Then it rained again today. So now MIRA is going to show guests the house And then before stopping by to see the house Take a picture of this listing for everyone. Mira likes this listing very much. Look at the plans. Look at the photos. 那具體呢怎麼樣 How about the specifics? Still have to go to the field to see in person 那下雨天呢 What about rainy days? Although the sun is not so beautiful The house is not so Not as clear as when the sun is shining It looks good, but what? It can see a lot about water. This one followed mira years ago When Lao Yao, the first brother of real estate, was looking at the house? It was already being said at that time. You can see that video. Then the first few weeks Regarding the introduction of water prevention You can also watch this video. Then HOME TOUR, the video must be sunny 纔好看啦 It looks good 那幸好MIRA Fortunately, MIRA 上週末呢就已經拍了 It was already shot last weekend. 上去看serenity的另外一個model home To see another model home of serenity Garman let's go 那差不多到了差不多到了 That's almost there. That's almost there. 這個是路邊的bern This is a roadside burn 就是那個street scape的 The street scape 他一定要做這種buffer He has to do this buffer 前面呢他就是entrance monument In front of him is the entrance monument serenity我們就到了一眨眼 Serenity, we're here in the blink of an eye OK這是Garmen home的model home 前面雙車庫呢它是做了sales office的 Double garage in front. It's a sales office Then let's go to the house first. This is a detached house. 你看這farmhouse style Look at this farmhouse style 有小燈鐵翼小燈在車庫旁邊多可愛 There are little lights, iron wings, little lights next to the garage how cute fiber cement 的外牆 Fiber cement exterior wall 這種湖水藍的顏色 The blue color of the lake 進門這個過道呢 What about this aisle? 右邊這是一個小小的雙開office On the right is a small double office 貼着牆紙 With wallpaper 啊這裏還是提一下就是窗簾呢 Ah, let's mention it here, it's the curtains 在往上頂來裝 Pack it on top 這樣子纔會顯得層高相對高一點 In this way, the floor height will appear relatively high. What about the size of his office? 然後直接進來 Then come straight in 過道這邊呢是一個powder room This side of the aisle is a powder room 小小的closet Small closet 這邊橫向展開的就是一個great room Spreading horizontally here is a great room open concept 其實就像國內所說的大橫廳那樣子 In fact, it is like the Great Horizontal Hall in China The dining area is complete with the living room And then here, I made that mirror. Then make the space more flexible and transparent The effect of increasing space The fireplace is in the middle of the living room Then he put it on the fireplace here There's no place for a TV in his place. In fact, for the current living room 電視呢 What about TV? In fact, the proportion is already getting lighter and lighter We can also see a lot online Convert the living room into a children's room? The study, the classroom, that kind of thing It's not necessarily obvious. 墨鏡皮衣摩托三件套哎 Sunglasses, leather jacket, motorcycle three-piece set 走出鏡頭了 Out of the camera 也不一定說很明顯的就是沙發茶几 It doesn't have to be the obvious one, the sofa coffee table. Turn around and this is the restaurant around this 省的日夜吊燈 Provincial day and night chandeliers What about the stairs? Go up there 等一下上去二樓看 Wait a minute and go up to the second floor. This is the kitchen island. It's a long line. In the new house like this 對着gallery的一個佈局 A layout facing the gallery 這種是farm sink This is a farm sink apron farm sink就是這種圍邊的一個 The apron farm sink is one of those perimeters I quite like this kind of large tiling The big tiling doesn't have many hooks. It is more convenient to clean. 用了這種quad的countertop With this quad countertop 做了soft clothes這種鉸鏈 Made hinges like soft clothes Because his garage is right here 所以呢他出來比較 So he came out to compare I bought something and put it in the refrigerator This hole will be more convenient first. It's also short, so it's very convenient. 在這邊呢做了那個dropops I made that dropops here. You can send this kind of bag as a gift. Then the box that comes in is displayed here This is the double garage just mentioned. Change it to oops, I can't get in. It's locked. It's locked. The cabinets are made in two colors. 可以看到它這個是一個比較navy You can see it. This is a comparison navy. Then it's white on top. 這邊出來是個screen porch This is a screen porch 看着後面的那個 Look at the one behind All the houses will be built there by then 那所以就不會像這樣子 Then it won't be like this. It's so open now. In fact, if you really want to put on TV You can consider that wall. 或者是這邊這個牆體 Or this wall here. For example, it is still decorated on it. So what if you put it on that wall? He's cooking and preparing in this kitchen. Or if you eat here 那邊還能可以看電視 You can watch TV over there 好了那我們馬上上去看 Okay, let's go up and see it right away That's four rooms, all on the second floor 他這個honeysucker的戶型呢就沒有loft There is no loft in his honeysucker apartment. It's on the second floor, as soon as you come up, that's it. And the one on the right-hand side is a small room. The surface area is relatively small So he doesn't have enough space for that bed 呃 Ah. The most you can do is put a crib like that. I really like this big tropical leaf 這個龜背竹 This turtle bamboo 這種紋理性的牆紙 This textured wallpaper 然後加點顏色 Then add some color 可以看到出他用色方面 You can see his use of color It's a contrasting color. What about his orange and this lake blue? There is a little contrast color. It's in the color wheel. Then make his color richer and jump. What about the whole base color? 都是以白色off white All white off white 淺色爲主的 Light-colored 然後是通過這個跳色然後 Then through this jump color and then 一個mid-centry A mid-centry 就是這種風格的佈局 This is the style of layout 這種mid-centry的傢俱 This mid-centry furniture 然後讓空間更加靈動起來 Then make the space more agile So after reading this room, we came here This is an aisle, one bathroom, double basin. 很薄薄的這種quartz Very thin quartz 很簡單的那個呃 The simple one, uh top這邊呢 What about the top? It's the same area as just now. Actually, it's about the same. 稍微大一點點 A little bit bigger. This will be arranged as a room for boys Then go directly this way 這個呢是laundry This is laundry laundry cross那其實他面積還蠻大的 The laundry cross is actually quite large Can be equivalent to one area of a room Over here is the third small room It's a little bit neutral. Although he used a girl in warm colors But the whole layout is Plus there is blue to compare with this pink. It is also relatively neutral 來這裏就是primary bedroom呢 This is the primary bedroom 一個主人房 A master room 那他這個主人房呢就沒有呃 Then what about his master room? It's the same nine feet on one side. There is black on the top and back, and then the painting is highlighted. This is a walking closet Small tiles pasted on the ground A small flower brick in the whole shop, or 拿獎的哦 The winner Parade of home 啊這次Mira上年9月份10月份Mira忙 Ah, this time Mira was busy in September and October last year 沒有帶大家來看那個Parade of home I didn't show you the Parade of home 每一年都有的是builder協會 Every year there is a builders association The thematic area is still relatively large. 那邊呢是Linen closet That's Linen's closet 轉過來這邊呢 Turn around here 他就是一個大的淋浴空間就好了 It's just a big shower space. Usually showers have high windows above them 這個是比較好 This is better. The kind that is older than the previous house 在corner有一個garden tub There's a garden tub in the corner 然後有一個大道的正方形的窗 And then there's a square window of an avenue. 那種會好一點 That would be better. Because most of them are showers now. And there was a niche. The wall magazine is the one that can put things. Put aromatherapy, candles, like that 地面呢也是鋪的瓷磚 The floor is also paved with tiles. The Maasai that was laid was very well laid He leveled the handmade one here. 1.5 In fact, here is the best one with 1.5. 1.5度的一個正向positive jnh 1.5 degrees of a positive jnh 那個是slop 找坡 That's slop looking for slop That drainage will be better. And then, here's a reminder. Especially the one with this sitting 呃有這種sit的 Uh, there is such a sitting 這個淋浴空間的話 This shower space 這裏也是需要有排水的 There needs to be drainage here too 就是往這邊往外找的 I just looked for it here and out. There are some houses that he doesn't do well 這邊是全平 This is Quanping. Or the way it looks this way? He can easily accumulate water here 那他這個呢是往這邊找 Then what about this one? That's still pretty good That's what it's normal to do. 2006年的房子 The house in 2006 看我興奮的 Look how excited I am Already speaking with a little stutter
