And my
brother-in-law
did it
right
away.
What we
have here,
BVM 1/6th
scale F-16.
This is in the Beast livery or fantasy demo.
This demo is a Belgium scheme, it was based on the Belgium Dark Falcon.
This scheme is a fantasy scheme
so it never existed never was painted on a full-scale aircraft
so it's been modified so you have the U.S. Air Force.
I do still have the bags on the tail
on the tailer-ons
but she is again 1/6 scale F-16 ready to go.
Since I've gotten her a few weeks ago I've made
a few uh I wouldn't say uh
a few modifications no additions
or small things I have coming up later in the video.
BVM F-16 1/6 scale powered by a 160,
K-160 G-2, King Tech 160 G-2.
I've relocated some wires.
These are now lower so that they go under the air,
but they allow the canopy to close.
Cleanly, I rotated this around 180 degrees.
So these cables are lower as well. Don't interfere with the canopy
I'm happy.
The all the wires from the CCU
to the receiver now go under the board instead of above
And that gives me clear access to my air refuel, and it's a lot cleaner
Cleaner.
Move these back some but do a little bit more cleanup,
but you see this these are
Rockets what I did was I cut off the front fins
Because this scheme is based after a demo aircraft,
so it wouldn't be carrying true sidewinders,
the rockets would be smoke.
So I'll cut off the front fins
and now I'm painting them black.
And we will put them on sometimes,
because the wings won't fit in the bags
with the rockets on.
All right more to come. So for the afterburner
to work you do have to have the lights on and of
course everything else plugged in.
I was trying it before but it did not have the lights on.
So now I've got a mix in where
the afterburner will kick in at 80 percent.
And then that's just the minimum brightness.
Full bright, of course, goes at 100.
Minimum bright doesn't start till 80%
because I got an extra channel and I mixed that in.
All right, so I put the bypass back in.
It's cut. It's significantly shorter.
And then I think I'll still cut it some more up
to in front of this red hose holder.
But just putting it in just to...
For looks to see and to get obviously the direct air to the engine
Uh, yeah, i'll probably cut it in and then
actually glue it and it's just sitting in there
now
