Expert warns Eisenkot forming a government will be ‘very difficult’ against Netanyahu

ANU Middle East Expert Ian Parmeter says Gadi Eisenkot will find forming a government to be “very difficult”.

“He doesn’t really have the experience that Netanyahu has in terms of working the various factions in the Knesset,” Mr Parmeter told News24.

“It will be very difficult, because to form a government he already needs to rely on the 19 Arab members of the Knesset.”
