearing just like baggy shoe. What the heck? You're lying Oh my god, I got Concealer on my pants. Oh my god. I have to wash that off asap. Okay. I'm back truly Thank goodness. My pants are black because I was able to kind of like rub it off with water Anyways, what I was saying is that I am wearing quite a lazy outfit. This is how my outfits have been Looking in senior year. I'm definitely going for like simply comfort I definitely want more like cute loungewear that I can wear to school But at this point this is what I got. This is what i'm going with So yeah, i'm very irritated because just because it's friday We look you don't have a lot to do at school and hot take I prefer being extremely busy and having a lot to do at school Because it makes it go by like so much faster Like if i'm busy in every class if i'm not busy just doing nothing It goes by so slow and i'm just like bro. I could be home. I could be in my bed What is the point of being here? I'm actually there for my attendance so that I don't lose my exemptions We're only allowed to have three absences before they pull our exemptions. So that's why i'm there mind you It's like the third week of no fourth week of school and i'm already on the brink of losing my exemptions for the semester I literally cannot get another absence. Basically last week. I got really sick. I got a kidney infection. So I was Absolutely knocked out for like a good four days Like I had a high fever like I was throwing up everything like sorry tmi, but it was horrible So i'm just glad i'm better now, but it did have me like miss school for two days So I already have two absences in like all my classes and the friday before I had to leave school One period early because I had like a meeting with an agency. I have three absences in biology So basically i'm down to like zero Full absences left and I just have to be really careful with my other classes So genuinely i've been feeling like the senioritis kick in since day one of school Okay, the first two weeks of school I didn't even feel like they were school like I felt like it was summer because I was just in pure shock by how amazing double early release was now things are picking up And the days are kind of feeling a little longer to be honest, and there's just a lot of work I don't know i'm Just trying to Keep my motivation strong because i'm not trying to get like senioritis this early into the school year I normally have plans most days of the week Because I get home and I lock in on like my school on social media Like I just lock in and get everything done and then i'm like free for the evening But today is friday and i'm not quite sure what my plans are yet I do know that it is a three-day weekend. So I do have Probably some plans like with my friends or something like throughout the weekend. It's like 6 25 I'm trying to decide if I have enough time for mascara and i've decided that i'm gonna just Do it real quick like at least a little bit most days of this actually every single day of this week I haven't worn mascara because i've been waking up too late and just don't have time for it I also went to bed surprisingly early last night. I went to bed at around 12 Normally, I cannot sleep until like 2 or 3 in the morning and my sleep schedule has been So screwed up because of it and i've literally been running on three hours of sleep every day of the week last night I got about like five six hours of sleep, which is Very very good considering how it's been going this week has been pretty packed with tests today It feels like my first day without a test. I had like a stat test on monday An english test on wednesday, and I had a patho test yesterday and I did pretty good on all of them I just don't know what I got on stat yet Okay, i'm gonna call it a day with mascara because this eye isn't cooperating. It's irritating me and it's 6 30. So I definitely need to Leave if I spend any more time on it. I'm just gonna be late final touch Okay, are we ready for school? Frick. I lied. I have to put on deodorant. Look you guys don't sleep on men's deodorant That's what I use and this kaoli pistachio gelato So yum guys like you don't understand it's so good Okay now we're ready and I was just showering out of bed. So I always go to sleep with wet hair I wake up with the consequences of that, but I don't really care I don't really have time to like straighten it or fix it. So we'll just have to do Okay, here's the outfit of the day. Like I said pure comfort. Um, my uggs are downstairs So i'm just gonna go grab those. I already heard my sister leave like 10 minutes ago. So Yeah, I definitely would not have been ready to take her Okay, my water bottle is filled i'm also packing like a snack for school so I have beef jerky and Apple crisps. That's what I got. Also. Thank goodness. I have energy drinks in the fridge So i'm either thinking of this bloom fuji apple one or a cotton candy alani But I feel like i'm going i'm getting this vibe today. I don't know why kind of feels like fall We're gonna unplug my car because she was basically dying last night. Okay So now she's all charged up. Please close. I guess it rained last night. I'm not gonna lie Okay, it's about 6 40. I'm here in my car now and we are off to school. It's time to Blast lana del rey and gracie abrams until I get there. I always just like let my music dictate my day Okay, so unfortunately we've arrived It's 6 58 right now so i'm probably just gonna like rot in my car for like 10 minutes before going in because It's actually the last place I want to be right now. I'll see you guys I'll try to record what I can because we're technically not allowed to have our phones At all, so I think i'm just gonna i'll try it. I'll see what I can do for y'all Okay, that's enough car running for the day. I fear it's time to actually go inside now And i'm irritated as frick. I just like actually don't want to be here. Like I actually want to die It's so humid too like please kill me Guys, we made it to first period. I'm here with laura. Do you want to say hi? and lacy And peyton And we have a writing essay. We have to submit today fun times I know um, we're gonna get it done by the end of the period so Bro, I want to drink my energy drink now, but i'm gonna save it. So I can't drink it until my periods Bro Guys we're doing a vaping lab in pato Okay, this is our lab one, um, we have to read the instructions I don't really know what's going on here But we have all this stuff if it ever turns pink. I think it means like it's positive or indicates that the Oh that the chemical is present in the urine sample Except for him. He's like a non-smoker. All right, like yes. Yes No I feel like if she catches you she's gonna like So we just put if it put if it turns pink, yeah, if it's pink it's just yes, so that's our result Acrylamide Nervous system. So this one is a no the acryl Nitro Are the chemicals found in the urine samples harmful support your answer? Well, yes, duh. Yes they cause Damage, well, they like cause damage to the respiratory system and the nervous system nervous System Okay, fourth period is done we finished one of our like vaping labs So i'm off to my last class of the day. So and I get out in an hour Guys fifth period last class. We're here with kelsey. Thank god. Hey guys. Look at the um, we have class pets so we have Oh I'm like covering my phone with my backpack so I don't get slimed out by the teachers. I've had to do this all period But we have about an hour I'm back. She's back. She's back and we have victoria as well Still from first period because I haven't put it on these crosses freaking Shelf thing so I didn't have it for like three periods I'm such a chugger. I finished my energy drink in like one period But I was trying to and I didn't finish it She's like we're separated she sits all the way back there, but yeah fun times today we're doing something like Molecule building. I don't know. I'm doing absolutely nothing. I've never done anything in class. It's literally just me watching mukbangs That's okay, that's okay Okay, guys, we're officially out. We're officially done So we're it's like 11 52 so we get to go home. Why is it so high up? Where do you go? We're going home. We're going home bro. Like look at the sky. This is actually insane so today actually made me so happy because We had an extended seventh period bell schedule Which means I actually got out of school 20 minutes earlier than I normally would have which is crazy So i'm very happy for that Uh literally got out at 11 50 and i'm going home for the day and now it looks like it's about to pour I am feeling like this is the perfect Nap weather. I think nothing hits better than an after-school nap And then again because it's friday like I have so so much time to do my homework So i'm not in a rush. It's been a long week. So i'm not opposed to taking a nap I normally wouldn't really do that during the week. So present friendly home. I'm so Happy to be home. My bed's not made. It's calling my name i'm, lucky just I just want to take a nap before it gets sunny because I looked at the weather and like this Little storm is gonna pass in like an hour or two. So and then it's gonna be really sunny so Until then i'm just gonna recharge reset and then i'll move on with my day Okay, i've arosen from my nap and lo and behold it's sunny out again. It kind of woke me up. So Anyways, i'm probably like gonna change out of this because it's literally like 90 degrees outside So I feel weird being in like complete like sweats and a sweater So I always wear like the comfiest warmest stuff to school because it's so cold at school but when I go home, I just put on like Normal summer clothes. Okay, in my opinion. This is much better. I feel More like summer. This is more a little bit more appropriate for the weather But i'm actually super excited because I have a package so we're gonna do an unboxing Um, it came in like yesterday. So I knew that like after school today I really wanted to like unbox it and i'm gonna show you guys because I think you guys are gonna like it Okay, here she is and i'm just gonna take it to my room because it's been sitting in my den But i'm gonna take it to my room and there's a lot of clothes in here So we're gonna do a haul we are doing a giant back to school try on haul and when I say giant I literally mean huge like look at this whole box. This entire thing is full of white fox clothes i'm gonna try everything on and show you guys what I got because i'm so excited like there's So much i'm gonna be set for the school year for college literally everything So without further ado, let's get into it because i'm so excited I just can't wait to see everything and try everything on Okay so I think we're just gonna go and order from top to bottom because I think that's just the only way that it's gonna get So I think i'm gonna start with this box first because i'm pretty sure this is like the smaller stuff The rest is like all the sweat the giant like loungewear stuff. So we're gonna start with this Don't hate me. I already took a sneak peek because I was so excited but like guys It's so cute. The packaging is adorable. Like look at all this. Are we serious right now? So the first thing I got is this tank top and it's kind of like a halter tie neck thing I feel like this would be cute under like a zip up to school a lot of this stuff is To be like on the comfier end at school because I feel like that's how my senior year is going I am going for comfort, but I still want to look cute and I feel like all of this stuff is perfect for that But this is just such a comfy material. It's so stretchy and like good quality The next thing is this light blue tank top. It says like white fox up here This one is also super cute and I just love like the color combos how it's like light blue and dark straps Very adorable and then I have like two pairs of shorts so I have these like butter yellow ones and they have like white fox on the side and you can Roll it up to Like this. I love wearing my shorts like this these are so cute and they're not too short to the point where like I can't wear them to school because School kind of has a dress code. Then I got these shorts. I think these are adorable as well They have like pink stripes on the side and they say white fox again. So freaking adorable. I could die Okay, now that we have that little box done We're gonna get into the bigger stuff in the bigger box right off the top. I see this like butter yellow thing I think these are sweatpants. Okay, not sweatpants, but it's this little zip up. I think this is so cute I could wear them with the butter yellow shorts because it's like matching. It's so cute This is like their 13 limited edition collection. It's very soft and i'm always cold at school So I feel like I just need more zip ups and like sweaters and sweatshirts all that. Okay Next up. I think these are sweatpants. Oh, yes, perfect. They're like kind of gray um wide leg sweatpants and I love wearing sweatpants like this stretchy very soft and I think they oh, yeah, they say white fox here and like silver. I think that's cool moving on We have some brown happening. Let's check this out. Oh, wait, it's not brown. It's like kind of like a maroon burgundy Oh my god, that's cute. This one's like a slightly cropped. Um zip up and it also says white fox I really like this color actually and again super warm. Okay, the next two pieces might be a set So I have these wide leg sweatpants again Like love wide leg sweatpants and they're brown and they have this like pink like white fox logo on the side I think that's such a cute color combo I'm, literally five nine. So all of these sweatpants definitely seem long enough I always struggle they kind of end up looking like high waters some sweatpants that I have but these are definitely long enough And yes, this is the matching sweatshirt that goes with it. It has again the brown and pink This is from like the studio 17 collection. It's so cute. I love wearing brown. I love brown and yellow recently So definitely going to be wearing this to school next is a sweatshirt and it's gray with a light pink white fox logo on it It's very very soft. I love sweatshirts and crewnecks So I definitely got a lot of these and for good reason because they're just so good for school And I believe these are a matching set with the shorts. So i'm definitely pairing those together next We have these black sweatpants with this gray like line design on the side and the white fox logo here I don't have enough sweatpants So you can tell there's a reoccurring theme where i'm getting a lot of sweatpants, but these seem so great next up I'm, so obsessed with this if you know me, you know, I love cheetah print or like leopard print This one is just so cute It has the white fox logo up here and a big one on the back like oh my gosh I'm obsessed with this hoodie. I also love hoodies That's another fun fact and then I have this green hoodie and it's like a discreet little white fox printed logo on there It kind of looks like patchwork almost the color is so cute Like I just think this one is such a staple like it can really go with anything and again Such a cute hoodie and then we have some baby tees, which I also love on the hotter days So we have this one. It's kind of like a navy one with white fox in the middle And this is like a different shade of navy and it also says white fox, but it's like a bigger logo I think these are really cute goes good with the wide leg sweatpants or shorts either or okay Next two things are a set as well So I have this hoodie and it's like kind of a light light gray and it has a brown white fox logo on the back I love this gray and brown combo. I think it's super adorable and it comes with these sweat shorts again this brown little detail on the side, so Literally such a cute combo. One thing is I don't have enough matching sets So i'm very happy with all of these matching sets going on and we have another zip up So this one is a white fox like kind of cropped zip up and it's like in charcoal gray with the lettering Such a classic such a staple and it's very warm and then to switch it up a little bit We have a brown oversized tee I think this is super cute and I love wearing oversized tees to either school or the gym so Very cute and then I have these navy wide leg sweatpants and these are the exact same color as the baby tee that I showed earlier So I think they would be really like cute to pair together another matching set moment Like do we see a reoccurring theme last but certainly not least we have this yellow hoodie. Oh my gosh I'm in love with this one. Can you guys see these bubble letters on the back? Like are we kidding? This is just the cutest little thing i'm Dying for this yellow color right now. I'm absolutely obsessed with everything. So I think what i'm gonna do is start getting ready for the football game That's tonight because i'm gonna go with my dad My sister is dancing in the halftime show because she's on drill team So I didn't go to the last game, which was the first game, but I promised her I was gonna go to this one so i'm gonna do that i'm pretty much like honestly, I don't have much to get ready like I might just like touch up my makeup a bit and the theme this week is gold out and I don't own gold, but I think I figured i'm gonna go with butter yellow Like actually like I think this might be fine like it's the thought that counts because like I quite literally just unboxed this from white box and I feel like if I just put it over like No one can tell me I didn't try at least Like it's cute, right? Like I can definitely wear this and just say I'm going gold out. It's like a muted gold guys. It's like a different shade of gold. You you wouldn't get it yeah, low-key a jacket might come in clutch because it's gonna be like the sun is gonna be setting and I mean, I don't know a jacket might be nice I feel like throughout the course of school and like especially when taking off like I get so oily like Extremely oily so I feel like I just definitely need to touch up like powder and Probably redo like some bronzer and blush because I think that faded away Honestly, I don't even know who my school is playing today I don't really keep track of this stuff. Like I went to football games a lot my sophomore year I went with livia and chandler and some of our other friends, but low-key junior year I probably went to like three games and this year I haven't uh, I haven't been to one yet So we're going to the first one. I feel like at least going to one football game. My senior year should happen Uh, I don't want to be like an antisocial loser and just say that football games aren't for me Because even though I know they're not for me like i'm still gonna go like who cares this morning If you don't remember like this, I was not working with me with lashes. So hopefully that's gonna get fixed right now It's actually still not I don't know what is going on. I think I curled it like wrong I'm, actually just so irritated like nothing is fixing it. Honestly, I couldn't care less right now You know what i'm done makeup is good enough I really don't care that much we're gonna go because the game is at like 6 30 Or that's when it starts like I don't have to get there like Crazy on time, but it would be nice to go when it starts. So yeah, let's go to the football game. So excited guys Okay, guys, um, I am back from the football game and I got back kind of late so I just changed and got in bed and i'm so ready to just knock out because I'm, very tired. It felt like such a long day. Like it was a good day Don't get me wrong, but it just felt like a very long day. So Football game was fun and leah did great with her like dance. So I'm, just ready for i'm just ready for bed. I'm, so glad we have a three-day weekend like it's so nice I low-key love staying out on fridays because then It just feels like a saturday in a way and then when it's actually saturday It doesn't feel like saturday like it just makes it longer So and then especially knowing that it's going to be monday We don't have school like i'm just so excited like you guys don't get it, but I will be going to bed now So thank you guys so much for watching my little day in my life as a senior in high school I really tried vlogging as much as I could at school Um didn't get caught so there's a plus I got you guys and I love you guys so much.
