The short opens at a local restaurant where Popeye and Bluto are both swooning over the waitress, Olive Oyl. Olive sings the title song, "I Want A Clean-Shaven Man," making it abundantly clear that she has no interest in scruffy sailors. Looking at Bluto's thick beard and Popeye's heavy five-o'clock shadow, both men instantly realize they need a grooming overhaul to win her affection. #brighteyes #tomandjerry #tomandjerrymemes #tomandjerrycartoon #cartoon #bestcartoon #oldcartoon
